Abstract

ABSTRAKMinimnya informasi layanan Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) bagi  ibu hamil, menyebabkan kasus HIV/AIDS cenderung meningkat setiap tahun. Media promosi kesehatan layanan  PITC bagi ibu hamil diperlukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah penyampaian informasi dan pemahaman ibu hamil. Janis media yang lebih mudah dipahami berbentuk audiovisual yaitu animasi. Media animasi 2 dimensi perlu dirancang sebagai media promosi kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang layanan PITC. Merancang media animasi 2 dimensi untuk promosi kesehatan layanan PITC. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengembangan multimedia terdiri dari tahap pra produksi, produksi dan  pasca produksi. Tahap pra produksi meliputi pembuatan ide, naskah, storyboard, dan disain karakter. Tahap produksi meliputi pembuatan Key Animasi, In Between, Background, Dubbing, dan Music. Tahap pasca produksi meliputi kegiatan compositing, editing, dan rendering. Hasil penelitian didapatkan fakta bahwa kelayakan media berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi dengan persentase yaitu 77,5% dengan kategori  layak, ahli media dengan persentase yaitu 96,4% dengan kategori sangat layak dan uji kelayakan pengguna dengan persentase yaitu 86,3 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa animasi 2  dimensi promosi kesehatan layanan PITC  dapat dijadikan sebagai media  promosi bagi masyarakat luas. Kata Kunci: animasi; 2 dimensi; promosi; Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling  ABSTRACTThe lack of information about Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) services for pregnant women leads to an increase in HIV/AIDS cases every year. Health promotion media regarding PITC services for pregnant women is required with the aim of facilitating the delivery of information and increasing the understanding of pregnant women. Audiovisual media is found to be better in information delivery, for example in the form of animation. 2-dimensional animation media needs to be designed as a health promotion media in order to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about PITC services. This study was to design 2-dimensional animation media for health promotion of PITC services.  The approach implemented in this research was quantitative with descriptive type. Multimedia development methods consisted of pre-production, production and post-production stages. The pre-production stage involved the creation of ideas, scripts, storyboards, and character designs. The production stage involved the making of Key Animation, In Between, Background, Dubbing, and Music. The post-production stage involved compositing, editing, and rendering activities. It was obtained the fact that the feasibility of the media based on the assessment of material experts was 77,5 % which was involved in feasible category. Furthermore, based on media experts it was 96,4% which was involved in very feasible category. Based on the users, the feasibility was 86,3% which was involved in very feasible category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the 2-dimensional animation for health promotion of PITC services could be used as a promotional media in a wider community. Keywords: animation; 2 dimensions; promotion; PITC

Abstract

ABSTRAKKasus HIV pada ibu hamil di Kabupaten Sleman pada tahun 2018 ditemukan sebanyak 23 kasus meningkat menjadi 75 kasus pada tahun 2019. Minimnya informasi serta pelayanan kesehatan yang kurang optimal menyebabkan kasus HIV/AIDS meningkat setiap tahun. Media promosi kesehatan diperlukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah penyampaian informasi dan pemahaman ibu hamil. Dunia saat ini sudah memasuki era 4.0 dimana terjadinya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih berdampak kepada perkembangan media promosi kesehatan. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan media aplikasi “PITC” berbasis android. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi “PITC” Berbasis Android Sebagai Media Promosi Kesehatan Layanan  Provider  Initiated  Testing And Counseling Bagi Ibu Hamil. Metode penelitian research  and  development dengan  model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan konsep, dan pengembangan aplikasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji kelayakan media berdasarkan penilaian dari 2 ahli praktisi dengan persentase yaitu 86% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan uji kelayakan pengguna dengan persentase yaitu 80,5 % dengan kategori layak. Data Minat  Ibu Hamil melakukan Konseling  dan Tes HIV yang dilakukan pengguna (ibu hamil) sebesar 50%  ibu hamil mempunyai minat tinggi  untuk melakukan konseling dan tes HIV. Kata Kunci: aplikasi; PITC; minat ABSTRACT There were 23 cases of HIV among pregnant women in Sleman Regency in 2018, whic increased to 75 cases in 2019. The lack of information and sub-optimal health services has led to an increase in HIV/AIDS cases every year. Health promotion media are required with the aim of facilitating the delivery of information and understanding of pregnant women. The world has currently entered the industry 4.0 era wherein increasingly sophisticated technological developments have an impact on the development of health promotion media. One example of it is the use of Android-based "PITC" application.This study was intended to develop an Android-based "PITC" application as a health promotion medium for Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling service for pregnant women. The study was research and development method with the ADDIE development model with the stages of needs analysis, concept design, and application development. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study based on the assessment of 2 expert practitioners, the media feasibility rate was 86% which can be involved in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the user feasibility rate was 80.5% which can be involved in the feasible category. Data regarding the Interest of Pregnant Women as users in HIV Counseling and Testing revealed that 50% of pregnant women had a high interest in HIV counseling and testing.Keywords: aplication; PITC; interest
