This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of equity, profitability, and leverage on profit growth in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The financial ratios used consist of ROE, ROA, and DER. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely financial statements published in the first quarter of 2022. The data comes from 40 companies on the Stock Exchange. In this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the independent variables together have no significant effect on profit growth, with the results of the coefficient of determination being 16%. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, equity, profitability, and leverage have no effect on profit growth

This study analyzes and analyzes the factors that influence investors to make investments. Many factors influence investors to make direct investments. Researchers are motivated to study and analyze the factors that influence the decision of multinational companies to make direct investments in Indonesia. Based on previous theory and research, there are some of the biggest determinants of investment, labor, infrastructure, trade openness, exchange rates, trade, interest rates, and economic growth. The theoretical basis used in this study of foreign investment is; (1) classical investment theory, (2) Keynesian investment theory, (3) comparative advantage theory, (4) product cycle theory developed, (4) modern monopolistic advantage theory, (5) leader following theory, (6) investment theory cross, (7) financial factor theory, (8) and eclectic theory. The object of research was carried out in Indonesia. To answer the research problem, the data used from 1997 to 2017 in Indonesia are sourced from the 2018 ASEAN Statistics Yearbook and answer using multiple regression with SPSS 25. Based on the research results, market size affects foreign direct investment in Indonesia while the workforce, infrastructure trade openness, exchange rates, ethnicity, and economic growth do not affect direct investment in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of collecting land and building taxes, local taxes and regional levies in increasing regional income. The research method used for this research is quantitative with a time series analysis model. Which uses data in the form of secondary reports on the budget analysis of the Batam Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) for the 2017-2021 period. This study shows the results that land and building taxes are partially has a significant and positive effect on local revenue (t count 22.992 > 1.6725 t table), hotel taxes has a significant effect on local revenue (t count 16.904 > 1.6725 t table). Meanwhile, parking fees have a negative value of -7.296 <0.16725, while parking fees do not have a positive effect on local revenue. Simultaneously building and land taxes, hotel taxes and user charges have an effect on local revenue with an F count of 234.500 > 2.77 F table.

Investment decisions of Batam City students occupy an important role in order to provide an alternative for obtaining money or profits in the future. This study used via a Likert scale, the sample was 375 students in Batam City. The data analysis method used was descriptive statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, and hypothesis testing, then processed with the SPSS v26 program. The results of the study from the T test stated (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions (2) financial attitude has a significant effect on investment decisions and (3) income has a significant effect on investment decisions. The results of the F test also say that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and income simultaneously have a significant effect on investment decisions. The results of the study of the coefficient of determination stated that the influence on investment decisions was 20.2% by the variables in this study, the remaining 79.8% was influenced by other variables that were not from this research variable. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlokasi di Perumahan Buana Impian 2 RW 028 Kelurahan Tembesi, Kecamatan Sagulung, Kota Batam. Di perumahan Buana Impian 2 RW 028 terdapat 4 (empat) Rukun Tetangga (RT) dengan kepala rumah rangga sebanyak 827 KK. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan tentang penting Koperasi dan cara untuk mendirikan Koperasi. Masyarakat dimotivasi untuk mencintai Koperasi dan mengetahui pentingnya untuk menjadi anggota Koperasi. Manfaat Koperasi tidak hanya secara ekonomi semata tetapi ada unsur gotong royong dan unsur sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi kepada peserta pelatihan dan dilajutkan dengan pendampingan kepeda peserta. Materi pelatihan terdiri: pendirian koperasi primer, keanggotaan koperasi, perangkat koperasi, modal koperasi, dan jenis koperasi. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan peserta diharapakan termotivasi dan tertarik untuk mendirikan Koperasi di perumahan Buana Impian 2 / RW 028.

This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, security and brand image on purchasing decisions for Grab services in Batam City. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, with the population using the Grab application in Batam City in 2024 which cannot be known with certainty. The sampling technique used the Lameshow formula to produce 100 respondents drawn using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to carry out data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests. This research found that ease of use, security, and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The calculated t value for ease of use is 3.122 with a significance of 0.002, for security it is 4.991 with a significance of 0.000, and for brand image it is 6.672 with a significance of 0.000, all of which exceed the t table value of 1.984 and are below the significance threshold of 0.05, supporting hypothesis H1 , H2, and H3. In addition, simultaneous analysis shows that the calculated f value of 102.955 exceeds the f table value of 2.70 with a significance of 0.000, supporting Ha's hypothesis that ease of use, security and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

This research aims to understand and analyze the impact of audit delays, financial distress, and management turnover on auditor switching of financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method used is deskriptif statistics and logistic regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The study population is 45 companies. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling, and as many as 11 companies have been obtained from 2016 to 2020. The type of data used in the study is second-hand data in the form of company financial statements. The results of this research partly show that the significant impact of audit delay on auditors switching is 0.016<0.05, financial distress has no effect on auditors switching is 0,444>0,05. while the impact of management turnover on the auditor switching is not significant, that is, 0.110>0.05. The results of this research also show that audit delays, Financial distress and management turnover have a significant impact on auditor switching, with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the efficiency of BPR profitability in the city of Batam which was tested using the Non Performing Loan and Loan Deposit Ratio variables. profitability in this study using ROA. The population of this study includes BPR in Batam city and 28 BPR selected as a sample of the city studied according to the criteria by using rational sampling technique. Data analysis in this study includes multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the ad dets test, it has a significant negative effect on profitability according to the test showing a significant value of 0.000 t Tale 1.98137. The loan deposit ratio has no significant effect on profitability on the results of asis if the test shows a significant value of 0.23 > 0.05 and the account is 1.175 or higher; The story of 1.98137. Based on the test results indicate that the NPL and LDR simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability with a significance value of 0.000 and 0.05.

Company value is the value of the company's management performance in reaping profits which includes supporting factors which will later be seen from the company's stock price. The purpose of this study was to determine whether profitability, liquidity and firm size affect firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this study are return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR) and firm size to price book value (PBV). The population in this study amounted to 193 companies engaged in manufacturing which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples selected by outlier test and also purposive sampling were 10 companies that were eligible to be tested using SPSS v. 25. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the T test show that Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity (CR) and Firm Size (Firm Size) have no effect on Firm Value. The results of the F test analysis show that the variables of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size together have a significant effect on company performance.
