Abstract

This study entitled " the effect of motivation and job satisfaction toward job performance of Badan Pusat Statistik employees Ogan Ilir regency”. Population is used in this study is 31 persons employees of Badan Pusat Statistik Ogan Ilir regency and all of population is as sample, too by consideration that all the employees have more than two years working period and they have status as civil servants. Sampling technique used saturated sampling. Partially research result showed that motivation has no significantly effect towards employees job performance but in contrast job satisfaction has a partially significanteffect Towards empolyees job performance of Badan Pusat Statistik Ogan Ilir regency with f obtained value is 10.295 andR square value is 0.433 (43.3%) with multiple regression equation:Y=6.619 + 0,256X1 + 0,3X2 + e. While dominant variable which is influence Badan Pusat Statistik employees' job performance in Ogan Ilir regency is job satisfaction variable by significant valUe (p=0.05 and b=0.3). If the employees' job satisfaction is high so organization performance will be good and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of internet package prices on the decision to purchase a prepaid sympathy card. (2) To determine the effect of internet package product quality on the decision to purchase a prepaid sympathy card. The sample used in this study were students and students of the Management Study Program, Sjakhyakirti University, Palembang. As for the number of respondents as many as 154 respondents, the data was obtained through a questionnaire while the method used in this method sampling was the incidental sampling. The analytical method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used in analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: (1) the price variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, as indicated by the t-count value is 2.703, then 2.703 >1 .97 This indicates that the t count is greater than the t table, then with a p value of 0.007, it is found that 0.007 <0.05. (2) The product quality variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, as indicated by the t-count value is 5.644, then 5.644>1.97. This indicates that the t-count is greater than t-table, with a p value of 0.000, then 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) program on improving employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample used is purposive sampling, namely as many as 14 employees who are in direct contact with the use of SIMDA. The data used is secondary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The research was conducted in May 2021 at the BPKAD Ogan Ilir Office. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results obtained are that the implementation of SIMDA at BPKAD Ogan Ili can be considered to have been running quite effectively. Based on the results of regression estimation and hypothesis testing through t-test, it was found that the effectiveness of SIMDA implementation has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of BPKAD Ogan Ilir employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh produk dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen pada warung bakso solo macan lindungan Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jl. Macan Lindungan Ilir Barat 1 kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Warung Bakso Solo Macan Lindungan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan peluang atau kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi yang dipilih menjadi sampel, ingkat populasi yang digunakan adalah 0,05. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji f serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel independen produk, lokasi yang diteliti terbukti secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan semua nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan variabel produk dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 30,295 > Ftabel 2,31 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan (R2) sebesar 0,372 artinya sebesar 37% menyumbangkan variabel produk dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dan sisanya 63% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dipenelitian ini.

Abstract

Efforts to support the provision of fast public services, for that we need a government system that supports the creation of quality public service delivery. This research was conducted to determine the factors that determine and influence community satisfaction in Palembang City samsat. The factors studied were the influence of service quality, service procedures, work environment, and policy implementation on community satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This research was collected by sampling techniques using purposive sampling which is part of nonprobability sampling with the help of research instruments in the form of 124 sheets / respondents which were distributed directly to the SAMSAT Office of Palembang City aimed directly at the people in the office. in this study analyzed using multiple linear regression models with the help of SPSS version 22.0 software. The results are estimated to have the effect of independent variables on dependents both partially and simultaneously. The dominant coefficient of influence on satisfaction is Policy Implementation of 0.288 and the lowest is the service procedure of 0.181. The independent variable can explain 48% (R2, RSquare) and the remaining 52% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
