Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction with academic services at STIKes Senior Medan. This research is a descriptive study that uses six variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance and Information Systems to measure the level of student satisfaction. Questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale were distributed to students through the Google Form application. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) application program to determine whether the variables used in this study were valid and reliable. By using descriptive analysis, the results obtained from the level of student satisfaction with the quality of academic services.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the degree of perfection of health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards by using the potential resources available at the hospital or health center in a reasonable, efficient, and effective manner and provided safely and satisfactorily according to norms, ethics, law, and socio-culture. taking into account the limitations and capabilities of the government, as well as the consumer society. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of patient satisfaction with antenatal care services at the Petisah Health Center Medan. The research methodology used is descriptive research. The number of samples used as many as 34 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. This research was conducted in the PWS-KIA room at the Petisah Health Center, Medan. With the results that four patients (11.8%) stated that they were very satisfied, 26 patients (76.4%) said they were satisfied and four patients (11.8%) said they were not satisfied, the majority of patients said they were satisfied with the antenatal care services. At the Petisah Health Center Medan, it is recommended that the Medan Petisah Health Center can maintain good services and improve the quality of standardized services for antenatal care patients so that the satisfaction expected by patients is realized in providing antenatal care services according to the 10T standard.

Abstract

Penduduk lansia di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan harapan hidup dari 66,7 tahun menjadi 70,5 tahun. Jumlah lansia (di atas 60 tahun) di Indonesia diperkirakan akan meningkat menjadi 28,8 juta (11% dari total populasi) pada tahun 2020, dan 80 juta (28,68%) pada tahun 2050. Semakin lama kehidupan seseorang, akan semakin mengalami masalah kesehatan seperti hipertensi, asam urat, gula darah, dan kolesterol. Untuk menurunkan sintesis kolesterol yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi serat serta vitamin yang tinggi sehingga kadarkolesterol dalam darah menurun. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kelurhan Tanah Enam Ratus Kecamatan Marelan dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan gula darah, asam urat dan kadar kolesterol lansia. Pemeriksaan dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi keadaan faktor risiko lansia di Kelurhan Tanah Enam Ratus Kecamatan Marelan. Kegiatan dengan melibatkan petugas puskesmas dan petugas Kelurahan Tanah Enam ratus. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepadamasyarakat dilakukan terhadap 66 lansia. Hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah, kadar kolesterol, kadar gula darah dan asam urat meningkat dan telah dilakukan edukasi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Abstract

Rontgen dada, atau film, yang dikenal sebagai thorax digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit jantung, paru-paru, saluran udara, pembuluh darah, dan kelenjar getah bening. Rontgen dada juga dapat menampilkan bagian atas tulang belakang, tulang rusuk, tulang selangka, dan dada. Penumpukan cairan ekstra di ruang pleura disebut sebagai efusi pleura. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh peningkatan produksi cairan pleura atau oleh hilangnya kemampuan limfatik untuk mengeluarkan cairan dari pleura. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, data kualitatif deskriptif digunakan. Sedangkan data deskriptif ini dapat berupa ringkasan hasil yang berubah menjadi pengamatan langsung terhadap hasil tes yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
