Abstract

This study aimed to determine the character education in Gender Wayang learning. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method. It was more revealing the situation, which was the phenomenon directly the object under study. Data collection techniques were conducted using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The study results were (1) The process of implementing Gender Wayang learning in schools consists of preparation, delivery, training, and performance stage. (2) The results of implementing Gender Wayang learning in schools were measured using an assessment rubric. (3) The value of character education in Gender Wayang learning includes educational, religious, and social life values.

Abstract

Language is a means or tool of communication in a society that functions to express thoughts, feelings, wishes, events, and all human experiences in life to others. The language also could be conveyed through written language. One of them is by composing. Thus, the communication conveyed through written language can be listened to well by the reader. Then, first, we have to master some vocabulary. Several factors cause the communication to not run smoothly due to a lack of vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine religious education values contains in Geguritan Sang Cangak. This study was qualitative with data collection using the library and document methods. The data analysis method used a descriptive method and checking the data validity. Based on the analysis results, it could see that Sang Cangak is the title of Gaguritan and the main character in Gaguritan. In terms of behavior, the author describes a character who full of cunning, lies, and is good at keeping rotten. The other Sang Congak’s nature is uncommendable things. Throw the stone and hide the hands. The badness inside wrapped up neatly in the goodness outside. In the end, Sang Congak got his karma. The character description can provide an overview for students about the existence of the law of karmaphala. All deeds have consequences, either good or bad. Also, which deeds are good to follow and not to imitating.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the narrative structure in Ni Diah Tantri’s story and its Hindu religious teachings. Data collection in this study used a literature study. Several techniques carried out data analysis in this study. These were descriptive techniques, qualitative techniques, interpretation, checking the data validity, presenting data (data display), and concluding (verification). The study results show that the teachings contained in the story of Ni Diah Tantri were a form of tendency from the author, which is very useful for readers. The Hindu religious teachings in the story of Ni Diah Tantri consist of self-control, especially lust which is influenced by the thoughts of Sang Prabhu Eswaryadala. The next teaching was Ni Diah Tantri’s teachings of love who truly sympathize and her love for his father so that Ni Diah Tantri is willing to be handed over to Sang Prabhu Eswaryadala. Last, the teachings of loyalty from Ki Patih Bandeswarya to Sang Prabhu Eswaryadala. Ki Patih Bandeswarya’s loyalty to Sang Prabhu Eswaryadala was manifested by Ki Patih’s obedience to the king’s orders to offer beautiful girls every day for marriage.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has succeeded making education directed online (on the network). Online learning is as run as over time, raises several obstacles in the process of implementation. Reflecting on this, this study chose schools in the Denpasar city as a sample to identify obstacles during the online implementation. In this study, several problems were also formulated, namely related to the stage of implementing online learning in the Denpasar city during the pandemic, various obstacles faced, along with efforts to overcome them. The method used in this research was qualitative research types, with primary and secondary data sources. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection methods used was using observation techniques, interviews, document recording, and literature studies, and analysing the data using Miles and Huberman. The results of this study shown that, some of the obstacles faced during online learning are obstacles in terms of cellphones, quotas and networks, as well as the delivery and receipt of subject matter. The efforts have been done were providing learning package books, giving assignments through offline, maximizing internet quota distribution and establishing more intensive communication and flexibility teaching schedules. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be able to maintain the learning quality of Hinduism eduation and Budi Pekerti (Character) because all obstacles are known and faced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of extracurricular activities in internalizing Hindu religious values at UPT SDN 3 Amparita. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive research approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students at UPT SDN 3 Amparita. The results showed that extracurricular activities play an important role in internalizing Hindu religious values. Extracurricular activities carried out at UPT SDN 3 Amparita are in the form of spiritual activities, joint viewing activities, introduction to Hinduism, and moral lessons. These activities increase students' awareness of Hindu values and assist them in integrating them into their lives. The results of this study indicate that extracurricular activities are one of the effective efforts in strengthening the internalization of Hindu religious values at UPT SDN 3 Amparita.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child who is in the golden age that must be optimized properly so that it requires teachers to choose the best method, especially to stimulate children's creative abilities. the next generation of intelligent, creative and character. This research is a type of classroom action research (CAR). The steps for learning the story method with pictures according to the plans that have been prepared with three cycles of each cycle according to the theme, namely learning I with the theme Pets/Chickens, the results show very well-developed children (BSB) as many as 14 people (82.4 %) and Developing According to Expectations 3 people (17.6%). Learning II with the theme of Pets/Cats the results showed 15 children (88.2%) developed very well and 2 (11.8%) developed according to expectations. Learning III with the theme Pets / Pigeons the overall results from the aspect of creativity showed that children who were very well developed (BSB) were 17 people (100%).
