Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence people not to comply with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely the data collection techniques used in this study are the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study prove that there are two factors that influence people not to comply with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic, including internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise due to the influence or stimulation of the individual himself. Internal factors include age and habit factors. Then external factors, external factors are all factors that come from outside or all influences that come from outside. External factors include educational factors and economic or employment factors. The conclusions of this study indicate that there are two factors that can affect the community for not complying with the health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely internal factors and external factors. Abstract

This study aims to understand how the role of parents in providing sex education to adolescents to prevent sex marriage. The research method uses a case study which is a qualitative method that seeks to describe a particular case in greater depth by collecting various sources of information. The results of the study there are factors that empower parents to provide sex education, namely 1). Economic factors, where parents are busy working to earn a living, make parents lack of communication with their children which results in a lack of sex education from parents to children. 2). The factor is the lack of knowledge from parents about sex education, coupled with parents who are still awkward or taboo to discuss sexual issues. The conclusion of this study is that parents have an important role in providing sex education to prevent premarital relationships. Keywords: Parents, Premarital, Sex Education
