Abstract

Human resources become an essential instrument in an organization or company. To make a superior company, it is necessary to have quality human resources. Because good quality human resources will increase work effectiveness. The external environment is a factor related to HR planning, and organizational decisions are chosen as part of HR planning. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and library research by analyzing variables related to HR planning. The purpose of the literature review research is exploratory. The results of this study are 1) Employee inventory affects HR Planning, 2) External environment affects HR Planning, and 3) Organizational decisions affect HR Planning.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Responsiveness, Efficiency and Accountability to Good Corporate Governance is an article to build a research hypothesis on the relationship between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Responsiveness relates to Good Corporate Governance; 2) Efficiency relates to Good Corporate Governance; and 3) Accountability related to Good Corporate Governance. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Good Corporate Governance, there are other factors including participation, transparency, inclusion, and following the rules.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Product Quality, Company Image and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Product Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction; 2) Company Image has an effect on Customer Satisfaction; and 3) Price Perception has an effect on Customer Satisfaction. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Customer Satisfaction, there are still many other factors including Price, Service Quality and Place variables.

Abstract

Decision making is a process to produce several alternative choices that focus on expectations and efforts to achieve goals. Leadership is the quality of the relationship or interaction between a leader and followers in certain situations. The leader's role in making decisions is central and strategic. Of the various management functions, there is one management function, a study showed that the decision maker has its own style. Often there are several leadership styles possessed by a leader that are often used as patterns in decision making. Often a manager uses 2 or 3 styles of decision making. The strengths and weaknesses of decision making are determined by the style used by a leader or manager. The same information will be assessed and a decision made with a leadership style that is not aligned. This article reviews the factors that influence the decision-making process, namely leadership style and personality, a study of human resource management literature that will occur in this literature review article are: 1) Leadership style affect the decision-making process, 2) Personality affects the decision-making process, and 3) Strategy affects the decision-making process.
