Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous assessment of work performance, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at BBPMPPV Business and Tourism, Sawangan Depok. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BBPMPPV Business and Tourism, Sawangan Depok, while the sample used in this study was 145 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using instrument test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. The results showed that partially the work performance appraisal had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the simple regression value obtained Y=14,283+1,039X1, R Square 29.2%, and the t value of 7,680 > t table 1.9766 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the simple regression value obtained Y=31,543+0,621X2, value R Square is 62.4%, and the t-count value is 15.403 > t table 1.9766 with a significant 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the simple regression value obtained by Y=31,483+0,617X3, value R Square is 48.1%, and the t-count value is 11.517 > t table 1.9766 with significant 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously assessment of work performance, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the multiple regression value obtained, namely Y=11.097+0.558X1+0.399X2+0.194X3, R Square is 71 %, and the calculated F value is 114.874 > F table 3.06 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously, at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Active, Kidz Station Branch, Pondok Indah Mall, South Jakarta. This quantitative study involves employees at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Active, Kidz Station Branch, Pondok Indah Mall, South Jakarta, using a saturated sampling technique distributed to 57 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis testing with SPSS 26 software. The findings indicate a significant influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The t-test value for the work discipline variable is 4.326, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.0 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of work discipline on performance. Similarly, the t-test value for the motivation variable is 5.576, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.0 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of motivation on performance. The simultaneous influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance is confirmed by the regression equation Y = 1.502 + 0.444(X1) + 0.530(X2), with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.849, indicating a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value shows F-calculated > F-table (152.042 > 2.780), further supported by a significance value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, totaling 80 respondents. The results of this research are, Leadership Style (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 18.398 + 0.564 The hypothesis test obtained a value (Tcount 8.623 > Ttable 1.991), and a significance value of (0.000 <0.05), so Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia employees. Organizational culture (X2) influences employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 10.239 + 0.747 The hypothesis test obtained a value (Tcount 12.423 > Ttable value 1.991), and a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia employees. Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) influence employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 8.060 + 0.227 Hypothesis test Fcount value 93.878 > Ftable 3.115. This proves that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia Central Jakarta employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika both partially and simultaneously on the processing of empirical data from the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a sampling technique of 80 respondents. In this study using data analysis techniques in the form of: validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative testing and hypothesis testing. It can be seen that the results of the multiple linear regression equation obtained between Ŷ = 7.416 + 0.410 (X1) + 0.397 (X2). This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test based on the simultaneous F value obtained > F table or (60.821 > 3.120), this is also strengthened by the significance <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). The results of the coefficient of determination test of the discipline variable (X1) and work environment (X2) have an influence of 61.2% on performance at PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Thus Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be interpreted that there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline (X1) work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee training and development and worker performance both partially and simultaneously at the F45 Training Cilandak Fitness Center. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research used the Saturated Sampling Technique of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 26 program application. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis above obtained t count > t table (6.028 > 1.997). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between Cilandak. obtained t count > t table (3.166 > 1.997).This is also strengthened by the significance of <0.050 or (0.000 <0.05). So it can be concluded that H02 is rejected. Ha2 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between X2 and Y or shows that there is a partially significant influence between employee development on worker performance at the F45 fitness center Cilandak Branch Training.So it can be concluded that the influence of employee training and development simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained by Adjusted R Square The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the remaining 42.3% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and workload on employee performance at the Pamulang District Office. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 61 people and all of them were the sample in this study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that leadership style and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A company can achieve its goals if it has a good leader and employees receive a normal workload resulting in good performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi (BBPPMPV) Bisnis dan Pariwisata Depok secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 63 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan penentuan perhitungan sederhana menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas,uji asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 33,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,594 > 1,670). Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,5% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,918 > 1,670). Etos kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien daterminasi sebesar 39,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung  >  t tabel atau (19,879  > 3,150).
