Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users in the gojek transportation services business. This research is a quantitative research and take population of Palembang City people who have used Go-Ride services in the go-jek transportation services business.Design/methodology   -  The       research            sample  uses theLameshow equation which is 96,04 rounded to 96 respondent. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or a closed questionnaire with alternative answers using a Likert scale. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test.Findings - The results of this study are: (1) there is no positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of consumers of Go-Ride service users, with t-count-0,266 <t-table 1,985, significance of 0,791> 0.05;(2) there is no positive and significant influence dimension of reliability to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count0,505 <t- table 1,985, significance 0,615>0,05; (3) there is no positive and significant effect on the dimension of responsiviness to consumer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count0,475 < t-table 1,985, significance 0,636> 0,05, (4) there is no positive and significant effect on the assurance dimension to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count1,546 <t-table 1,985, significance 0,128> 0,05; (5 ) there is a positive and significant influence of empathy dimension on consumer satisfaction of users of Go-Ride services, with t-count 2.148> t-table 1.985, significance 0.034 <0.05, (6) there is a positive influence if and significant tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for the satisfaction of consumers' satisfaction of users of Go-Ride services, with F-count9,339> F-table2.32 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim in year of 2014, 2015 and 2016. The analysis tools used in this study are the liquidity ratios (current ratio and quick ratio), the solvency ratios (total debt to assets ratio and total debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratios (return on invesment and return on equity). The results of current ratio and quick ratio research in 2014 shows the company's financial condition is quite good, because the ratios are above the industry average. While in 2015 and 2016 shows the company's financial condition is not good because the ratios are below the industry average. Quick ratios in 2015 and 2016 indicate the company's financial condition is not good, because the ratios are below the industry average. Based on the measuring of solvency ratios, the increase in total debt to assets ratio and total debt equity ratio in 2014-2016 shows that the financial condition is not in the good shape, because the ratios are above the industry average. Judging from the profitability ratio, the decline in return on assets and return on equity in 2016 shows the company's financial performance is not good because the ratios are not maximized in generating profits.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the level of competitiveness of 7 non-oil commodities of South Sumatera Province, namely rubber, palm oil (CPO), coal, wood and wood products, shrimp, coffee and tea. The secondary data are used in this research which are the export value of 7 non-oil comodities of South Sumatera and the value of national exports for the same commodity in 2005-2013 period. The method of analysis using calculation of the index RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage). The results showed that only rubber and coal commodity that can be categorized as a commodity that has a fairly high competitiveness. While other non-oil commodities such as shrimp, tea and coffee has an average value of RCA who approached a value of 1, which means the commodities are not yet classified as having a good competitiveness, but commodities are very good to continue to be developed so that can increase its competitiveness capabilities in the future. Three other commodities, namely palm oil and wood / wood products, are included in the category of commodities that are less competitive. Keyword: Export, Non-oil commodities, Competitiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the elasticity of employment in the Province of South Sumatra during the period 2011-2015. The calculation of elasticity of labor absorption is obtained from the comparison between the percentage of labor growth to the percentage of economic growth. The data used are secondary data that is the growth of labour and the growth of South Sumatra’s GDP. Elasticity ofemployment  is used to see how big the response changes in the amount of labor that occurs due to economic growth. The results showed that during the period 2011-2015 the elasticity of employment of South Sumatra Province more in inelastic category, except in year 2013 the category is elastic. This means that economic growth has less responsive to stimulate the increasing number of workers. The percentage of employment growth is less than the percentage of economic growth. In addition, economic growth has not been consistent to be one of the factors triggering stable employment in several districts / cities in South Sumatra. Keywords: Economic Growth, Employment Absorption, Elasticity of employment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi keuangan daerah Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data APBD Kota Palembang periode anggaran 2003-2013. Untuk menghitung tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi keuangan daerah Kota