Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya angka kematian bayi adalah tidak terpenuhinya ASI eksklusif, yang diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor, baik dari konsumsi ibu terhadap makanan yang berrgizi dan faktor lainnya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes Gorontalo yang bermitra dengan pemerintah Desa Dutohe Barat dan Puskesmas Kabila bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan cara membuat minuman madu asli dicampur dengan jintan hitam agar Produksi ASI ibu-ibu menyusui di Desa Dutohea Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango lancar dan mengalami peningkatan kualitas ASI. Melalui kader kesehatan yang ada di Desa disampaikan beberapa metode cara pembuatan minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam kepada ibu hamil untuk diberikan materi tentang ASI Eksklusif dan sosialisasi cara pembuatan minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam di desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila. Kemudian dilakukan pemantauan pemberian ASI Eksklusif oleh kader kesehatan setiap pekan sampai usia 6 bulan. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil peningkatan produksi ASI melalui konsumsi madu dengan jintan hitam , dan peningkatan soft skill dari para kader kesehatan dengan 100% melakukan bimbingan menyusui yang benar dan cara membuat minuman madu asli dicampur jintan hitam untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI.Abstract: Abstract: One of the factors causing the high infant mortality rate is the non-fulfillment of exclusive breastfeeding, which is caused by several factors, both from the mother's consumption of nutritious foods and other factors. Community service by Lecturers of Poltekkes Kemenkes Gorontalo in partnership with the government of Dutohe Barat Village and Puskesmas Kabila aims to socialize how to make real honey drinks mixed with black cumin so that the milk production of breastfeeding mothers in Dutohea Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency is smooth and has increased breast milk quality. Through the health cadres in the village, several methods of making real honey mixed with black cumin were conveyed to pregnant women to be given material on exclusive breastfeeding and socialization of how to make real honey mixed with black cumin in Dutohe Barat village, Kabila sub-district. Then, monitoring of exclusive breastfeeding was carried out by health cadres every week until the age of 6 months. After the activity was carried out, the results obtained were an increase in breast milk production through the consumption of honey with black cumin, and an increase in the soft skills of health cadres by 100% doing correct breastfeeding guidance and how to make real honey mixed with black cumin to increase breast milk production.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indikator keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan antara lain adalah penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Angka kematian ibu (AKI) menggambarkan permasalahan status ibu hamil, ibu melahirkan, dan ibu nifas. Penyebab tertinggi AKI adalah hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Pengobatan ibu hami lhipertensi hanya menggunakan obat kimiawi. Belum ada terapi non farmakologi. Tujuan pengabdian adalah pendampingan pijat kaki diharapkan dapat mencegah kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan yaitu demonstrasi pijat kaki yang kemudian kader melakukan pijat kaki pada ibu hamil yang hipertensi. Mitra adalah kader kesehatan sebanyak sepuluh orang. Evaluasi menggunakan sistem observasi pada saat kader melakukan pijat kaki. Hasil yang telah dicapai adalah kader mampu melakukan pijat kaki dan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil berkurang setelah dilakukan pijat kaki sebesar 100%, yang tadinya belum bisa pijat kaki, setelah dilakukan pelatihan, sepuluh kader bias melakukan pijat kaki pada ibu hamil hipertensi.Abstract: Indicators of successful health development include reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. The maternal mortality rate (MMR) illustrates the problems of the status of pregnant women, giving birth and postpartum women. The highest cause of AKI is hypertension in pregnancy. Treatment of hypertensive pregnant women only uses chemical drugs. There is no non-pharmacological therapy yet. The purpose of the service is that foot massage assistance is expected to prevent the occurrence of hypertension in pregnant women. The method used is the demonstration of foot massage which then the cadres do foot massage on hypertensive pregnant women. Partners are ten health cadres. The evaluation uses the observation system when the cadres do the foot massage. The results that have been achieved are that cadres are able to do foot massage and blood pressure in pregnant women is reduced after foot massage by 100%, who previously could not massage feet, after training, ten cadres can do foot massage in hypertensive pregnant women.
