Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Positifnya, memberikan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan updating pengetahuan. Dampak negatif bagi perkembangan anak, yaitu kemudahan memperoleh informasi-informasi yang memiliki nilai-nilai negatif. Banyak beredar di internet video tindak kekerasan dan asusila serta video pergaulan remaja di luar negeri yang tidak sesuai dengan karakter dan budaya bangsa Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan zona pendidikan berbasis Alquran (Quranic Zone) dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Al-Quran An-Nadwah. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan Implikasi Quranic Zone terhadap pembentukan karakter anak usia dini di TK Al-Qur’an An-Nadwah. Lokasi di TK Al-Qur’an An-Nadwah Kalianget Banyuglugur Situbondo dengan subyek penelitian 47 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Beberapa aktivitas pembelajaran dalam membentuk karakter qurani anak usia dini di TK yaitu melalui pembelajaran etika dalam membaca doa, surat-surat pendek, melaksanakan shalat wajib, melalui kisah nabi Muhammad shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam sebagai inspirasi untuk mengikuti sikap dan perilaku beliau dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan memberikan penghargaan pada siswa yang memiliki karakter baik dan memberikan hukuman pada siswa yang memiliki karakter tidak baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembentukan karakter qur’ani anak usia dini di TK ini menggunakan metode dialog, kisah, perumpamaan, keteladanan, dan metode targhib dan tarhib.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di MA Plus Al-Masdukiah, dengan menggunakan metodelogi penelitian Kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut adalah manajemen tenaga pendidik yang dilakukan di MA Plus Al-Masdukiah untuk membantu siswa mendapat hasil belajar yang baik menggunakan EMASLIM yaitu suatu peranan yang disampaikan oleh E Mulyasa sebagai Fungsi dari kepala sekolah. Namun peranan tersebut digunakan di MA Plus Al-Masdukiah terhadap pendidik sebagai peranan utama terhadap keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar, beberapa siswa yang butuh perhatian khusus untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan harus dicarikan solusi oleh pendidik mulai dari metode belajarnya, strategi dan peranan yang harus dilakukan pendidik yang sangat membentu terhadap belajarnya secara optimal agar mendapakant hasil belajar yang baik. dengan mengadopsi emaslim sebagai fungsi kepala sekolah digunakan terhadap pendidik yaitu Pendidik sebagai Educator, Pendidik sebagai Manager, Pendidik sebagai Administrator, Pendidik sebagai Leader, Pendidik sebagai Supervisor, Pendidik sebagai Innovator dan Pendidik sebagai Motivator.

Abstract

The main role of education is to prepare citizens who can develop integrated democratic behavior, both in the private and social order that enhance the productive social democratic life. Therefore, the learning process should be a vehicle to prepare learners in order to interact widely with the community, develop democratic attitudes and behaviors, and foster the productivity of learning activities of learners. This can be applied by applying a model of social interaction, so learners can interact well and improve social skills in the community as mandated by national law and education objectives. Meanwhile, self-development is needed in the actualization of individuals in the environment around the learner. Actualization of individuals in the self-development of students can be developed through active learning and develop social skills, so as to lead students to have a better mental. In addition, students have better emotional health by developing their self-confidence and realistic feelings in instilling empathy for others. Collaborative learning models of social interaction provide solutions to optimize social skills in response to social gaps and social behavior attitudes of learners as well as social symptoms and problems in today's society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the actuated NJ Trainers in the field of quality Leadership in forming an effective organisation. This research took place at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This data collection uses a qualitative case study approach. Acquisition of data through observation and interviews with Deputy Kasi Diklat and OSAT ORDA of the Development Bureau, the Head of NJ Trainer's, the head of Nurul Jadid Islamic Senior High School, the member of FKO Nurul Jadid and the head of HIMASYI  who is under the auspices of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis procedures are data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion making. The results showed that the Quality Leadership of the pesantren organisation includes: The leader has a very extraordinary strategy and concept to get to the high quality of the pesantren organisation through In-House Training. Able to develop organisational skills in seeking organisational experience in pesantren. This pattern is a good organizational contribution to the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools in the future transition era.

Abstract

Science learning in elementary schools often faces challenges in attracting students' interest and explaining complex materials effectively, so that innovations in learning media are needed that can increase student engagement. This study aims to analyze the application of interactive learning media based on Smart Box in science subjects to improve students' learning potential. The method used is a quantitative approach with a case study design, involving interviews, observations, and data analysis from teachers and students at MI Azzainiyah II Grinting, Probolinggo. The results of the study indicate that the use of Smart Box can increase student engagement in class discussions, facilitate understanding of complex science materials, and create a more interactive and interesting learning experience. However, several technical challenges such as device problems and student difficulties in using technology were also found, which require further attention. The implications of these findings indicate that interactive technology can be an effective tool in improving the quality of learning, as long as it is supported by adequate infrastructure. From these activities, it can be concluded that children will be more interested in exploring learning materials with fun techniques, in addition to eliminating children's boredom when learning, learning media also provides many benefits for children and makes classes more effective and enjoyable, with the presence of media.
