Abstract

In today's era with increasingly fierce competition, consumer trust and product quality are considered quite important in order to running a company. These two points are considered to be able to influence consumer in purchasing decisions. PT Batam Bangun Prahtama or known as BBP are a distributor of building material company in Batam. In order to overcome this competition, PT BBP has demanded to further improve and maintain Purchaser trust and item caliber, so that purchases decisions can be affected. This study/research proposed on focus the impact from purchaser trust (X1) and item caliber (X2), for purchasing decisions (Y) toward PT Batam Bangun Prahtama.. The metode of this study/research are quantitative, collecting data by distributing questionnaires containing statements by using the google form. The population in this study/research in total amount of 249 customers, this study/research sample used simple random sampling with a sample of 153 customers. The researcher uses SPSS Version 25 to process data. The results of this study indicate that purchaser trust and item caliber have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously or jointly, purchaser trust and item caliber have a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions at PT Batam Bangun Prahtama

Abstract

There are problems that are quite important in the Telkomsel company, namely experiencing a decrease in customers, there are various causes for customers to experience a decline such as the form of service quality, prices, promotions. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the influence of service quality, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Sources of data in this study are primary data, data collection method using google form, research data analysis using SPSS 25 assistance program. The tests carried out are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling method with a total of 204 people. The results of the study partially show that the conclusion is that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users, the price affects the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users, and promotions affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users. simultaneously Service quality, price and promotion affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel card users.

Abstract

Abstract Rapid progress in the world of technology and information is currently a significant opportunity to drive the economy, especially in the e-commerce industry. The social environment in the digital era that continues to change over time also changes. As a result, people's reaction to online transactions is very high, especially because the era is getting more sophisticated. Indonesian people are becoming more interested in buying goods or services using the marketplace because it is more practical, and can be used anywhere in a modern way. This study aims to analyze the effect of Social Media, Advertising, and Electronic Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace in Batam City. With a sample of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires through the Google form, while the data analysis technique was by using multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. Based on the analysis results from the f test, it was obtained that simultaneously Social Media, Advertising, and Electronic Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace in Batam City. On the results of the t test that partially social media does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while advertising and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Social Media, Advertising, and Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decisions Abstrak Kemajuan yang pesat di dalam dunia teknologi dan informasi saat ini menjadi peluang yang cukup besar dalam menggerakan perekonomian khususnya dalam industri e-commerce. Lingkungan masyarakat di era digital yang terus berubah seiring waktu berjalan pun berubah. Akibatnya, reaksi masyarakat terhadap transaksi online sangat tinggi, terutama karena zaman semakin canggih. Masyarakat indonesia menjadi lebih tertarik membeli barang atau jasa menggunakan marketplace karena lebih praktis, dan dapat digunakan dimana saja secara modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Media Sosial, Periklanan, dan Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee di Kota Batam. Dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari uji f diperoleh hasil bahwa secara simultan Media Sosial, Periklanan, dan Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee di Kota Batam. Pada hasil uji t bahwa secara parsial media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan periklanan dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The e-commerce business in Indonesia has been increasing since early 2020. The development of the world of e-commerce in Indonesia is of course due to the rapid population growth to the development of the world of digital technology. purchase on Lazada in Batam City. This research uses quantitative analysis method. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires. This study shows that product quality, convenience, and consumer trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Lazada in Batam City.

Abstract

To improve results or exhibit exemplary organizational citizenship behavior while at work, PT Sentosa Prima Utama naturally expects that every employee would be engaged, satisfied in his job, and dedicated to the success of the business. The study's goal is to ascertain whether factors like intrinsic drive, job contentment, and loyalty to the company have any bearing on the level of corporate citizenship practiced by PT Sentosa Prima Utama's employees. The population is the number of security officers at PT Sentosa Prima Utama 342, and the sample size 184 is determined using the slovin formula method, primary data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, secondary data obtained through journal articles; data related to research problems. Data may be gathered from a variety of different places, including surveys, interviews, and observations conducted by researchers, and papers published in scholarly journals. The study's findings suggested that elements including motivation, job happiness, and organizational commitment can have both a partial and simultaneous impact on PT Sentosa Prima Utama employees' demonstrations of corporate citizenship.

Abstract

The evolution of time and technology has ushered in a new era where societal needs have expanded beyond the basics of sustenance to include elements like appearance and beauty. This shift has catalyzed significant growth within the beauty industry, with services proliferating to meet the burgeoning demand. Understanding the dynamics that govern customer loyalty in this context is crucial for businesses operating within the sector. This study aims to explore how product quality, brand trust, and customer satisfaction impact the loyalty of customers using Bening's Skincare products in Batam. A sample size of 100 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, a method aimed at ensuring representation by deliberately selecting participants based on specific criteria. Data was collected through questionnaire distribution to gather valuable insights from the study population. The analysis utilized SPSS application version 25, involving data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing, with multiple linear regression as the analysis method. Results indicated that Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant impact, either individually or collectively, on Customer Loyalty towards Bening's Skincare products in Batam.

Abstract

In the era of development and judging from the current conditions, technology users, especially in the field of internet technology, are growing very rapidly. The rapid development of the internet makes people flock to use the internet, especially the online shopping system. The existence of an online shopping system makes people make online stores a new shopping center. Therefore, this study wants to examine and analyze the problems of trust, ease and quality of information on the online purchasing decisions of Acer laptops by students in Batam City. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with a sample size of 96 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a 5-point Likert scale. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Test the quality of the data using the validity test and reliability test. Classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), and hypothesis testing using t test and f test with the help of SPSS 24 statistical software. trust, ease and quality of information have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions from t count > t table and significant value < 0.05 and trust, ease and quality of information together choose a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions from f count > f table and value significant < 0.05.

Abstract

Every company wants employee performance to continuously improve in order to achieve the firm’s goals.This research aims to analyze the impact of compensation and work motivation on worker performance at PT Radomas Makmur Motor. Quantitative study is a kind of study with a population of 150 person. Data collectors make use of questionnaires and this reserach using a saturated sample technique, which means that the entire population is sampled. The data was processed using SPSS 25 with the yield of compensation t arithmetic > t table of 6.432 > 1.655 with a significance worth of 0.000 <0.05 which means that compensation has a positive and significant impact on worker performance. Work motivation has a t count > t table of 4.023 > 1.655 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. As well as compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant impact on worker performance as indicated by the yield of the F test with an F value of 86.347> Ftable 2.66 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the R worth of 0.54 or 54%. 2

Abstract

Communication on today's modern era no longer has to be face-to-face. The sophistication of technology has brought major changes in the field of communication. One of them is the cellphone as an important need and is owned by everyone. The existence of mobile phones makes telecommunication providers compete to present the best cellular cards so that mobile phone users can take advantage of the sophistication technology. The research aims to determine the effect of promotion and product quality toward IM3 Ooredoo card customer satisfaction in Batam. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with various provisions. By distributing questionnaires according to total sample of 384 people, the data obtained were tested using SPSS 25 software. After testing, it was found that promotion and product quality did has a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously toward customer satisfaction is 63.5%.
