Abstract

This research aims to reveal the effect of 1) Students who were taught by using active learning methods with quiz team learning and students who were taught economics through lecturing method in the SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung, 2) Students with high motivation learned type of active learning methods of the type of quiz team would be higher learning outcomes than students who have high motivation to use the lecture method in the SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung . 3) Students who have low motivation used active learning methods of the type of quiz, the team would have higher learning outcomes than students who have low motivation used the lecture methods in the SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung. 4) The interaction between the application of active learning methods and the type of quiz team motivation towards learning outcomes of economics students in SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung.This type of research was quasi-experimental research by using two-class research they were class control and experimental classes. The number of research samples from two classes was 63 students This type of data was primary data and secondary data. Learning motivation of data collection was done by spreading the. research questionnaire, while for the results of the research multiple-choice tests were provided at the end of learning. The data analysis techniques performed test data analysis requirements and test hypotheses with the two-way ANOVA. Research results indicated that: (1) There were the differences in learning outcomes of students who were taught economics with the type of active learning teaching methods quiz team than students who were taught using the lecture method in class XI IS SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung (2) There was a  difference in student learning outcomes that have a high motivation on the type of active learning methods and student quiz team who have low motivation to use the lecture method in class XI IS SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung 3) Students who have low motivation used active learning methods of the type of quiz, the team would higher learning outcomes than students who have low motivation used the lecture method in the SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung (4) There was the interaction between the quiz active learning and motivation of team learning outcomes of students in class XI IS SMA Lubuk Alung.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain data or information and analyze in regard to local wisdom in preserving Marsattan / Mangupa tradition in the Gunung Malintang village community in Barumun Subdistrict, Padang Lawas Regency. Research result shows: 1) Community knowledge about the need to implement the marsattan / mangupa tradition in a compilation community provoking women (haroan boru) and inviting new homes to ask for safety, sustenance and being kept away from distress assistance 2) Community understanding of local wisdom in the implementation of the marsattan / mangupa tradition much needed, because the marsattan tradition is one of the traditions that is still maintained and preserved by the community 3) the marsattan / mangupa tradition has become the custom of the people of the village of Gunung Malintang and is still quite good and still holds fast to this tradition as seen from the community's habit of always carrying this tradition a compilation of boys bringing brides to their homes, Opening a new home 4) Gunung Malintang village community believes the implementation of this tradition can be far away disastrously disastrously with advice given by relatives to the bride and groom of the new homeKeywords: Local Wisdom, community,tradition,marsattan/mangupa

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki beragam suku dan budaya, salah satunya adalah Suku Karo di Pulau Sumatera. Seiring perkembangan zaman dan modernitas, adat dan budaya lokal Karo, seperti Tradisi Ertutur, perlahan mulai dilupakan, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Ertutur adalah tradisi lisan Suku Karo untuk mencari tingkat kekerabatan atau persaudaraan (berdasarkan marga, bere-bere, dan garis keturunan lainnya) saat pertama kali bertemu. Tradisi ini penting untuk melestarikan kekerabatan, terutama dalam konteks pernikahan dan acara adat, dan berfungsi sebagai simbol identitas budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam dan kontekstual mengenai pelaksanaan Tradisi Ertutur oleh masyarakat Suku Karo di Desa Jaranguda dan hubungannya dengan pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara langsung (dengan Kepala Desa, Tokoh Adat, dan masyarakat), dan studi dokumentasi (data sekunder). Masyarakat Desa Jaranguda memandang Ertutur sebagai hal yang sangat penting untuk identitas dan kekerabatan. Garis kekerabatan ditentukan melalui marga ayah (merga/beru), marga ibu (bere-bere), dan garis keturunan yang lebih kompleks (binuang, kempu, kampah, soler). Ertutur berkorelasi erat dengan pembentukan karakter, mengajarkan kesantunan dalam berbicara, kejujuran, keterbukaan, serta pentingnya kekeluargaan dan gotong royong
