Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing dalam permainan futsal melalui metode bervariasi pada kelas 8 B SMPN 1 Sampolawa Jln. Poros Mambulu, Kel. Jaya Bakti, Kec. Sampolawa, Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes,dokumentasi,dan observasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan siswa siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Dari 26 jumlah siswa, 15 siswa yang mencapai kategori tidak tuntas dengan persentase 57,69% dan siswa yang berada pada kategori tuntas 11 siswa dengan persentase 42,31%. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus 1 yaitu 74. Pada siklus 2 terdapat 2 siswa yang mencapai kategori tidak tuntas dengan persentase 7,69% sedangkan 24 siswa yang berada pada kategori tuntas dengan persentase 92,31% dengan nilai rata-rata pada siklus 2 yaitu 88. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bhawa hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yang mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pada lis gipsum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sifat mekanik penambahan persentase serat kain bekas. Variasi komposisi tepung gipsum dan serat kain bekas masing-masing: 2%, 4%, 6% dan 8% dengan faktor air semen (FAS) 0,5. Pembuatan sampel plester gipsum menggunakan mesin hot press menggunakan suhu 90 °C dalam waktu 30 menit. Sifat mekanik yang diuji meliputi kuat patah dan kuat lentur. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk MOR dan MOE adalah UTM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa plester gipsum dengan serat kain bekas memiliki nilai kuat patah sebesar 953,1 kgf/cm2 sampai dengan 2.981,4 kgf/cm2 dan nilai kuat lentur sebesar 63.519,67 kgf/cm2 sampai dengan 408.454,61 kgf/cm2. seluruh sampel lis gipsum telah memenuhi SNI 01-4449-2006 tentang standar mutu papan serat.

Abstract

The Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Southeast Sulawesi Province initiated a quite brilliant movement, namely the “Friendly Southeast Sulawesi Ministry of Religious Affairs Movement”, an initiative from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Southeast Sulawesi Province to strengthen and accelerate the implementation of a culture of life that is Clean, Religious, Polite, Harmonious based on Technology. The concept of the "Friendly Southeast Sulawesi Ministry of Religious Affairs" is more applicable and implementable because it was deliberately initiated to describe and translate the vision, mission and priority programs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in realizing a pious, moderate, intelligent and superior society and to outline the Garbarata program for the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government through five pillars namely Smart Southeast Sulawesi, Healthy Southeast Sulawesi, Concerned Poverty Southeast Sulawesi, Cultured and Faithful Southeast Sulawesi and Productive Southeast Sulawesi, according to the tasks and functions carried out by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.This research found that in theory and practice, interested parties. In accordance with their role, planners, who in fact are an integral part of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Southeast Sulawesi Province, must uphold the ethics that guide their behavior to support community participation and responsibility for the interests of the community. As a communicator, planners also need to adhere to natural pragmatic norms in communicating in order to gain public trust and be able to build effective communication.

Abstract

The implementation of Pencak Silat Tapak Suci martial arts training in Sunting Village, Aceh Tamiang Regency aims to develop youth character values through Pencak Silat martial arts training activities. The method used is a qualitative method that directly describes the character building of youth through Pencak Silat. This training was conducted on 13 March 2024. The results showed that Pencak Silat Tapak Suci had a positive impact on improving character values, especially discipline, among the youth of Sunting Village. Character strengthening is done through opening and closing ceremonies, habituation of values such as discipline, respecting elders, and including God in every activity. The process of instilling character values through this training goes through an introduction and understanding stage, as well as an application stage. Evaluation is conducted to ensure the learning goes well. Supporting factors include willingness to learn, good habituation, and parental support, while inhibiting factors include lack of talent, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and patience in training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ideal standard of technology-supporting facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive selection method with a survey form. The techniques used to collect data in this study are direct observation, direct communication, and documentary study, while the tools used to collect data are observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation. The population in this study uses saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses frequency distribution. The results of the study concluded that the technology-supporting facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency have not met the ideal standard criteria based on the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007. The availability of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency in 2024 provides an average of 53% of the ideal standard. The ownership of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District belongs to the schools. The feasibility of facilities and infrastructure in State Elementary Schools throughout Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency is categorized as Inadequate.

Abstract

The object of this research is the Agam Regency Community Welfare Index (IKM), to examine the influence of Leadership Knowledge, Skill and Ability on Performance in Agam Regency SMEs. The aim of this research is to determine how this model can provide a more precise picture of the causal relationship between Leadership Knowledge, Skill, Ability and Performance. the research sample was 100 employees of IKM Agam Regency, taken from business units engaged in manufacturing such as the production of crafts, food, bags, shoes, crackers and garments. Research data analysis is a structural equation model with the SPSS application program to test the 4 (four) hypotheses that have been developed, the relationship that has been hypothesized is a causal relationship. The results of the proposed hypothesis are accepted, the significance value of the Knowledge variable (X1) is 0.031, the significance value of the Skill variable (X2) is 0.028 and the significance value of the Ability variable (X3) is 0.046, then it is proven that if the significance value (sig) or the probability value is smaller than the significance level used (= 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Knowledge (X1), Skill (X2) and Ability (X3) variables on Performance in IKM Agam Regency.

Abstract

Islamic economics was born simultaneously with the birth of the teachings of Islam itself starting from the Prophet Muhammad SAW became an apostle. Economic activity in Islam is also considered as an activity that aims to serve oneself to Allah SWT. Therefore, its principles and characteristics are in line with the main guidelines of Muslims, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. The principles and characteristics of Islamic economics are formulated in such a way that the realization of happiness, peace, comfort and justice for economic actors without neglecting the right to develop themselves. Abstract

Determining student learning results and enhancing learning outcomes following the use of the NHT and CRH learning models are the goals of the research. This kind of research uses a quantitative, pre-experimental methodology. Purposive sampling was utilized in the sample collection technique, with all class IV students at MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya serving as research subjects. Learning outcomes are instruments. In the classroom environment, learning results are significantly higher when the NHT CRH collaborative model is used. The Paired Sample T-test, which indicates a significant difference (sign < 0.05) between the pretest and posttest scores, supports this. These findings suggest that when the NHT and CRH models are combined, learning outcomes improve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh leadership dan work motivation terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 31 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD Kota Padang. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja pada BPBD kota Padang, Terdapat pengaruh dan tidak signifikan antara leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD kota Padang, Terdapat pengaruh dan tidak signifikan antara work motivation terhadap kepuasan kerja pada BPBD kota Padang, Terdapat pengaruh dan tidak signifikan antara work motivation terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD kota Padang, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD kota Padang, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh work motivation terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD kota Padang.

Abstract

Drug abuse at the Intitusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) Mercusuar Foundation Pekanbaru City. Group guidance can help adolescents to understand that they are not alone in facing problems and can get support from others who experience the same problems. From the results of survey observations that researchers conducted, it was found that drug abuse was by adolescents aged 17-21 years. This research aims to find out how the implementation of group guidance in developing self-confidence in adolescents who abuse drugs at the Mercusuar Foundation Recipient Institution (IPWL) Pekanbaru City. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research methods, descriptive methods are research that seeks to describe phenomena that occur in a real, realistic, actual, real way. Data is taken directly from the field through interviews with 2 addiction counselors and 3 drug abuse adolescents. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that group guidance is effective in helping adolescents to overcome drug addiction problems by increasing self-confidence, social support, and strengthening relationships between group members at the Intitusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) Mercusuar Foundation Pekanbaru City.