Palembang teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menghitung Rasio Efektivitas dan Rasio Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata nilai rasio efektivitas keuangan daerah Kota Palembang periode tahun 2003-2013 mencapai tingkat yang efektif. Hal ini berarti pemerintah daerah Kota Palembang telah berhasil dalam merealisasikan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari target yang diperkirakan sebelumnya sehingga potensi PAD yang ada dapat dimaksimalkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menunjang pembangunan di Kota Palembang. Sementara itu, tingkat efisiensi keuangan daerah Kota Palembang selama periode 2003-2013 rata-rata berada pada tingkat kurang efisien dan tidak efisien. Hal ini berarti porsi penggunaan input (belanja) telah lebih dari 90 persen dibandingkan jumlah output (pendapatan). Dalam terminologi ekonomi dan keuangan hal ini merupakan kondisi yang tidak efisien bahkan pada periode tahun 2009, 2009 dan 2013 rasio efisiensi telah melebihi dari angka 100 persen yang menandakan belanja daerah telah melebihi anggaran yang tersedia sehingga pengeluaran belanja tersebut dibiayai dengan pinjaman/hutang. Kata kunci: efektivitas, efisiensi, keuangan daerah

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the level of value added and efficiency of offset printing production at small printing qffice industry in Palembang. Some theories applied on this research namely production and production cost, value added and efficiency. Beside that, sereral comparisons are added to compare the results of this research with others that have been ohsen-ed previously. The results indicate that the average level of value added and efficiency of offset prim in production are Rp. 3.279.200 and 0,56 per month. Compare with the results which are achien!d by other industries, the levels are still in low stage relatively. It means that, in offset printing production  process,   the expenditure proportion of intermediate cost  is still hi her  than  the proceeds proportion of output value and value added.   Key word: value added, eficiency, offset printing production

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) program on improving employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample used is purposive sampling, namely as many as 14 employees who are in direct contact with the use of SIMDA. The data used is secondary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The research was conducted in May 2021 at the BPKAD Ogan Ilir Office. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results obtained are that the implementation of SIMDA at BPKAD Ogan Ili can be considered to have been running quite effectively. Based on the results of regression estimation and hypothesis testing through t-test, it was found that the effectiveness of SIMDA implementation has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of BPKAD Ogan Ilir employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1. To find out how the quality of service provided by Teman Bus transportation to passengers, 2. To find out how the decision of suit users to the services provided by Teman Bus transportation, 3. To find out how the influence of service quality on the decision of the Teman Bus transportation service user.The sample used in this study were people who had used the Teman Bus transportation service as many as 100 respondents, the data was obtained through 22 questionnaires. The method used in this sampling is by using simple random sampling method. The analytical method used is a quantitative analysis method using path analysis with the SPSS for windows version 24 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality on service user decisions with a coefficient of determination (R2) obtained of 0.596, which means that there is an influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (service user decisions) of 59.6% and From the t-test, the results show that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on the Teman Bus transportation service with a significance value of t-count (12.013) > t-table (1.9844). Thus the hypothesis explains that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on profitability (ROA) at the Rural Credit Bank in Palembang for the period 2013-2018. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative The population in the research object is all BPRs contained in Palembang city amounted to 13 BPR while the total sample of 10 BPR. The research sample was taken with a purposive sampling system with the criteria of a BPR whose financial statements were published by the Financial Services Authority in the 2013-2018 period. The method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with a hypothesis testing tool that is the t test and the F test. However, before conducting multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed first. Through the simultaneous hypothesis test results (Test F) it is known that CAR, BOPO, NPL and LDR have a significant effect on the profitability of BPR (sig 0,000). While based on the partial hypothesis test results (t test) on BPR shows that CAR variable does not influence ROA (sig 0.183), BOPO variable has no effect on ROA (sig 0.114), NPL variable has significant effect on ROA (sig 0.001) and LDR variable also no effect on ROA (sig 0,782). Adjusted R ² value in the regression model was obtained at 56.1, this indicates that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable (ROA) was 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
