Abstract

Diskursus dan perbincangan tentang penistaan agama masih terus bergulir seiring masih marak dan seringnya kasus-kasus penistaan agama terjadi dan bermunculan dengan berbagai bentuk dan polanya yang telah mengusik kehidupan beragama bahkan cenderung menimbulkan konflik di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) yang mengkaji makna penistaan agama melalui term-term yang terdapat di dalam al-Qur’an sehingga nampak jelas bagaimana wawasan al-Qur’an tentang penistaan agama dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhui). Tulisan pada bagian pertama ini membahas dua hal yaitu: pengertian penistaan agama secara umum dan dalam perspektif ulama dan kajian ontologi penistaan agama lewat elaborasi  term-term yang bermakna penistaaan agama dalam al-Qur’an. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pengertian dan pemaknaan tentang penistaan agama cukup variatif namun dapat ditemukan satu kesimpulan bahwa penistaan agama adalah segala bentuk perilaku baik perkataan maupun perbuatan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja yang bersifat merendahkan, menghina, menodai dan memperolok-olok, melecehkan ajaran agama dan hal-hal yang dianggap sakral dalam agama, menambah atau mengurangi ajaran agama yang pokok (ushuli). Di dalam al-Qur’an ditemukan term-term yang bermakna penistaan terhadap agama yaitu al-istihza/huzuwan, al-sakhar, al-la’ab, al-aza, al-sabb, al-lamz, al-ta’an fi al-din yang dijelaskan dalam berbagai ayat di dalam al-Qur’an dan seluruh ayat-ayat tersebut mencela perbuatan penistaan agama dan perilaku ini tergolong sebagai kejahatan dan tindak kriminal (jarimah) yang dapat dikenakan sanksi/hukuman.

Abstract

This research demonstrates the use of YouTube media in improving Arabic listening skills at MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha School, Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of YouTube media in improving Arabic listening skills in MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi, dan to facilitate students' learning of Arabic through educational videos on YouTube because it can be accessed anytime anywhere. This Type Of Research is qualitative research that seeks to describe and explore data naturally and comprehensively, in addition to providing an in-depth explanation or evaluation and following developments based on the problems posed. The data collection techniques used are observation dan residence interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is to collect three types of data, which are qualitative data in the form of observational data, interviews, and documentation. The data will be analyzed qualitatively, which means that all the data will be explained in depth based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the YouTube method in Arabic subjects can improve the listening skills of class 10 students at MA AL-Ikhlas Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi. Qualitative evidence of documentation from observations, interviews, and documentation of class 10 MA students at Fidelity Labunti Raha, Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Online learning is an inevitable choice for any educational institution during the outbreak of Covid-19 so that the teaching and learning process can continue where teachers and students can still fulfill their obligations. However, in reality, online learning that utilizes internet technology leaves many problems for lecturers and students and greatly affects learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the problems faced by lecturers and students during online learning in Arabic courses at the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, UMI Makassar. Methodologically, this research is a descriptive qualitative that seeks to describe the phenomena that occur in the field as they are by using research instruments in the form of; observation, structured interviews, and documentation with a population of 9 lecturers and 213 students of PBA UMI Makassar using Simple Random Sampling from the population. The research data was processed using the Miles and Huberman method in the form of data collecting, data reduction, data display, and verification then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the lecturers and students of PBA UMI Makassar experience various obstacles and learning barriers during online lectures. The problems and obstacles are divided into two, namely: (1) technical obstacles in the form of complex applications that are often used, inadequate availability of networks and electronic devices and the ability of students to prepare data quotas, and family economic factors. (2) non-technical obstacles or learning problems. itself which includes; difficulty understanding lecture material, unavailability of online teaching materials, non-variative teaching methods, barriers to communication and interaction between lecturers and students as well as issues of discipline, attendance, and class mastery. Although it is recognized that online learning also provides several advantages and advantages, especially in terms of time and cost efficiency for both lecturers and students. This study recommends several things, namely; improvement of the network system that is evenly distributed in all regions of Indonesia to facilitate internet access, provision of learning tools in the form of more actual learning facilities and materials, assistance, and provision of cheaper internet quotas for students.

Abstract

Producing quality and superior human beings is always an interesting matter to study, so it often becomes a topic of discussion in various discussion forums and scientific meetings. To give birth to superior human beings, it cannot be separated from talking about human nature itself. Understanding the nature, nature and character of human beings is a strategic key in the effort to build "human beings" of plenary people, as well as being the basic capital of understanding in initiating Islamic humanist education. As a hudan, the Qur'an has provided clear and ideal postulates about humans by providing a clear picture of the nature, nature and character of humans by conveying information that humans are creatures who have extraordinary innate potential (nature) that can be developed. and empowered through education, and this can be done if we understand the concept of human insaniyah and basyariyah. In fact, the Qur'an has described the characteristics of a superior and qualified human being by providing a very well-established conceptual reference through various verses of the Koran which talk about humans with all their unifications, for example the description of humans as "hanief", humans who are inclined to truth. and noble values, and giving mandate to humans as khalifatullah fi al-ardh is clear evidence that humans are special creatures and this is the main task of the world of Islamic education to realize this by giving birth from the "womb" of superior human Islamic educational institutions and quality.

Abstract

In the history of Islamic education, madrasas have played an important role as learning institutions for Muslims from time to time as they develop and grow. Viewed from the historical aspect, the existence of madrasas both in the classical century and today is not much different. Madrasah dynamics that grow and are rooted in the culture of the local community will not escape the dynamics and civilization of society (change of society).The mission of education is to produce intelligent human beings who master scientific and technological advances with the power of faith and piety plus noble character, still at the ideal level written in the composition of ideals. It seems that this is one of the indicators where the government then recognizes the existence of madrasas as part of the national education system. Thus, Madrasas as Islamic educational institutions that live from, by and for the community need to be touched by the minds and hands of all of us. Quality improvement will not be realized without the contribution of all parties. For this reason, for the sake of improving its quality and quality, madrasas need to be assisted, defended and fought for so that they can truly become alternative educational institutions for parents who desire the birth of the next generation with character and noble character.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pedagang terhadap hak khiyar masih kurang dalam jual beli di Pasar Butung Makassar. Beberapa dari pedagang tidak menyadari bahwa mereka melakukan hak khiyar dalam jual beli, atau tidak memahami secara lengkap tentang hak tersebut. Selain itu, pedagang juga tidak sepenuhnya memahami implikasi hukum dari penggunaan hak khiyar. Tinjauan hukum ekonomi terhadap khiyar jual beli pakaian di Pasar Butung Makassar, dilihat dari kasus penerapan khiyar secara tidak langsung di pasar butung makasar salah satunya yaitu khiyar syarat maka, dapat didasari dari salah satu syarat terjadinya khiyar syarat yaitu: Menurut jumhur, hak khiyar itu berlaku dengan disyaratkan dan disepakati dalam akad. Imam Malik memiliki pendapat yang lebih longgar, hak khiyar ini ada dengan disyaratkan atau karena kebiasan masyarakat (‘urf). Peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa khiyar yang terjadi di Pasar Butung Makassar sah walaupun diantara mereka tidak memahami khiyar itu sendiri, karena pemberian syarat oleh penjual kepada si pembeli telah menjadi kebiasaan dalam kegiatan jual beli mereka dan kebiasaan di masyarakat setempat.
