Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation process of Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR Syariah) distribution, identify inhibiting factors in the financing process, and analyze the implications of these obstacles on the business sustainability of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Mukomuko. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants consisting of the Micro Business Manager (MBS) and Retail Sales Executive (RSE), as well as through observation and documentation. The results showed that the distribution process of KUR Syariah at BSI KCP Mukomuko is carried out through stages of application, OJK SLIK file verification, field survey (On The Spot), 5C feasibility analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), to the signing of the murabahah contract. The main inhibiting factors found include internal factors in the form of technical and geographical constraints, as well as external factors such as the unreadiness of customer administrative documents and the low quality of the character or capacity of prospective debtors. The implications of these financing process obstacles impact delays in receiving capital which cause customers to lose business momentum; however, in general, successfully distributed financing provides positive implications for increasing turnover, adding assets, and expanding market reach for MSMEs in Mukomuko Regency. Keywords: KUR Syariah, Inhibiting Factors, Business Sustainability, BSI KCP Mukomuko.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Islamic values in the operations of BUMDes Naga Rantai's catfish farming and their contribution to village economic sustainability. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation from BUMDes management, workers, and village officials, then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results indicate that the integration of four key indicators—Tawhid, Khalifah (Amanah), Prohibition of Riba/Gharar, and Justice—has been successfully implemented within the business unit. Tawhid and Khalifah are manifested through ecological responsibility, including feed efficiency and waste management using decomposer bacteria within a circular economy model. Meanwhile, the prohibition of riba/gharar and justice are applied through transparent transaction systems, accurate product weighing, and fair wages for local workers. The internalization of these values contributes significantly as moral guidelines and operational SOPs, effectively mitigating environmental risks and business fraud while sustainably reinforcing village economic independence.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology and social media, especially TikTok, has significantly influenced the consumer behavior of Generation Z. Psychological factors such as FOMO, as well as social media features such as Content Creator Reviews and Live Shopping have become important factors that encourage individuals to make unplanned purchases, which have the potential to cause consumer behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of FOMO, content creator reviews, and live shopping on the consumer behavior of Muslim Generation Z TikTok users in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and linear multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 27 software. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, with data collected through a Likert-based questionnaire. The results showed that FOMO, content creator reviews, and live shopping had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influenced consumer behavior, contributing 85.2% (R² = 0.852), while the remaining 14.8% was influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the crucial role of digital factors and social media in shaping the consumption patterns of Generation Z Muslims.     Keywords: FOMO; content creator review; live shopping; consumptive behavior; Generation Z.
