Abstract

 ABSTRACT The research aims to (1) analyze significance effect of leadership on employee’s performance; (2) analyze significance effect of the organizational commitment on employee’s performance; (3) analyze significance effect of the collectivism culture on employee’s performance; (4) analyze effect of leadership on employee’s performance moderated collectivism culture; (5) analyze effect of the organizational commitment on employee’s performance moderated collectivism culture. This research uses population research while the population is all employee’s at the CV Pakis Aji in Purwodadi Sub District consist of 45 respondents. Data collecting with questionnaire technique. Results of this research showed that (1) leadership has a significantly effect to employee’s performance (2) organizational commitment has a significantly effect to employee’s performance. (3) collectivism culture has a significantly effect to employee’s performance. (4) collectivism culture has moderate the effect of leadership to employee’s performance. (5) collectivism culture has moderate the effect of organizational commitment to employee’s performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are: 1) Analyze the influence of supervising on motivation of work 2) Analyze the influence of monitoring on motivation of work 3) Analyze the influence of incentives on motivation of work 4) Analyze variables supervising, monitoring and incentives that the dominant influence work motivation. This research is explanatory. Locations throughout the Paud Non Formal Institutes Kebakkramat Sub District In The Coordination of UPT. PUD, NFI and SD Office Kebakkramat District. This study population is the all of education personnels and educators on Kebakkramat District in the UPT, PUD, NFI and SD office Kebakkramat District by 40 respondents to the census sampling techniques. Types of data using quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis techniques using test validity, test reliability test classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination. Abstract

ABSTRACT The reaching of target of organization do not only depend on modern equipments, complete facilities and basic facilities, but exactly more depend on human being working the therefore, needed a human resource which with quality that is officer working its and can give result of good job and also have the high performance to support the duties at work nya utilize to reach the maximal result and target in line with local government. Basically organizational efficacy as a whole is contribution from result work all side do not aside from countryside peripheral in Kecamatan Kradenan of Kabupaten Grobogan. High Officer Performance is not an coincidence without executing something action meaning, but many factor influencing among others motivate and upheld discipline. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the significant effect between: (1) discipline to employee performance, (2) job environment to employee performance (3) moderate the influence of leadership and discipline job environment employees Karanganyar District Personnel Agency. Regional Personnel Agency employee population District Karanganyar year 2010 amounting to some 54 people. Samples taken all but the head of the District Personnel Agency Karanganyar so that the total sample of 53 persons. Sampling technique with a population research, in which all the members of the sampled population, while the technique of data collecting technique used questionnaire. The results of this research concluded: the first significant effect on the discipline of employee performance. Second the job environment does not significantly influence the performance of employees. Third significantly moderated the effect of leadership on employee performance discipline. But significant leadership did not moderate the influence of work environment on employee performance. Keywords: discipline, job environment, leadership, employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Aim of this research is to know influence organization structure to officer performance and influence organization structure to officer performance that moderate conflict. This research take location at Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi of Karanganyar Regency, regency with reason of that the office has merger so available adequate data in order to supporting this research. Population in this research is all officer of Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Of Karanganyar Regency counted 115 people and all as sample. Data collecting done with questionnaire, observation, bibliography study and documentation. Technique analyzed data the used t test, F test, determination test, Frucot dan Sharon Test. Result of research: value t test of organization structure result 8,479 with p-value 0,000 < 0,05 that means organization structure have influence to performance. Thats mean’s, the first hipotesis can be actually. Result interaction test of organization structure with conflict |X1-X2| result value -1,887 with p value 0,062 > 0,05. Thats mean’s, the second hipotesis can’t be actually. But, R2 result show that conflict can strong influence organization structure to performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: 1) Analyze the significance of the influence of tangibles to the satisfaction of farmers. 2) Analyze the significance of the influence of reliability to the satisfaction of farmers. 3) Analyze the significance of the influence responsiveness to farmers' satisfaction. 4) Analyze the significance the influence of assurance to the satisfaction of farmers. 5) Analyze the significance of the influence of empathy for the satisfaction of farmers. The population is that Farmers who gets irrigated of water Colo East have joined in the Recipient Water Farmers Association in Sukoharjo district, Karanganyar and Sragen the which amounts to 110 P3A. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling is chairman of the P3A by 55 people. Types of data using quantitative and qualitative data. Data sources using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis technique using a test of validity, reliability test assumptions of classical test, linear regression, test the accuracy of the model (F-test), t test, the coefficient of determination. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of determining the need for raw material supplies by PT. Lombok Gandaria Solo, so as to maintain the stability of production. Research methods using case studies in PT. Lombok Gandaria Solo, data collection methods used : interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a stochastic inventory control models. Results of calculation of the total inventory cost of raw materials showed that the inventory cost the company more than the total cost of inventory is calculated according to the method stochastic, so if PT. Lombok Solo Gandaria using stochastic inventory control methods will obtain cost savings. So that the hypothesis " that the alleged supply of raw material requirements determination made by PT. Lombok Gandaria Solo in maintaining the stability of inefficient production" unsubstantiated. Keywords : stochastic inventory control models, raw material supplies

Abstract

This study is a survey of employees in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta. The population in this study were 34 employees. The sampling technique using census. Types of data using qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the leadership skills of employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta. There was a significant effect of organizational commitment to employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta Surakarta, no significant effect on the morale of discipline employees in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta Surakarta. Organizational Commitment dominant influence on employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta not truth but morale variable is the variable that the dominant influence on employee discipline .
