Abstract

Dalam dunia informasi terdapat data-data penting dan bersifat rahasia yangtidak boleh diketahui oleh umum. Kriptografi merupakan salah satu solusi ataumetode pengamanan data untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keaslian data sertamelindungi data dari pihak yang tidak berkepentingan. Kriptografi mendukungkebutuhan dua aspek keamanan informasi, yaitu perlindungan terhadapkerahasiaan data informasi dan perlindungan terhadap pemalsuan danpengubahan informasi yang tidak diinginkan. Pada aplikasi ini, hampir semuajenis file dapat dienkripsi menggunakan algoritma AES ini seperti file gambar,teks, sura, video, aplikasi dan lain-lan. Algoritma AES adalah blok chipertextsimetrik yang dapat mengenkripsi (encipher) dan mendekripsi (decipher)informasi menggunakan kunci kriptografi 128, 192, dan 256 bits untukmengenkrip dan dekrip data pada blok 128 bits. Selain itu, AES mempunyaikeunggulan dalam keamanan, kecepatan, dan karakteristik algoritma besertaimplementasinya. .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma AES denganpanjang kunci 256 bit dapat menyandikan file sehingga dapat mengamankan filetersebut. Ukuran file hasil enkripsi tidak berubah dari file asli.

Abstract

Nowadays, handwriting recognition has been widely used for analyzing signature, reading address as well aschanging text to hypertext. Common steps in handwriting recognition system consist of pre-processing,segmentation, feature extraction, classification and post-processing. This research describes segmentationmethods for handwriting character which acquired using online device. Characters used in this research are 19latin alphabets. In the first step, pre-processing is taken place by removing noise manually. The next step iscalculating the speed of writing. The acquired speed value is further used to calculate acceleration by applyinglow-passfilter. As shown in the figure, it is found that there are many peak change has been identified so thatlow-pass filter is also used to reduce the number of segment. Too many segments may increase the difficulties ofthe next process. This research employs 4 segmentation methods, such as Positive Negative Acceleration,Positive Positive Acceleration, Negative Positive Acceleration and Minimum Speed. Abstract

Cloud computing menjadi suatu trend teknologi virtualisasi yang banyak digunakan saat ini pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Pada instansi pemerintah teknologi ini menjadi sesuatu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi masalah ketersediaan sumber daya server serta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas dan kerahasian data serta mendukung proses bisnis, hingga dapat memperkuat infrastruktur. Dengan alasan tersebut penelitian ini merancang arsitektur cloud computing menggunakan model implementasi Private Cloud dan layanan Infrastruktur as a Service (IaaS) dengan teknik adopsi model Roadmap Cloud Computing Adoption (ROCCA) menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk memetakan kebutuhan dalam rangka pengelolaan infrastruktur. Metode adopsi cloud computing melalui tahapan analisis, perancangan, adopsi, migrasi serta pengelolaan yang akan dirancang sesuai dengan model ROCCA. untuk perencanaan tidak menyebutkan biaya yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian melakukan pengujian dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus pada instansi BKKBN. Hasil dari penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi cetak biru STIK BKKBN 2020-2024. Sebagai pengembangan sistem ke depannya, hasil rancangan di desain memiliki sistem layanan private cloud pada Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) di lokasi yang berbeda dengan data center utama dengan tujuan untuk pemulihan data center jika terjadi bencana.

Abstract

Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu organisasi perangkat daerah yang telah menerapkan sistem informasi dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat melalui program Bogor Career Center (BCC). Sebuah tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang memadai diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan program ini diperlukan sehingga memberikan hasil yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan tata kelola. Metode yang digunakan mengacu pada Process Assessment Model (PAM) kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa domain tingkat kapabilitas proses TI yang sesuai dengan prioritas organisasi adalah EDM01, EDM02, EDM04, EDM05, DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS06 dan MEA01. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa domain MEA01 berada pada tingkat kapabilitas 0 (incomplete process) yang artinya proses tidak diimplementasikan atau gagal mencapai tujuan prosesnya. Sedangkan sisanya berada pada tingkat kapabilitas 1 (performed process) yang artinya proses telah diimplementasikan dan mencapai tujuan prosesnya. Sedangkan tingkat kapabilitas yang diharapkan adalah pada level 3 (established process) yang artinya proses memiliki dokumentasi terhadap proses baik pada perencanaan, kebijakan, standar dan dokumen kinerja.

