Abstract

The problem of transhipment is a matter of transitional transport or modified transportation issues. This transit place can receive supplies and can deliver goods. The main purpose of the transshipment problem is to minimize the cost of the distribution of goods delivered from the place of origin to the destination even though through the transit point. The problem in this research is with the policy of transhipment issued by Indonesian government causing negative impact to fishery industry, especially processed fishery product in Thailand country The eradication of fish theft in Indonesian waters had a direct impact on Thailand's fishery exports which affected the country's gross domestic product (GDP). Thailand National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) data reveal that the contribution of the fishery sector to Thailand's GDP has decreased drastically. The average contribution of the fishery sector to Thailand's GDP has been recorded at 1.6 percent, while in the third quarter of 2015 it contributed minus 3.1 percent. While the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) noted in 2013 to second quarter 2014, Thai fishery industry has decreased.

Abstract

The main problem discussed in this study is how the impact of the joint declaration between Indonesia and Germany in the health sector has on Indonesian health workers. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Where this research will use two data collection techniques, namely literature research and interviews, both structured and semi-structured. The results of this study have seen that the impact of the joint declaration between Indonesia and Germany in the health sector will certainly provide excess benefits and advantages for Indonesian health workers who want to work in Germany. Indonesian health workers who want to work in Germany will certainly have a high income and can use it for personal or family interests. Indonesian health workers can also add to their insights because living in a developed country will certainly be different from Indonesia, which is a developing country

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dibahas di dalam penelitian ini yaitu maraknya illegal fishing di Indonesia menimbulkan dikeluarkannya kebijakan penenggelaman kapal oleh Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Dimana Penelitian ini akan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi kepustakaan (literature research)  baik terstruktur maupun semi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dampak yang mendalam dirasakan oleh Thailand dikarenakan bukan hanya industri perikanan dalam negeri yang terkena dampaknya tetapi juga industri asal jepang yang melakukan investasi di Thailand. Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Susi Pudjiastuti memastikan, beberapa perusahaan pengolahan ikan asal Jepang akan merelokasi pabriknya dari Thailand ke Indonesia. Dimana beberapa perusahaan perikanan Asal Thailand mulai ingin beroperasi di wilayah Indonesia dikarenakan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan bahan baku perikanan.
