Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of online learning, mastery of IT, and teacher responsibility on student achievement in MI of Lempuing Subdistrict, South Sumatra. Information and communication technology in the current pandemic conditions has a major influence on the world of education, especially in planning, process, and evaluation activitiesThis type of research was correlation research with 100 samples. This study used multiple regression analysis to determine whether there is a significant effect between the variables X on Y.After the data were collected, then hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS 22.0 For Windows and obtained the following results: (1) Results Based on the analysis obtained Fcount = 4.070 and Fable = 3.94 at a significance level of 5% because Fcount > Ftable means that there was a significant effect of learning on student achievement. (2) Based on the results of the analysis obtained Fcount = 4,400 and Fable = 3, 94 at the 5% significance level because Fcount > Ftable means that there was a significant influence on IT mastery on student achievement. (3) Based on the analysis obtained Fcount = 4.211 and Fable = 3.94 at a significance level of 5% because Fcount > Ftable means that there was a significant effect of teacher responsibility on learning achievement. (4) Based on the analysis shown by the ANOVA output with Fount > Ftable (4,844 > 3,94) and the coefficient of output level 0,004 < 0,05. It could be concluded that Ho was rejected and he was accepted so there was a significant influence on IT mastery, teacher responsibility, and learning courage on student achievement in MI of Lempuing Subdistrict, South Sumatra.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep korporasi produksi pendidikan sebagai paradigma baru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam transformatif. Korporasi produksi pendidikan adalah suatu model pengelolaan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan aspek akademik, bisnis, dan sosial dalam satu kesatuan yang saling mendukung dan menguntungkan. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber literatur yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korporasi produksi pendidikan dapat menjadi alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas, dan relevansi pendidikan Islam transformatif yang mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, mandiri, kreatif, inovatif, dan berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Pertama : Keunggulan korporasi produksi pendidikan, antara lain : 1)Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, 2) Membangun budaya korporat, 3) Mengembangkan potensi siswa secara optimal, 4)  Memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan 5) Meningkatkan daya saing lulusan. Kedua : Tantangan korporasi produksi pendidikan, antara lain : 1) Mengembangkan budaya korporat dan manajemen global dalam pendidikan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, 2) Menghasilkan produksi dan jasa pendidikan yang berkualitas, relevan, dan berdaya saing di pasar global, Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, finansial, dan infrastruktur dalam mengelola pendidikan, dan 4) Menjaga  keseimbangan  antara  kepentingan  akademik,  sosial,  dan  ekonomi  dalam bisnis pendidikan. Ketiga : Langkah-langkah implementasi korporasi produksi pendidikan, antara lain : 1) Analisis kebutuhan dan potensi, 2) Perencanaan produksi pendidikan, 3) Pengembangan produksi pendidikan, 4) Pengujian produksi pendidikan, dan 5) Penyebarluasan dan pemanfaatan produksi pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at Junior High School Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Junior High School Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student’s and parent’s satisfaction. This research provides advice for Junior High School Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision-makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix in an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Abstract

The professionalism of teaching staff is very closely related to the quality of education, because the learning process as the core of education will depend heavily on professional teaching staff and the quality of learning outcomes is the spearhead of the quality of education. In this study the discussion will focus on the coaching carried out by the head of the Nganjuk MAN 1 madrasah in increasing teacher professionalism. It is hoped that with the development of professionalism for teachers, it can improve the quality of learning in a good class. The data collection technique used in writing this article is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. This article is reviewed with the hope that it will be able to provide comprehensive facts about the importance of fostering teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

PLearning problems are anything that causes problems so that the objectives of learning are not achieved properly. This is caused by something related to the learning components themselves, one of the factors comes from the teacher who plays an important role in a learning activity. To resolve problems regarding learning problems experienced by teachers, supervision is needed. Clinical supervision is the answer to overcoming teacher problems in learning. Clinical supervision is the same as diagnosing sick people, so teachers also receive a diagnosis in the learning process. The purpose of writing this scientific journal is to describe the implementation of Clinical Supervision in Resolving Learning Problems. This journal uses a library analysis method, namely by utilizing library sources to obtain theories and limiting activities to library collection materials and other factual references. The results of this research showed that in the implementation of Clinical Supervision, supervisors were carried out to identify teachers' problems or problems in relation to the teaching and learning process by means of observation which was much more acceptable to teachers through 3 stages, namely the initial meeting, class observation and final meeting.
