Abstract

Family support is included in supporting factors (supporting factors) that can affect a person's life and lifestyle which improves the health status and quality of life of the elderly. The purpose of this literature is to review various literature on families about landscape quality that can be used as information data to make the lives of the elderly more meaningful and inadequate with the lives they live each, questioning the benefits of living by supporting the family. The method used is a scientific electronic bibliographic database of articles published through Google Scholar as many as 1,370,000 articles, Pubmed as many as 9,376 articles, Microsoft Academic 60 articles and from Google Scholar as many as 655 articles, then 10 articles were selected. The results of a review of 10 selected articles agreed to family support to improve the quality of the elderly. The family has a very important role in the concept of a healthy family that has an elderly, where the family is a support system that provides direct care to family members who are experiencing physical, psychological, social and environmental difficulties that will support the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract

Hand hygiene is a hand-cleaning procedure with soap or antiseptic liquid from dirt. One component of the service quality indicators in hospitals is the incidence of infections that can be prevented by hand hygiene. Root cause analysis shows that knowledge factor is a determinant of hand hygiene compliance behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of nurses and five moment behavior for hand hygiene in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. This type of research is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling or samples were taken with consideration according to the phenomenon of research that fulfilled the inclusion criteria as many as 53 nurses in the RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. The data analysis technique used is the non-parametric statistical Rank Spearman test (rho). The results of the research of majority nurse knowledge in the good category were 40 respondents (75.5%) and nurses' five moment compliance behaviors for hand hygiene the majority of the good categories were 41 respondents (77.4%). The results of the statistical test with the Spearman Rank test obtained a p value of 0,000 <0,05. The conclusion is there is a relationship between knowledge of nurses and five-moment compliance behavior for hand hygiene in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen.

Abstract

Social support in the Covid-19 pandemic situation for the general public, patients and medical staff is needed in the form of: appraisal support to solve problems or describe stressors, tangible support for real help to solve problems, self esteem support support views both about themselves and belonging support in one part or group. The purpose of this article review is to review various articles on social support during the Covid-19 pandemic so that it is used as information that social support currently has an important role in the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a scientific electronic bibliographic database of English articles published through Research Square with 1,001 articles, Google Scholar with 24,000 articles and Pubmed with 141 articles, then 5 articles are selected. The results of the review of the 5 articles selected stated that social support was positively correlated with self-efficacy for Covid-19 disease and sleep quality, while social support was negatively correlated with anxiety, stress, depression, psychological distress for Covid-19 disease and sexual compulsive symptoms. Social support is very important in the dimensions of health and well-being to improve coping mechanisms and quality of life.
