Abstract

The Purpose of the design and research is to build a hardware that can improve the efficiency of the Lecturer attendance system of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Where the Lecturer Attandace System is currently still manually inputted by the operator into a simple Desktop-based Information System. The concept of Smart devices implemented isf a lecturer attendance system that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which is a technology can do many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages RFID technology as well as supporting media in the fluency process of the lecture. Software development method used is Waterfall. The attendance system design to make a reliable RFID reader with a relatively lower cost compared the other RFID reader. With these RFID Tecnology the researche builds a special reader to make easy for lecturers to conduct attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and provide convenience to academic officers in managing lecture administration, courses, and lecturer teaching schedules.

Abstract

Effectiveness and efficiency are mandatory requirements in this modern era, not least in terms of population data processing at the RT/RW level. This is what underlies the authors carry out research related to the design of information systems for data processing residents of RW 03 Kel. Cyber. The problem that occurs is that data processing is still conventional where all archives are still recorded manually in the master book so that the data collection process takes a long time. And submitting a cover letter takes a long time because it has to match the existing data. In addition, data is often lost when transferring management from each period. Therefore, it is necessary to update by utilizing currently available technology to facilitate and simplify the work of the employees on duty. The solution proposed by the author to solve this problem is to use the waterfall method by creating a desktop-based application. The result to be achieved is to make it easier to store data using a database and the process of submitting correspondence becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology brings changes to all sectors. One technology that plays an important role is web-based. Abercode Software House is a company engaged in software development services. In one of the project order processing flows, the traditional method was used, namely interviews and manual notes. Therefore, a website-based Application Project Order Information System is one way to solve problems in Abercode Software House. The building of this system used software development using the Waterfall method and the PHP and HTML programming languages and MySQL as the database. The data collection method used was qualitative and data-based analysis methods and Blackbox testing methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the traditional method slowed down and complicated the ordering process. The testing information systems carried out with the Blackbox method obtained the expected results as a whole, with for the testing carried out directly by Abercode Software House.

Abstract

The Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation is a legal and independent non-profit social foundation with the goal of becoming a halfway house facilitator for needy patients and families. The purpose of this study is to create a data management information system for assisted patients to aid in data management, patient submissions, and data transactions at the Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation, thereby making work more effective and efficient. The waterfall method is used in software development to collect data from previous studies through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation's patient data management system, according to the analysis, is still manual, whereas previously data management could only be managed by one foundation administrator and accessed by anyone. Given these concerns, researchers are encouraged to develop a web-based application using PHP, the Codeigniter 3 framework, and Mysql as a database. It is hoped that this information system will improve the performance of foundation employees by making data entry easier and faster, as well as avoiding data loss errors from a security standpoint.

Abstract

Persiapan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja sangat dibutuhkan bagi siswa SMK, karena lulusan SMK memang diarahkan untuk siap kerja. Mental yang positif dan softskill yang mumpuni menjadi keharusan yang mesti dimiliki. Melalui kegiatan seminar ini diharapkan dapat membangun mental positif bagi calon lulusan SMK dalam menghadapi dunia kerja nanti. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab dan Role Playing dengan tiga narasumber yang berbeda. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya penambahan pengetahuan softskill berupa motivasi dan sikap positif, pemahaman terkait etika profesi, serta keahllian menjawab pertanyaan dalam wawancara kerja.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dari sebuah instansi. Pemanfaatan perkembangan IT yang maksimal dan real-time dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menangani pengelolaan administrasi dan sistem manajemen arsip di era modern ini. Sebagai salah satu bentuk Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, salah satunya adalah Pengabdiaan Kepada Masyarakat, maka Politeknik Piksi Ganesha bekerjasama dengan BME Center memberikan Pelatihan Modern Office Administration & E-Filling System kepada tenaga administrasi PT Pupuk Kalimatan Timur yang bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi yang disampaikan, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara aplikatif dan memiliki kemampuan professional mengelola administrasi perkantoran serta manajemen arsip yang terkomputerisasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa praktek langsung dan pemberian materi/ tutorial (administrasi perkantoran modern, tata ruang kantor, pelayanan tamu dan telepon, korespondensi, manajemen waktu dan arsip elektronik, serta otomatisasi administrasi perkantoran), selain itu diberikan pula Games dan Ice Breaking, Diskusi serta Tanya Jawab. Dari hasil pelatihan, banyak manfaat dan ilmu baru yang didapatkan para peserta, khususnya meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih profesional serta dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan bisnis digital.

Abstract

In conducting its business, product distribution company can not be separated from sales activities. Sales is the primary function of marketing which also is another function that will help achieve the overall objective of a company. Company's ability to manage the sale is one of the main factors that determine the success of the company is achieving its objectives. In making sales, PT. Graha Pangan Lestari assign all tasks to the salesman and sales supervisor / supervisor. To each his own salesman equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) which use the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales). Where Scylla Mobile is software that was applied to the PDA device that became a tool salesman working in distribution companies. But the salesman although equipped PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), still there are shortages or problems faced by the salesman in doing their work. The method used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, to determine the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, coefficient of determination, Test t. The results showed that the Scylla Mobile (Software Sales) has a role on the performance of salesmen, mobile Scylla assist performance salesmen in making sales / order goods. Still others are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Scylla and meaning if the use of mobile (software sales) is the better it will be better the performance of salesmen in doing sales / order goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop previous research, namely the implementation of smart devices in the lecture attendance system. In this study, we built a hardware device that can increase efficiency and develop a Lecturer Attendance System at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Where the Attendance Information System that was designed previously was still desktop-based and only used to input lecturer attendance only. The concept of Smart Devices is implemented in the form of a lecturer and student presence system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which is a technology that can perform many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages, RFID technology can also be implemented as a supporting medium in the smooth running of the lecture process. The software development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). This information system of web-based lecture attendance uses PHP and MySql as database by making a reliable RFID reader. By using existing RFID technology, researchers built a special reader (custom) to make it easy for lecturers and students to carry out attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and make it easy for academic officers to manage lecture administration reports for lecturers and students

Abstract

Inventory Information system is a system for storing goods to achieve a goal in decision making by receiving input and producing output using a simple transformation. The inventory system usually consists of a system for receiving incoming goods, outgoing goods, and a warehouse or inventory system. Over time, an inventory Information system is needed to manage data precisely and efficiently.Therefore, the author designed an inventory Information system to help the work at PT. ABC Kogen Dairy.The design of this inventory Information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with MySql database.Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter. The development method used is the Waterfall Model. The goal is to make the inventory system newer, more responsive in managing data and Information in and out of goods, simplifying the performance of users who work, and being able to follow technological developments.

Abstract

Pencarian nomor rekam medis di Puskesmas Kebumen I masih kurang efektif yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Excel sebagai tempat penyimpanan data nomor rekam medis pasien, hal tersebut membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam pencarian nomor rekam medis pasien dan sering terjadinya duplikasi data pasien dengan nomor rekam medis yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pencarian nomor rekam medis pasien dan mengatasi masalah dalam pencarian nomor rekam medis yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kebumen I. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Systems Development Liife Cycle (SCLC) yang sering disebut sebagai metode Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem informasi pencarian nomor rekam medis pasien menggunakan borland delphi 7.0 yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah petugas rekam medis Puskesmas Kebumen I dan mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.
