untuk mengenal atau memahami bagaimana persiapan guru dalam menyampaikan suatu materi secara tatap muka atau offline dan apa saja factor-factor yang dialami guru selama memberikan materi apakah terdapat suatu perbedaan dari yang menjagar secara daring atau online serta berbagai macam hal apa yang perlu dipersiapkan saat mengajar offline disaat pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

This Community Service was carried out at Pondok Ranggon 04 Pagi Elementary School. Partner problems, namely: Teachers do not understand to find a focus on problems in PTK, Teachers are not yet motivated in making scientific work, especially in class action research, Teachers have not designed PTK Proposals properly and correctly. Solutions to partner problems namely: Providing delivery of material to teachers about Classroom Action Research (PTK), Providing assistance to teachers regarding the study of Classroom Action Research (PTK) proposals that have been made by teachers as an effort to improve teacher abilities, Increase teacher understanding and motivation in designing work scientific especially in Classroom Action Research. The planned community service activities are carried out in two online days and one offline day in the form of training using lecture methods, demonstrations and practice of writing PTK proposals as an effort to improve teacher abilities. The stages of implementing community service that will be carried out are as follows: Preparation Stages, Implementation Stages, Monitoring and Evaluation Stages, Publications, PKM Reports, Post Program Follow-ups.

Abstract

Instilling religious character values in the science learning process is a must for teachers. This research intends to find out the cultivation of religious character values in science learning at SDS Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta. The procedure used is a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and questionnaires about the religious character of students. The subjects of this research were all 16 students in class IV, 3 science teachers, and the homeroom teacher. The research was conducted in December 2022 - January 2023. Data analysis used Miles Hubernman. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the teacher's skills in carrying out science teaching and learning activities based on religious characters at SDS Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta are very good. Where all the taught teachers have been able to produce religious personality values. There are also suggestions for related parties, both school principals and the Ministry of Education and Culture to be able to distribute training for teachers in order to improve teaching and learning activities that lead to instilling student character values so that teachers can easily implement them in class.

Abstract

This study examines the application of basic teaching skills in elementary schools using a systematic literature review approach. The basic teaching skills include abilities in planning, executing, and evaluating the teaching and learning process. The research uses a literature review to analyse various relevant sources and identify the theoretical gaps between previous research results and the latest developments in the field. The main focus of this research is on the effective application of basic teaching skills to improve the quality of teaching in elementary schools. The findings of this study show that mastering basic teaching skills is crucial for teachers in supporting the success of the learning process and enhancing students' motivation. Various theories explain how basic teaching skills can be applied in elementary schools, emphasising the importance of an appropriate approach to meet the needs of students and the educational context. The study concludes that training and development of basic teaching skills for teachers are essential to improving the quality of education in elementary schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan keterampilan dasar mengajar di Sekolah Dasar dengan pendekatan sistematik kajian literatur. Keterampilan dasar mengajar yang dimaksud meliputi kemampuan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, serta mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan untuk menemukan kesenjangan teori antara hasil penelitian sebelumnya dan perkembangan teori terbaru. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah pada penerapan keterampilan dasar mengajar yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di SD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar sangat penting bagi guru dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Terdapat berbagai teori yang menjelaskan bagaimana keterampilan dasar mengajar dapat diterapkan di sekolah dasar dan pentingnya pendekatan yang tepat agar dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan dasar mengajar bagi guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar.
