Abstract

The raw material inventory recording system at CV Anugerah Sukses Gemilang is still done manually, therefore errors often occur in recording raw material inventory and it takes a long time to record raw material inventory manually. This causes the reports presented to be less accurate and take a long time to make reports in each period. This system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 by utilizing the VB.Net and MYSQL database. The purpose of this research is to be able to manage raw material inventory computerized and to present accurate and automatic reports in each period. The research method used consisted of data collection methods based on observations, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The results of this study are in the form of applications that help simplify and speed up officers in recording raw material inventories, especially in terms of data reporting.

Abstract

The payroll process for CV Anugerah Sukses Gemilang employees already uses a computer but it is not optimal because it still uses Microsoft Excel in calculating salaries. This payroll process has not given maximum results because it is not effective and efficient. It is necessary to make a computer-based employee payroll system that is more optimal, it is hoped that it can provide accurate, effective, and efficient employee salary data information. The purpose of the research is to make it easier for the company in the payroll process and minimize problems that often occur. Information system designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and MySQL database. The method used in developing this system is the prototype method with design tools using Flowmap, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of this employee payroll application can facilitate the calculation of employee salaries and can shorten the time in searching and matching employee data to minimize errors in the employee payroll system.

Abstract

Café more is a business project of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Sensory Disabilities Netra Wyata Guna Bandung. The author's purpose of conducting this research is to compile a management design for sales accounting information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and database MySQL. In this study, the authors use qualitative methods with interview data collection methods, literature study data or observation. And also the system development method used is the prototype. From the results of this study, a problem was found, namely the processing of cafe more sales data reports is still manual so that sales reports are still irregular and prone to errors in making the report and the information presented is less accurate. With this sales information system management design, the author hopes to simplify the work of employees in managing sales data and sales reports quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Persiapan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja sangat dibutuhkan bagi siswa SMK, karena lulusan SMK memang diarahkan untuk siap kerja. Mental yang positif dan softskill yang mumpuni menjadi keharusan yang mesti dimiliki. Melalui kegiatan seminar ini diharapkan dapat membangun mental positif bagi calon lulusan SMK dalam menghadapi dunia kerja nanti. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab dan Role Playing dengan tiga narasumber yang berbeda. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya penambahan pengetahuan softskill berupa motivasi dan sikap positif, pemahaman terkait etika profesi, serta keahllian menjawab pertanyaan dalam wawancara kerja.

Abstract

PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion is a company engaged in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of gas turbines on an airplane engine. The research conducted to design Payment Transaction Proof Filing Information System at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion with the aim of producing a web-based application that plays a role in digitally collecting documents that were previously done manually. The research method for developing these applications uses SDLC (Problem identification, Data analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance) & UML. This web application uses MYSQL & APACHE as a local server and is created using PHPRAD. UML plays a role in representing the workflow of a system. The result of this research is a web-based proof of payment transaction archiving application that aims to make it easier for workers when archiving, such as searching and storing documents so that it can be done digitally.

Abstract

Petty cash is a company-provided fund for operational activities with a relatively small nominal amount. When processing petty cash at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera still uses Microsoft Excel, which makes the company's performance less effective in managing petty cash. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based cash accounting information system with the programming language PHP and My SQL as a database. The research method used is qualitative. Data and information were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature research. The software development method used is the waterfall model, where the phases from system analysis to system maintenance are sequential and cannot be done randomly. With the existence of a computerized system, the company's performance in terms of petty cash management is expected to become more effective.

Abstract

This study focuses on KSPPS BMT NUS Kc. Cileunyi, a cooperative operating in the field of savings, lending and financing based on Sharia principles. Currently, the accounting for late payment fines of members of this cooperative is still done manually. To increase the efficiency and accuracy of recording this information, we designed an overdue fine collection information system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database system. This research method includes interviews, observations, and document reviews. We applied a waterfall development approach when designing this system. Search results at KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Kc. Cileunyi emphasized that the process of recording monies collected from overdue fines still relies on a manual system. Therefore, we designed a new system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database. This system will help managers easily record the late payment fines of cooperative members. In addition, the system is expected to generate more accurate and efficient cash reports of late payment fines that can be presented to regulators for further assessment. By implementing this system, it is hoped that KSPPS BMT NUS Kc. Cileunyi can improve his financial management in a more professional manner.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank that emerged from a merger between PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, and PT Bank BNI Syariah. The consolidation between the three Islamic banks resulted in more complete services, greater coverage, and more optimal funding capacity. One of the services from BSI is the Gold Pawn Service, which is a lending product based on gold as collateral as a practical way to obtain cash. The purpose of the research that designed the Gold Pawn Service information system was to facilitate recording and reporting of all activities in the Gold Pawn Service. Technology in designing the Gold Pawn Service information system using Microsoft Visual Studio with Microsoft Access as database. This research resulted in the design of a Gold Pawn Service financing simulation information system that features news information and knowledge about calculations and explanations of gold pawn service financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia at Cimahi Branch Office.

Abstract

The accountability report is one of the important indicators to know the performance of the APBD in a government agency. The process of preparing accountability reports in the planning and finance department still uses Microsoft Excel, which still brings many obstacles. Some of these obstacles show that the planning and finance departments have not optimized today's information technology, so the production of accountability reports has not been effective. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system for accountability reporting in the Planning and Finance Department of the Regional Secretariat of Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques using qualitative methods. The method for designing the accountability report system is uses the waterfall method, which consists of five phases. The design of this information system is web-based, using flowmap modeling and data flow diagrams, and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. It is hoped that this information system will facilitate budget entry and produce accurate and understandable accounting reports. This information system is expected to facilitate recording of budgets and produce accountability reports that are accurate and easy to understand.

Abstract

Tanjungsiang District, located in Subang Regency, West Java, is one of 30 sub-districts consisting of 10 villages. This study identified problems related to manual financial management practices in these villages, leading to a lot of inaccurate and erroneous financial information. Therefore, this study focuses on designing a financial management information system for villages in Tanjungsiang district. The research method used is a qualitative method including direct observation, interviews, discussions with Tanjungsiang District Office staff and data collection from various sources such as books, scientific articles, and other publications. online source. The development methodology used is the Waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases, with support from Unified Modeling Language (UML). Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the development platform, while Microsoft Access 2019 is used for database hosting. The expected result of this research is an accurate and reliable financial recording system that facilitates revenue and expenditure management, with an easy-to-use interface that is easy to understand and use for users.
