Abstract

This research is based on the problem of unsatisfactory teacher performance. In this regard, this study aims to determine the effect of madrasa culture and the madrasa environment on teacher performance at MI Ma'arif NU 1 Karanggambas, Padamara District, Purbalingga Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at MI Ma'arif NU 1 Karanggambas, Padamara District, Purbalingga Regency, totaling 12 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used simple regression and multiple regression analysis techniques. This study resulted in the conclusion that Madrasah Culture has a significant influence on Teacher Performance MI Ma'arif NU 1 Karanggambas, Padamara District, Purbalingga Regency, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.01 < α = 0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.503 or a contribution of 50.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MIN 1 Purbalingga. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data uses triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. This research resulted that: (1) Planning was carried out by holding a joint meeting to discuss curriculum development; (2) Organizing is carried out by forming a curriculum development implementation team; (3) Implementation is carried out through pre-instructional, instructional and follow-up activities; (4) Controlling is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out by the head of the Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections, and periodic, continuous, and comprehensive briefings. The activity of evaluating student learning outcomes is carried out by the teacher council through exams.

Abstract

This article analyzes the dialectical problem of educational leadership models from various perspectives in the disruptive era. Leadership is one of the crucial issues in the management of education. The uneven quality of education at both the central and regional levels is a homework that still needs to be completed by the world of education. National Education Standards that have been formulated explicitly to be achieved as School or Madrasah thresholds are still stuck on administrative fulfillment only. The planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up plans of the School Work Program do not yet reflect the needs of the school community. It takes an educational leader who has the appropriate qualifications and competencies to bring schools or madrasas to excel in this disruptive era. A complete understanding of the proper leadership model of educational leaders is one of the important knowledge for a leader to be able to improve the quality of the education of the institution he leads. Based on the background above, this paper presents various models of educational leadership from a theological perspective, a philosophical psychological perspective, sociology in order to improve the quality of educational leadership in the disruptive era.
