Abstract

Jalan A.H. Nasution is one of the main movements of Metro city that connects the center of Metro City with the Eastern region (Kab. Lampung Timur) and has a strong historical character, characterized by rows of old Mahogany 80cm in diameter and 25 meters south of the street. Along with its development, this street is direct a primary collector and tourism industry service area in the form of hotels, restaurants, souvenirs, and other entertainment (RTRW Kota Metro 2011–2031) growth of the formal and informal commercial sector that occupies pedestrian lines and street bodies in several Jalan A.H. Nasution becomes a potential as well as a problem for Metro city. This study aims to obtain an overview of how changes in the typology of building functions affect the characteristics of the Jalan A.H. Nasution. The method used is qualitative rationalism, starting with the observation of collecting aerial photos and maps of the area, shooting the condition of the street, depicting two-dimensional street sections, and in-depth interviews with several sources, as well as analysis based on the theoretical basis of the visual character of the street space. The results of the study conclude that the change in the function of the building has implications for the fading of the characteristic of the street space enclosure due to changes in the setting of the physical elements forming the character of the Jalan A.H. Nasution's history, especially the change in residential functions to mixed, the decreasing intensity of old mahogany vegetation, the privatization of pedestrian green lanes, and the irregularity of building setbacks

Abstract

The result of Baseline Health Research through The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia showed that the number of down syndrome patients increased by 0,13% or approximately 300.000 cases in Indonesia. The Percentage of down syndrome cases was the second highest after physical disability cases, which always kept increasing. Down syndrome patients need an environment that is qualified to encourage society. This case has been an issue for the government to build a rehabilitation center in particular for the down syndrome patient in Indonesia, considering until this time, there are still no integrated rehabilitation centers that are qualified to provide not only academic activities but also medical therapies for the down syndrome patients. This study aimed to identify the condition of the physical elements that support learning methods for people with Down syndrome and to formulate the design criteria needed in a Down syndrome rehabilitation center. By using the behavior setting architecture approach expectantly able to provide the solution or criteria of the design for The Down Syndrome Rehabilitation Centre which is proper with the needs of down syndrome patients during their daily activities.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago with a remarkable potential for marine wealth. However, the magnitude of this potential is not well-balanced with the provision of good facilities and infratructure so as to improve the quality of fisheries in Indonesia, especially in Bandar Lampung. One way to improve the quality of fishery product is to provide the facilities and infrastructures of fisheries products in the form of a hygienic fish market (PIH) in accordance with the health requirements hygiene of food and environmental sanitation requirements which in Lampung, there is no hygienic fish market (PIH). The approach that can be used and applied is the activity scheme approach. The activity schemes studied in this research are the activities of main user, fisherman, traders and consumers. This approach of activity patters is considered to be able to provide an effective space layout in accordance with health requirements, hygiene of food and environmental sanitation requirements because it contains theories of relation between humans and the environment.

Abstract

Kampung Agrowidyawisata Sinar Harapan yang direncanakan sejak tahun 2016 ini terletak di pinggiran Kota Bandar Lampung dan berbatasan langsung dengan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kawasan kampung Agrowidyawisata yang semula direncanakan sebagai kawasan wisata edukasi bidang pertanian perkotaan di wilayah Bandar Lampung dirasakan belum memberikan nilai ekonomi secara maksimal, terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 dimana jumlah pengunjung semakin menurun. Belum tertatanya ruang wisata yang ada, menjadi salah satu isu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, sehingga diperlukan pendampingan Pokdarwis dalam penataan ruang wisata kampung Agrowidyawisata dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan dukungan kegiatan rencana program kampung kreatif Agrowidyawisata Rajabasa Jaya,. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain; metode wawancara, quisioner, survey kondisi lokasi dan analisis ruang kawasan, dan diskusi dengan Pokdarwis dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan fasilitas pendukung wisata dan menentukan konsep penataan ruang wisata. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini menghasilkan beberapa capaian yaitu; Pokdarwis kampung Agrowidyawisata dapat saling memberikan ide dalam menata kampung berdasarkan potensi sebagai objek daya tarik wisata tematik dan menyusun rencana pengadaan event berupa pasar kuliner, membuat rute wisata untuk memaksimalkan potensi lahan sempit sebagai daya tarik wisata kampung, serta menyediakan ruang komunal di bangunan bekas bengkel sebagai area berkumpul maupun memasarkan produk wisatanya.
