Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of the style of leadership, compensation, and job environment on employee performance and job satisfaction on PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The population in this study are all employees of PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the research conclusions show leadership styles have a significant impact on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction, job environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance, leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance, the working environment has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh kualitas interaksi, kualitas lingkungan, kualitas hasil terhadap kepuasan Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta (PTKIS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 55 sampel dan sumber data primer yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas interaksi (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan PTKIS (Y). Variabel kualitas lingkungan (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan PTKIS (Y). Variabel kualitas hasil (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan PTKIS (Y). Variabel kualitas interaksi (X1), kualitas lingkungan (X2), dan kualitas hasil (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan PTKIS (Y). Dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,875 yang berarti menunjukkan adanya korelasi (R) sebesar 0,864 yang berarti terdapat korelasi/hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas interaksi, kualitas lingkungan, dan kualitas hasil secara bersama-sama dengan variabel terikatnya yakni kepuasan PTKIS. Besarnya coeficient of determination (adjusted R2) sebesar 0,710 yang berarti variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas interaksi, kualitas lingkungan, dan kualitas hasil dapat memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 73,2% kepada kepuasan PTKIS sedangkan sisanya 100% - 73,2% = 26,8% diterangkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explore the relevance of economic policies contained in the story of the Prophet Yusuf in the context of the economic recession in Indonesia. The story of the Prophet Yusuf in the Koran contains various aspects of economic policy, such as resource management, distribution policy, the role of technology, and public finance, which can be a source of inspiration for facing the economic crisis. In the Indonesian context, where economic challenges can arise from various factors such as changes in the global economy, natural disasters, or in the case of this research, the COVID-19 pandemic. Through historical and religious approaches, this research analyzes the story of the Prophet Yusuf and identifies relevant economic policy principles. Furthermore, this research compares these principles with the policies that have been implemented by the Indonesian government in dealing with the economic recession and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide useful insights and recommendations for policy makers, researchers and economic practitioners in facing complex and diverse economic challenges.

Abstract

Islamic mutual funds are investment instruments that offer attractive alternatives for Muslim investors who wish to participate in the capital market while adhering to Islamic financial principles. In this study, a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach was employed to analyze the performance of Islamic mutual funds in the Indonesian Sharia capital market. The research involved an in-depth analysis of factors influencing the performance of Islamic mutual funds, such as historical performance, associated risks, portfolio characteristics, fund management, and compliance with Sharia principles. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic mutual funds in the Indonesian Sharia capital market have experienced significant growth during the research period from 2019 to May 2023. Although the growth in the number of Islamic mutual funds has been relatively slow, it reflects the increasing interest of investors in investment instruments that align with Sharia principles

Abstract

This article discusses China's Soft Diplomacy efforts towards Egypt in the field of economic cooperation for the 2016-2022 period. China's relations with Egypt and the Middle East region previously experienced a decline after the Cold War, also the Arab Spring phenomenon which then destabilized China due to the impact of the economic and political crisis. China is improving relations with Egypt through a soft power approach to economic cooperation. Qualitative methods were used in this research through literature studies to find out how China's Soft Diplomacy approach towards Egypt in the field of economic cooperation and the interests of the two countries look at China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Egypt's Vision 2030. Based on the research conducted, it was found that China applies soft diplomacy in the field of economic cooperation in the form of establishing a strategic partnership between China and Egypt, where China emphasizes the use of institutional resources and values by offering the Belt and Road Initiative synergies. Besides that, China also has an interest in improving its positive image and expanding its influence in the Middle East Region.

Abstract

The evolution of Islamic management practices has significantly transformed from the classical to contemporary eras, demonstrating adaptability to social, economic, and global changes while adhering to Islamic principles such as faith, charity, and musawarah. This study aims to analyze the evolution of Islamic management practices and how Islam can be integrated into modern management practices. The research methodology uses qualitative research with literature and relevant sources to analyze the development and contributions of Islamic management practices over time. The findings show that Islamic management not only has relevance in Islamic business but also contributes to conventional management through ethics, value-based leadership, transparency, and accountability. Despite challenges in implementation, such as lack of standard standards and compliance with conventional business, this evolution highlights the importance of Islamic management in addressing global dynamics and creating an organization that supports and guides the Islamic community.

Abstract

Dalam sejarah peradaban manusia, terdapat beberapa bentuk sistem ekonomi yang telah ditemukan, seperti sistem ekonomi kapitalis, marxis, atau sosialis, dan sistem ekonomi Islam. Sistem ekonomi kapitalis dan sosialis telah berkembang sejak lama, sementara sistem ekonomi Islam baru dikembangkan dalam tiga dekade terakhir. Sistem ekonomi yang telah berkembang sejauh ini mengacu pada sistem ekonomi Eropa. Hal ini karena istilah sistem ekonomi Islam belum dikenal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbankan dan keuangan Islam dalam perspektif sejarah pembentukan hukum Islam mulai dari zaman Rasulullah SAW hingga zaman dinasti Abbasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama masa dinasti Abbasi, prinsip-prinsip perbankan sudah terlihat permukaannya, yaitu selama pemerintahan al-Muqtadir. Selama zaman Nabi Muhammad hingga masa Umayyah, hal ini tidak dikenal sebagai bank, tetapi fungsinya dilakukan menggunakan kontrak sesuai dengan syariah.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, menyumbang sekitar 60% dari PDB dan menyerap lebih dari 97% tenaga kerja. Namun, akses permodalan menjadi hambatan utama bagi pertumbuhan UMKM, sekitar 70% mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan pembiayaan. Faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya jaminan, biaya administrasi yang tinggi, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang produk pembiayaan. Pembiayaan syariah muncul sebagai solusi potensial dengan menawarkan model yang lebih adil dan transparan, menghindari riba, gharar, dan batil, serta menggunakan prinsip bagi hasil yang membagi risiko dan keuntungan secara proporsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai model pembiayaan syariah yang diterapkan pada UMKM di Indonesia, termasuk mudharabah, murabahah, dan musyarakah. Analisis menunjukkan kebutuhan modal UMKM bervariasi berdasarkan sektor, sektor manufaktur memerlukan modal besar. Murabahah, ijarah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan, tetapi kombinasi murabahah dan musyarakah dianggap paling ideal karena menawarkan fleksibilitas dan pembagian risiko yang lebih adil. Data empiris dan teori keuangan Islam, seperti Maqasid al-Shariah, mendukung pengembangan pembiayaan syariah untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif, dan memberdayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

Employees as a major resource companies must provide the best service to customers and provide optimum performance so that consumers feel underserved and satisfied. If consumers are not satisfied to make complaints that could damage the company's image. This indicates that the resource manusiasangat affect the success in achieving its objectives. Human resources has the function to manage what a company has to the maximum to obtain the expected results of the company.As a company engaged in the service PT.CaturSentosaAdiprana, Tbk facilitate employees by providing training that are expected to provide motivation and can form the character of employees that can improve performance. Employees who received training, there will be motivation in itself and with training can also form a character on an employeeor employees who can influence to improve the quality of performance. Performance is the result or the overall success rate of a person during a certain period in performing tasks compared to a variety of possibilities, such as the standard of the work