Abstract

The usability level of the PeduliLindung application version 4 used by the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic until now needs to be measured. One of the Usability measurement tools is the System Usability Scale method. This study aims to measure the Usability level of the PeduliLindung application version 4 in the hands of users. The results of the Usability measurement are expected to be an evaluation material for improving applications in future updates. A total of 50 users of the PeduliLindung version 4 application participated as respondents. The results of the study can describe the Usability level of the PeduliLindung application version 4 from the user's point of view. The average score of the System Usability Scale obtained is 70.8. The average score illustrates that the PeduliLindung version 4 application has a Usability level that is acceptable to the community, but there is no more interest than just using it for yourself.

Abstract

Academic burnout telah menjadi masalah signifikan di kalangan mahasiswa, berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental dan kinerja akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif terhadap kinerja algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Random Forest (RF) dalam memprediksi academic burnout pada mahasiswa di salah satu universitas di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner Burnout Assessment Tool – Student Version (BAT-S) yang mencakup faktor pribadi, akademik, dan psikologis, serta data sekunder akademik mahasiswa. Data mentah kemudian melalui tahap persiapan yang meliputi pembersihan, penanganan outlier dengan teknik capping, standardisasi, dan penyeimbangan kelas menggunakan BorderlineSMOTE untuk mengatasi distribusi data yang tidak seimbang. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan performa prediktif yang sangat tinggi untuk kedua algoritma setelah optimasi hyperparameter, dengan SVM mencapai akurasi 98,75% dan RF sebesar 97,50% pada data uji. Meskipun RF menunjukkan keunggulan pada metrik berbasis peringkat seperti ROC-AUC, SVM direkomendasikan sebagai model akhir karena memiliki profil risiko kesalahan yang lebih dapat diterima secara klinis, yakni tidak menghasilkan false negative yang berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ML dapat menjadi alat efektif untuk deteksi dini risiko burnout, namun penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi algoritma yang lebih kompleks seperti gradient boosting dan melakukan analisis kepentingan fitur untuk pemahaman yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Berbagai lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia memodernisasi dokumen persuratan secara digital. Pada sistem pencarian yang ada saat ini, pengarsipan dengan melakukan pengunggahan dokumen hasil pindaian surat, pengklasifikasian surat dan penamaan file surat/pembuatan anotasi masih dilakukan secara manual oleh operator, pencarian masih berdasar nama file/anotasi surat belum berdasar isi konten sehingga sulit menemukan surat sesuai konten teks yang diinginkan. Hasil pencarian juga tidak dapat langsung memperlihatkan informasi spesifik tentang kriteria klasifikasi dari dokumen surat yang diketemukan sehingga membutuhkan penelusuran lebih lama untuk betul-betul menemukan dokumen yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem pencarian surat berbasis konten terklasifikasi dengan ontologi guna meningkatkan kualitas hasil pencarian surat digital secara lebih efisien (spesifik, akurat dan cepat). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Agile Scrum. Mencakup pre-game (mengumpulkan user stories, product backlog, sprint backlog), game (pengembangan (5 sprint)), post-game (implementasi, penerimaan pengguna dan dokumentasi). Hasil uji coba sistem terhadap dokumen surat Biro Umum Kemdikbud menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengarsipan surat, sistem ini berhasil mengklasifikasikan surat (jenis, asal dan subjek surat) menurut prosedur persuratan yang valid, secara otomatis dengan bantuan kecerdasan artifisial, dan dalam proses pencarian surat, sistem ini berhasil menemukan dokumen surat dengan berdasarkan nama file, konten, kriteria klasifikasi dan menampilkan informasi ontologis rinci yang ditemukan. Kedepannya, sistem ini juga dapat dikembangkan untuk digunakan oleh institusi lain dengan mengubah klasifikasi sesuai dengan prosedur persuratan yang berlaku.   Abstract Various government institutions in Indonesia have modernized digital correspondence documents. Archiving is done by uploading scanned letters, classifying letters, and naming mail files/annotations by the operator, searches are not based on content, so it is difficult to find letters that have the desired content, search results also cannot immediately show information of classification criteria of the found mailing documents, so it requires a longer search actually to find the desired document. Research objectives develop a classified content-based mail search system with ontology to improve the quality of electronic correspondence search results more efficiently. The system development method uses the Agile Scrum model. Includes pre-game (collecting user stories, product backlog, sprint backlog), game (development (5 sprints)), and post-game (implementation, user acceptance and documentation).The results of the system trial on the Ministry of Education and Culture's General Bureau of Letter Documents show that during the archiving of the letter, this system succeeded in classifying the letter (type, origin and subject of the letter) according to valid comprehension procedures, automatically with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and in the process of searching for letters, the system This managed to find a letter document based on the file name, content, classification criteria and display detailed ontological information found. In the future, this system can also be developed for use by other institutions by changing the classification in accordance with the comprehension procedures.