Abstract

This study investigated guest satisfaction drivers at Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD through a thematic analysis of 1,008 guest reviews. The research addressed the growing need for data-driven insights in the hospitality industry to better understand guests' diverse needs and expectations. Through qualitative analysis, five key themes emerged as pivotal satisfaction drivers: service quality and staff responsiveness (each with 250 mentions, 24.8%), cleanliness (200 mentions, 19.8%), amenities (150 mentions, 14.9%), and value for money (150 mentions, 14.9%). Service quality and staff responsiveness demonstrated the most substantial influence on guest satisfaction, shaping the emotional and relational dimensions of the experience, while cleanliness and amenities established fundamental expectations. Demographic analysis revealed significant variations, with older adults and international travelers reporting higher satisfaction levels (92% and 93% respectively) than younger guests and domestic travelers (85% and 87% respectively). These differences highlighted the importance of demographically tailored services, such as enhanced technology integration for younger guests and culturally adapted offerings for international travelers. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations include improving soundproofing, diversifying breakfast options, and implementing comprehensive staff training programs to address concerns identified in 27% of guest feedback. This research contributes to hospitality management theory and practice by demonstrating the effectiveness of data-driven decision-making in optimizing service delivery while balancing standardized excellence with personalized guest experiences. The study provides a framework for sustainable competitive advantage in the evolving hospitality landscape through strategic alignment of service delivery with diverse guest expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges faced by PT "X" in exporting pharmaceutical products. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with Export Specialists, Export Customers, and Export-Import Managers. The findings reveal that the main challenges include navigating international regulations, managing logistical complexities, adjusting products to meet buyer preferences, political and economic risks in destination countries, currency fluctuations, competitive pricing, and building robust distribution networks. Regulatory navigation involves adapting documents such as dossiers and stability requirements for Zone IVB. Logistical complexities pertain to shipping goods under specific conditions, such as cold chains, and external obstacles like lockdowns. Product adjustments involve changes in packaging design, the use of local languages, and compliance with shelf-life requirements. Political and economic risks include fluctuations in demand and payment issues from buyers. For pricing, challenges arise from unexpected costs and price comparisons with competitors. Distribution constraints stem from limited control over third-party-managed channels. PT "X" employs various mitigation strategies, including technology-based logistics management, intensive communication with partners, and careful selection of distribution partners. This study provides a concrete overview of the challenges faced by pharmaceutical companies in export activities and strategic measures to enhance competitiveness in international markets.

Abstract

The impact of Holding and Subholding Implementation is expected to provide significant improvement in employee performance as well as optimization of profits and operations as well as cost efficiency for PT KPI. The company's performance becomes faster, more agile, and concise in the decision-making process. This study uses a quantitative research method with primary data sources through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The respondents in this study were 84 employees at PT KPI in all KPI offices and Refinery Units (RU) of PT KPI, with a sampling technique of simple random sampling (SRS). The data analysis technique uses Spearman correlation analysis to test the strength of the relationship between two variables. The relationship between the Holding and Subholding Implementation variables with employee performance has a correlation of 0.704 and the relationship between the Holding and Subholding Implementation variables with employee performance achievement is 0.798. These figures indicate that the Holding and Subholding Implementation variables have a strong influence on employee performance variables and their performance achievements. In the non-parametric analysis of the Kruskal-Wallis test, the results showed that there were significant differences between groups of variables in the holding and subholding implementation at PT KPI on employee performance and its achievements. This is indicated by the p-value in the Kruskal Wallis test of 0.00, which indicates a significant influence on the implementation of holding and subholding at PT KPI on employee performance and achievements. The results of a simple linear test show that every increase in one unit of value for the Implementation of the structure (holding and subholding) will increase 0.767 units of the value of employee performance achievement at PT.KPI employees with free implementation of the structure has a contribution effect of 67.3% on the employee performance achievement variable.
