Abstract

Abstract: STIKOM Surabaya is a university that focus in computer science. Now, STIKOM Surabaya has ransaction data more than 10 years that saved in its database. That data never been used optimally cause data never been transferred to data warehouse. With all of this data, it makes STIKOM Surabaya rich of data but poor with information so that every decision cannot be taken well and quickly. Reports that management required always be populated from transactional data and it takes long time because relationship in transactional data is not suitable with reporting. Each time new report requested by management, it will also takes longer time because user must track each table to make that report. Data warehouse is a solution that can make reports faster and more accurate. Transactional data will be transferred to data warehouse and will be organized so that every reports that management requested can be fulfill immediately. This system can help STIKOM Surabaya to populate academic reports and can also fulfill accreditation requirement for the government in the fastest way.

Abstract

E-commerce includes various activities such as sales, procurement, distribution and promotional transactions carried out via the Internet online network or electronic platforms. PT. Sarana Jaya Elektronik is a company that specializes in the distribution of electronic devices. Currently, PT. Sarana Jaya Elektronik has used an e-commerce system, namely the Tokopedia application, to sell its products. In order to find out the effect of implementing an e-commerce system on improving sales strategies, an analysis process can be carried out using descriptive methods. Descriptive research refers to a methodology in which researchers examine events and phenomena in the lives of individuals, encouraging one or a group of individuals to narrate their experiences.

Abstract

AbstractThis study about lithofacies and depositional environment is located at Cihikeu River, Village Area of Mekarwangi Village, Bantarujeg District, Majalengka, West Java. Geographically, the research area is located at 60 56’ 11,7” latitude and 60 57’ 09,3” latitude and 1080 11’ 22,3” BT until 1080 12’ 20,3” BT. Based on Arjawinangun Geological Map (Djuri, 1995), the research area is located at Upper Parts of Halang Formation. This research show that the lithology that dominantly occur in the research area is sandstones, mudstones, and breccia. The methods that been used in this research are stratigraphics cross section measurements, lithofacies analysis, and based on secondary data which is paleontology analysis, it can be concluded that there are 8 lithofacies refers to the submarine facies classification by Stow, 1985 that occur in research area, which are facies A1-1, facies A1-3, facies B1-1, facies C2-2, facies C2-3, facies E1-1, facies E2-1, and facies F2-2. Based on the secondary data, the age of research area can be concluded into middle miocene to late miocene.Based on the lithofacies analysis, the lithofacies association concluded into 3 lithofacies association, which are FA-1, FA-2, and FA-3. From those lithofacies associaton characteristics, thereafter the depositional environment can be interpretated into 4 sub-depositional environments which are lower slope, upper fan, middle fan, and lower fan that refers to submarine depositional environments classification by Walker, 1984. Keywords : Lithofacies, Lithofacies association, Depositional environments, Submarine fan

Abstract

Introduction: Lower back pain (LBP) is a widespread global issue, with nearly 80% of the population expected to experience at least one episode in their lifetime. Disc herniation is closely linked to disc degeneration, a process accelerated by aging. As individuals age, fibro chondrocytes in the disc undergo senescence, leading to reduced proteoglycan production. This reduction results in disc dehydration and collapse, increasing stress on the annulus fibrosus. Consequently, tears and fissures develop, facilitating the herniation of the nucleus pulposus. Chronic symptoms often emerge gradually due to the repetitive mechanical stress applied to the disc. Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) has been shown to yield better outcomes compared to traditional methods, particularly in terms of reduced blood loss, smaller incisions, and shorter bed rest duration. However, conclusive guidelines comparing endoscopic to open approaches remain limited, underscoring the need for rigorous systematic reviews and risk-of-bias assessments to clarify the relative efficacy and safety profiles of these techniques. Method: We developed the methodology for this systematic review following criteria outlined in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020 checklist. Additionally, we conducted a preliminary risk-of-bias assessment for the included studies to ensure more rigorous evaluation of their quality. Result: Both PELD and conventional surgery significantly decrease ODI and VAS scores postoperatively. However, the control group shows a more substantial reduction in scores than the PELD group. Despite this, PELD is effective in treating herniated lumbar discs, offering advantages such as minimal postoperative pain, faster recovery, and reduced blood loss. Due to heterogeneity in outcome measures and follow-up durations across the included studies, a formal meta-analysis was not performed. Conclusion: While PELD appears to improve surgical outcomes and reduce oxidative stress, further high-quality randomized trials are needed to confirm these benefits and establish standardized selection criteria.
