Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the influence of compensation, motivation, and work characteristics on Work Satisfaction. The analysis method used in this research was Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with using three predictors. Based on the research, can be concluded as follows there is a significant positive effect of compensation to Work Satisfaction in PT Jaya Metal Jakarta. There is a significant positive effect of motivation on Work Satisfaction. Also, there is a significant positive effect of Work Characteristics on Work Satisfaction. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the hypothesis that there were significant influences of compensation, motivation, and work characteristics on work satisfaction.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v11i1.1873

Abstract

This paper delvs a set of ‘financial exclusion’ factors in the Syari`ah (Islamic-law based) banking and measures its inclusive financial index. The financial exclusion is a condition, in which society has an obstacle to have an access into a financial institution. In contrast, the ‘financial inclusion’ is a process, in which a financial institution paves an access into a formal financial institution for unbankable people. This study is descriptive and qualitative. That is, the qualitative analysis uses the analytical technique data developed by Miles and Huberman (2009), such as data reduction, data display, and drawing or verivication of conclusion. Meanwhile, Quantitative analysis uses an Inclusive Financial Index (Indeks Keuangan Inklusif/IKI), such as dimensions attributed to the banking services, such as access, element of usage, and component of quality. This research employs primary resources resulted from interview and macro economic data, particularly sector of banking services. Additionally, this paper also refers to its secondary resources, such as financial report of Syari`ah banking dated from 2014 to 2016, and findings of diverse resources in terms of data, journals, books, and others connected to this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of the style of leadership, compensation, and job environment on employee performance and job satisfaction on PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The population in this study are all employees of PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the research conclusions show leadership styles have a significant impact on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction, job environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance, leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance, the working environment has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of Leadership styles and Organizational culture to Job Satisfaction. It is also to study the effect of Job Satisfaction to Organizational Commitment and to test the Cultural Organization, Leadership Styles, and Job Satisfaction toward Employee's Performance using Organizational Commitment as intervening variable. The use of these variables are based on the previous research by Koesmono (2005), Kirk L. Rogga (2001), Yuwalliatin (2006), Masrukhin & Waridin (2006), Morrison (1997), Samad (2005), Shea, M. (1999) dan Lok, Peter (2004) which found the direct effect and indirect effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style toward Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Commitment, and Organization Culture, Leadership Style and job satisfaction toward Employee's performance using Organizational Commitment to be variabel interverning. Theses variables enable us to solve problems in PT. Garda Jakarta. The sample of this research was 100 employees of PT. Garda Jakarta. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was run by AMOS software to analyze data. The result showedthat Leadership Styles and Cultural Organization gives positive significant influence to JobSatisfaction, Job Satisfaction gives significant influence to Organizational Commitment, Organization Culture gives significant influence to Employee's performance, leadership style gives influence to Employee's Performance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction contributes an significant influence to Employee's Performance using Organizational Commitment to be variabel interverning. This empirical result indicates that Leadership Styles and Organizational Commitment become one of many causes that trigger low Employee's Performance Job Satisfaction, and Cultural Organization. The company needs to consider Leadership Styles, Organizational Commitment in order to increase Employee's Performance because those factors proved depend on them. Theoritical implications and suggestions for future research have been elaborated at the end of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lembaga keuangan mikro syariah belum berpengaruh signifikan dalam menumbuhkan sektor riil di level mikro. Hal ini disebabkan oleh dua aspek, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Aspek internal meliputi sumber daya manusia, variasi produk, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Aspek eksternal meliputi nasabah, kebijakan pemerintah, dan kapitalisasi ekonomi. Aspek eksternal berpengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan aspek internal. Strategi yang harus dilakukan adalah memperbaiki strategi terhadap nasabah, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif. Data primer penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi (wawancara dan kuesioner) kepada para pakar dan praktisi lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. Data sekunder berupa hasil temuan dari berbagai sumber berupa data, jurnal, buku, dan lain sebagainya yang terkait dengan penelitian penulis.

Abstract

This research aims to find and produce an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bogor. Respondents in this research were employees who work in the PT Pos Indonesia environment, especially in Bogor. The number of respondents sampled in this research were 67 people and based on the purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models. Based on the above method, the results of this research indicate that organizational culture and organizational communication have a significant partially and simultaneously effect on the employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia Bogor and the percentage shows that as much as 57% of employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational communication.
