Abstract

Graphic design is a form of communication that utilizes an image to convey a message. Graphic design can convey messages easily understood. One form of graphic design products is logos and posters. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide knowledge to SMKN 2 Madiun City students about introducing the basic principles of design and color psychology theory and provide training on making poster logo designs using Corel-Draw. The participants in this training were 35 students. The method of implementing this community service goes through five stages: 1) problem formulation, 2) determination of solutions, 3) completion method, 4) evaluation, and 5) output. Based on the results of the implementation of community service activities, the pre-test lowest score is 40, the highest score is 70, and the lowest score is 65 in the post-test. The highest score is 90, so participants have increased knowledge and ability to do poster design after attending this training.

Abstract

Dapoer Attila Catering is one of the MSMEs in Setren Village Bayeman Hamlet Balerejo Madiun Regency. The development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires business owners to have a marketing strategy for marketing their products to increase competitiveness and develop their business potential. One of the strategies, in this case, is branding. Branding exists in a product or service, such as a name, sign, symbol, logo, or combination intended to identify a product or service. Branding aims to introduce a product to the broader community, build public trust in a product, and shape public perceptions of the product being sold. Based on the above problems, a community service program was carried out to help brand the identity of the Dapoer Attila Catering business using the Canva application. Based on the service results, the service program has gone well because MSME partners can gain knowledge and skills.

Abstract

In addition to being a profitable business, the Batik business can also preserve the culture of the Indonesian nation. Problems faced by the Batik Mukti Rahayu Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Sidomukti Village, Magetan Regency, which houses 22 batik artisans, marketing has only been limited to their circles or the surrounding community. In addition, KUBE's financial reports are done manually, so KUBE has not predicted its financial capacity. Seeing this, the 2021 Innovation Talent Team will conduct marketing training and operate a simple cash flow application. The method used is field observations, data collection, marketing training, and simple cash flow applications to make financial reports. These marketing training results are that Batik Mukti Rahayu craftsmen (KUBE) in Sidomukti Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency already have an Instagram account and a shop at Shopee. It can operate a simple cash flow application for financial reports. The "Pring Sedapur" motif, which is the icon of KUBE, can be recognized by many people and is a source of pride for the people of Magetan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of tempeh chips in Madiun Regency are experiencing rapid development, including the "NAJA" tempeh chips produced by Mrs. Yuli. So far, the problems faced are only word-of-mouth promotion and have not done online marketing, and there are no product variants. The 2021 Innovation Talent Team conducts marketing innovation training based on Digital marketing in collaboration with Shopee Indonesia and provides flavor variants for tempeh chips. The method used is field observation, data collection, and training on Marketing Innovation, Flavor Variants, and Packaging. The results of consumer training are easier to view and order products via Instagram, Whatsapp and telephone by cooperating with Shopee E-commerce and making permits. This training also provides ways to make packaging neater and more efficient. Flavor variants include original taste, balado, roast beef, grilled corn, chicken onions, spicy. Tempe chips UKM "NAJA" can expand its business reach so that many people can recognize tempeh chips with various flavors, and the market share is getting wider.

Abstract

The increase in the number of MSMEs will not contribute and sustain if MSMEs are not able to compete with the changing times. Internet of Things (IoT) is one form of changing times that has an impact on all aspects, including business. The impact of IoT on business is the shift of business from conventional business to digital business. MSMEs must respond to these business changes, one of which is by changing conventional marketing to digital marketing. The target of this PKM program is a group of MSMEs producing handicrafts in Cileng Village, Magetan which still lacks literacy about marketing and information technology. The purpose of this activity is to increase literacy on marketing strategies and information technology, develop marketing reach, and increase turnover. The method of service is mentoring and training. Mentoring and training related to product photos, making product descriptions using copywriting techniques, and opening an online store. The training program is expected to increase literacy knowledge about digital marketing, expand market reach, and fulfill the desired turnover target.
