Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the degree of perfection of health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards by using the potential resources available at the hospital or health center in a reasonable, efficient, and effective manner and provided safely and satisfactorily according to norms, ethics, law, and socio-culture. taking into account the limitations and capabilities of the government, as well as the consumer society. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of patient satisfaction with antenatal care services at the Petisah Health Center Medan. The research methodology used is descriptive research. The number of samples used as many as 34 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. This research was conducted in the PWS-KIA room at the Petisah Health Center, Medan. With the results that four patients (11.8%) stated that they were very satisfied, 26 patients (76.4%) said they were satisfied and four patients (11.8%) said they were not satisfied, the majority of patients said they were satisfied with the antenatal care services. At the Petisah Health Center Medan, it is recommended that the Medan Petisah Health Center can maintain good services and improve the quality of standardized services for antenatal care patients so that the satisfaction expected by patients is realized in providing antenatal care services according to the 10T standard.

Abstract

Indonesia's low education can be seen from the low student learning outcomes in various subjects. One of the subjects that students always have the lowest grades on and is most afraid of is physics. Various efforts have been made by the teacher in overcoming the problems mentioned above, such as conducting discussions and questions and answers in class and helping students who have difficulties in learning physics. One of the learning methods that can be used by the teacher is to apply the mind map method. Mind maps are a creative note-taking method that make it easier to remember large amounts of information. This study aims to determine the effect of the mind map learning method on the physics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar year 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The population in the study were all 260 grade VIII students. Sampling was carried out by means of cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class VIII1 consisted of 35 people and the control class VIII2 consisted of 35 people. The instrument used is a learning test. Data processing uses an independent sample t-test. From the research results, the average post-test score for the experimental class was 75.43 with a standard deviation of 10.31 and the average post-test score for the control class was 64.43 with a standard deviation of 10.20. The results of the t test obtained a significance value in the experimental class = 0.894 > 0.05, then H0 was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of the Mind Mapping learning method on physics learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pematagsiantar.

Abstract

Tubuh manusia akan tersinari oleh berbagai frekuensi gelombang elektromagnetik yang kompleks. Tingkat paparan gelombang elektromagnetik dari berbagai frekuensi berubah secara signifikan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa paparan dari gelombang elektromagnetik ini dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap kesehatan fisik manusia. Ada kemungkinan gangguan tersebut adalah electrical sensitivity. Electrical sensitivity adalah gangguan fisiologis dengan tanda dan gejala neurologis maupun kepekaan, berupa berbagai gejala dan keluhan. Gangguan ini umumnya disebabkan oleh radiasi elektromagnetik yang berasal dari jaringan listrik tegangan tinggi atau ekstra tinggi, peralatan elektronik di rumah, di kantor maupun industri. Termasuk telepon seluler (ponsel) maupun microwave oven, ternyata sangat potensial menimbulkan berbagai keluhan tersebut. Abstract

Remaja lebih dikenal sebagai konsumen yang sangat ingin tahu dan informasi. Setiap informasi yang diberikan kepada seseorang seringkali ditelan begitu saja tanpa mempertimbangkan keakuratan atau manfaat atau kekurangan informasi tersebut bagi orang tersebut. Masa remaja adalah masa ketika banyak minat, termasuk yang berpusat pada seks dan masyarakat, mulai tumbuh. Seks dan pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja Indonesia bukanlah hal yang baru, apalagi di zaman yang lebih maju atau yang lebih dikenal dengan zaman globalisasi. Sedih rasanya mengetahui hal ini. Remaja siap menerima dan memproses apa yang diajarkan, yang merupakan nilai tambah. Sekitar 47% pendidikan seks telah dicapai di negara berkembang seperti Amerika Serikat, di mana program pemerintah memberikan buku panduan pendidikan seks kepada setiap orang tua yang memiliki anak. Pendidikan seks dasar yang diberikan antara lain pelajaran tata krama, asal bayi, pengenalan jenis kelamin, dan topik lainnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan Di SMP negeri 28 Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberi pengetahuan dan edukasi secara awal tentang seks supaya siswa dapat mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan pada siswa mengenai edukasi seks.
