<![CDATA[Abstrak: Salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya angka kematian bayi adalah tidak terpenuhinya ASI eksklusif, yang diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor, baik dari konsumsi ibu terhadap makanan yang berrgizi dan faktor lainnya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes Gorontalo yang bermitra dengan pemerintah Desa Dutohe Barat dan Puskesmas Kabila bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan cara membuat minuman madu asli dicampur dengan jintan hitam agar Produksi ASI ibu-ibu menyusui di Desa Dutohea Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango lancar dan mengalami peningkatan kualitas ASI. Melalui kader kesehatan yang ada di Desa disampaikan beberapa metode cara pembuatan minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam kepada ibu hamil untuk diberikan materi tentang ASI Eksklusif dan sosialisasi cara pembuatan minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam di desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila. Kemudian dilakukan pemantauan pemberian ASI Eksklusif oleh kader kesehatan setiap pekan sampai usia 6 bulan. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil peningkatan produksi ASI melalui konsumsi madu dengan jintan hitam , dan peningkatan soft skill dari para kader kesehatan dengan 100% melakukan bimbingan menyusui yang benar dan cara membuat minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI.Abstract: Abstract: One of the factors causing the high infant mortality rate is the non-fulfillment of exclusive breastfeeding, which is caused by several factors, both from the mother's consumption of nutritious foods and other factors. Then, monitoring of exclusive breastfeeding was carried out by health cadres every week until the age of 6 months.