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, which began in 2019, has had an impact on all levels of society. With this pandemic occurring, the Indonesian government made several policies with the aim of stopping the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One form of policy that is carried out is by imposing a system of Imposing Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM), to prevent the spread of the virus through physical contact. The existence of this PPKM is one of the drivers of digitization in almost all sectors. This transformation in the digital world must be facilitated with qualified infrastructure. One example of important infrastructure needed to support digital transformation is a server and to be specific is a database server. To improve and optimize the performance of the server, system development is carried out using docker swarm on a mariadb database clustered with galera clusters on more than one host (multi host) that can be done by installing ubuntu and docker, swarm initialization, create overlay network, pull galera image, create cluster service, Prometheus and grafana installation and configuration, test integeration on database, and monitoring server. All cpu usage percentage from monitoring results show the percentage not reach 100% which means there are no overload and overworked.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has stopped all aspects of human life, including the world of education. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia has stopped face-to-face teaching and learning activities in schools, replacing them with online methods. Work from Home (WFH) is an adaptation of activities as applied online methods to anticipate learning activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Learning based on digital transformation technology utilizes network technology entirely online. The application of e-learning technology in the teaching and learning process is a choice for various educational institutions. The use of technology can maximize students 'learning time efficiency and increase students' concentration. Learning with the Virtual Reality (VR) method directs students to discoveries, motivates, encourages, and provides more curiosity for students in learning. Besides VR, Augmented Reality (AR) is a learning method for students to interact with virtual objects and real objects. The author proposes e-learning based learning in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects in grade 3 in Elementary Schools. The research proposal develops lessons using a virtual approach from real events and provides phenomena of natural occurrences. Science lessons in Elementary Schools increase the curiosity of students scientifically. This method will help students develop the ability to ask questions and find answers to natural phenomena. The research stages carried out in application development are analysis, design, implementation, and application testing. The test results by adding e-learning to traditional learning methods impacted students' understanding of the material with an increased level of understanding by 24%.

Abstract

PT. M is a manufacturing company in the automotive sector that produces motor vehicle components. PT. Arkana Solusi Digital is a company that implements Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software at PT. M with its product is Odoo software. One of the main problems in running the manufacturing sector is industrial control and management such as receiving, data collection, shipping and storage of goods or raw materials for the production process. Problems at PT. M is still using the manual method with Microsoft Excel software. Implementation of Odoo version 16 at PT. M aims for company development steps in increasing the effectiveness of production management. The implementation of Odoo version 16 uses the inventory, manufacturing and purchase modules. The implementation process uses the waterfall methodology which consists of project preparation, development, completion and implementation support assistance. Testing was carried out with System Integration Testing (SIT) by PT. Arkana Digital Solutions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving a team from PT. M as a client. The results of the tests which include a description of the process of planning, purchasing, receiving, production to delivery with Odoo version 16 have been running well in accordance with the wishes and needs of the production process at PT. M.
