Abstract

Bandung is a popular destination for tourists, especially domestic tourists. In supporting tourist attractions, a qualified hotel industry is needed. In practice, there are problems in the form of low number of repeat guests in Bandung. Referring to the results of preliminary studies conducted and the empirical facts found and relevant previous research results, it is estimated that the researcher estimates that there are four factors that predominantly influence customer loyalty in Three-Star Hotels, namely: price setting, service quality, hotel atmosphere and customer satisfaction. In the calculation, the relationship between (1) quality and pricing, (2) customer satisfaction with hotel atmosphere, (3) customer loyalty to price fixing, (4) service loyalty with customer decisions, (5) hotel atmosphere with price fixing at position which is related and significant. Then there are two variables, namely the relationship between service quality and hotel atmosphere. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Data analysis in the study used a path analysis approach (path analysis). The technique of using data using a questionnaire with the number of respondents of 395 respondents.

Abstract

South Sumatra is one of the travel destinations for visitors to visit, one of the attractions of tourism found in south Sumatra is Rumah Limas Seratus Tiang. The purpose of research is to identify potential tourism in the village of Sugih Waras and to plot a strategic move in the development of the tour village Sugih Waras. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document study and observation. Qualitative data analysis of the potential for Tours in the village of Sugih Waras, village support in the development of Tours in the village Sugih Waras and strategic plans in the development of the tourist village Sugih Waras. Research shows the potential for tourism to be developed in the village of Sugih Waras, a natural tourist potential, the Komering River lying across the street from the Rumah Seratus Tiang, a hundred yards away, and the cultural potential of the Rumah Limas Seratus Tiang and the tomb of Prince Redjed Wiralaksana, which lies directly behind Rumah Limas Seratus Tiang. The strategic plan for the development of the Rumah Limas Seratus Tiang, among other things: in its next generation of grants aimed at building an attraction of Desa Wisata Sugih Waras panoramic view. As for other strategic attractions development plans by holding regional dance races, distich and song competitions; Accessibility development by road improvement, transportation to tourist villages; The amenity with the provision of the sound system, the costume of the dancer and the development of the attraction by making securing village Sugih Waras one of history's destines equipped with the activities of the distich and the singing of the region. This is being done to realize the potential development of a village tour potential in Desa Sugih Waras.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of bartender interpersonal communication on customers’ purchase decisions and the effect of purchase decisions on customer satisfaction at bars and cafés in PALI Regency. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 70 customers selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, and simple linear regression. The results revealed that bartender interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on customers’ purchase decisions (β = 0.641; p < 0.001). Furthermore, purchase decisions had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.713; p < 0.001). The findings indicate that effective bartender interpersonal communication helps customers obtain relevant information and select products that best suit their preferences, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of interaction quality between bartenders and customers as an essential component of customer experience in the hospitality industry.
