Abstract

Abstrak : Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan telah menghasilkan teknologi yang semakin canggih dan membawa banyak perubahan. Perubahan yang disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya berdampak bagi perkembangan teknologi itu sendiri, akan tetapi juga mempengaruhi dalam kehidupan manusia. Disrupsi merupakan perunahan besar yang bersifat mendasar serta memiliki cakupan yang luas. Dalam dunia penidikan tinggi, hadirnya disrupsi telah membuat perubahan mendasar dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sebagai bagaian dari perguruan tinggi, perpustakaan dituntut mempunyai kemampuan beradaptasi pada perubahan yang sedang berlangsung di sekelilingnya apabila tidak ingin hilang ditelan oleh perubahan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lima permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perpustakaan perguruan tinggi, yakni: 1. Membuktikan keberadaan perpustakaan bagi perguruan tinggi, 2. Melatih pustakawan dan staff perpustakaan agar senantiasa dapat beradaptasi dengan teknologi.3. Layanan, Akses sumber informasi dan Koleksi. 4. Memperbaharui keberadaan perpustakaan, baik secara fisik maupun digital. 5. Kolaborasi. Abstract : The progress of science has resulted in increasingly sophisticated technology and brought many changes. Changes caused by technological advances not only affect the development of technology itself, but also affect human life. Disruption is a major settlement that is fundamental and has a broad scope. In the world of higher education, the presence of disruption has made fundamental changes in the teaching and learning process. As a part of universities, libraries are required to have the ability to adapt to the ongoing changes around them if they do not want to be swallowed up by change. This paper aims to analyze five problems faced by college libraries, namely: 1. Proving the existence of libraries for universities, 2. Train librarians and library staff to always be able to adapt to technology. Services, Access to information resources and Collections. 4. Renew the existence of the library, both physically and digitally. 5. Collaboration.

Abstract

This research examines how the development of the role of higher education libraries in realizing Entrepreneurial University at Sebelas Maret University, including creating a dedicated entrepreneurship information center and providing specialized training and support services. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data analysis using the Miles and Huberman approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of library leaders, librarians, students and library staff. The study found that developing the role of higher education libraries in realizing entrepreneurial universities through 3 activities, namely entrepreneurial information literacy, coaching clinics and best practices. Information literacy activities in the field of entrepreneurship include: entrepreneurship seminars and workshops. Coaching clinic activities, namely direct dialogue with sources of entrepreneurship practitioners. Meanwhile, best practice is manifested through contests for proposals for entrepreneurial ideas and their implementation. College Libraries are transformed by providing maker space (entrepreneur corner) where students gather to interact and discuss to generate ideas and solve various problems related to entrepreneurship.
