Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara profesional mampu mewujudkan keseimbangan antara kebutuhan karyawan dengan kemampuan organisasi. Upaya pengelolaan sumber daya dilakukan guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja adalah hasil dan perilaku kerja yang diperoleh dengan cara menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya lingkungan kerja, motivasi, disiplin kerja kemampuan, dan kepemimpinan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor lingkungan kerja karyawan CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana dan juga menggunakan uji-t. penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut atau total sampling. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri. Dengan adanya upaya peningkatan kondisi lingkungan kerja perusahaan yang sudah cukup baik, diharapkan mampu menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Sehingga diperoleh peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi responden teradap gaya kepemimpinan pada Yayasan Insan Mega Mulia Brebes. (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Insan Mega Mulia Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden terhadap kuisioner (angket) yang di bagikan pada 32 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas dengan menggunakan bantuan hasil SPSS versi 24 adalah valid dan reliabel dan data di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dan pengujian koefisien determinasi menggunaan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) gaya kepemimpinan yang saat ini ada di Yayasan Insan Mega Mulia Brebes adalah gaya kepemimpinan Demokratis. (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Insan Mega Mulia Brebes

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in a company, because the human factor (employees) is the prime mover in every activity within the company, because employees carry out company activities from planning, implementing, to controlling every activity and activity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of wages on employee performance at the Insan Mega Mulia Brebes Foundation. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Insan Mega Mulia Brebes Foundation. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 18 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics using scores, percentages, and tables. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that wages have an effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the average percentage of the wage variable as much as 85% positive response and the employee performance variable as much as 97% positive response given by respondents. This shows that the better the level of remuneration by the company, the better the level of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that wages affect employee performance.

Abstract

The application of an effective work discipline leadership style in managing human resources in a company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV.Pilar Perkasa Mandiri in Brebes Regency. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents from CV.Pilar Perkasa Mandiri Sejahtera, Brebes Regency. Data analysis and processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance

Abstract

Background: The company will strive to achieve its goals effectively and efficiently. The advantages of a company can be achieved through several factors, one of these factors is the company's internal capabilities or through the company's resources. Human resources need motivation and performance discipline in order to develop their talents and change a monotonous mindset into an innovative soul, the role of a leader is the spearhead in changing the mindset of existing human resources. Methods: The research method used in this study is the causal association method and uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on CV. Kumbang Mas jaya directly to obtain data, implementation time in May-June 2021. The data analysis of this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. Result: Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance CV. Kumbang Mas Jaya is (∆R2) 0.265. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Kumbang Mas Jaya is (∆R2) 0.320. Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance CV. Kumbang Mas Jaya is (∆R2) 0.382. Conclusion: Motivation and discipline have a deep influence for someone to do their job, therefore they must be self-aware and willing to try to change themselves to become effective and efficient human resources and be proud of by all leaders and colleague. Efforts to increase work motivation and Employee performance can be improved by conducting more frequent training and efforts to improve work discipline are also carried out by applying penalties or sanctions for employees who violate company regulations.
