Abstract

Economic development is a process to change the situation to become better. Economic development is a process of increasing income, employment and community prosperity. Economic growth can be used as a measure of regional economic development. Research was conducted in the city of Salatiga. Salatiga city has a very strategic location between Semarang and Surakarta. Salatiga have the facilities and resources that can support economic development. The economic growth is high compared with other regions in the surrounding areas, but the value of GDP is the lowest in Central Java Province. This research is related to the condition of Salatiga during the period 1994-2002. This study aims to identify strategic sectors in the city of Salatiga, which can further be developed to further increase the GDP in order to further increase economic growth to support economic development regions. Key words: economic growth, potential sector.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the stages and impacts of the socialization of the revocation of E-Warong in the BPNT assistance program. The Ministry of Social Affairs issued a decree on February 24, 2023 containing socialization of regulations and prohibitions on disbursing assistance at E-Warong agents. However, in reality there are still many (KPM) who disburse assistance at E-Warong. one of them is in Sumberlesung Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the stages and impacts of the socialization of the revocation of E-Warong on the BPNT program. Qualitative research approach, descriptive research type. Determination of purposive area location. The technique of determining purposive sampling informants with one main informant and 9 additional informants. Observation data collection techniques, semi-structured interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include condensing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses the source triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that with the socialization carried out by E-Warong agents and KPM, there were positive and negative impacts and the distribution of assistance was disbursed again at E-Warong.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini memberikan dampak signifikan dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi. Berbagai aplikasi bermunculan, menawarkan solusi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan, baik berbasis desktop, mobile, maupun web. Salah satu cabang Artificial Intelligence yang mulai dikenal sejak tahun 1950-an melalui konsep Turing Test adalah chatbot. Chatbot merupakan program yang dapat berinteraksi dengan manusia melalui bahasa alami yang diproses menggunakan teknologi AI. Marketplace X, sebagai situs e-commerce yang menyediakan produk nutrisi, perlengkapan ibu dan anak, makanan, minuman, hingga obat-obatan, saat ini belum optimal dalam pelayanan pelanggan. Dibutuhkan layanan chat commerce untuk mempermudah proses transaksi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan chatbot dalam sistem e-commerce menggunakan Natural Language Processing. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur, kepustakaan, dan wawancara. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Extreme Programming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot berhasil diimplementasikan menggunakan platform Telegram, yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan transaksi penjualan. Melalui chatbot ini, pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan secara lebih mudah. Berdasarkan pengujian, sistem berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan fungsional.
