Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya pendidikan dasar di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mencari referensi dari berbagai sumber dengan melihat keterkaitan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar mengkaji mengenai Manajamen Berbasis Sekolah, antara lain pengertian, kekurangan, kelebihan, komponen, tujuan, strategi pelaksanaan dan tahapan dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) untuk melihat, keterkaitan dan implementasinya terhadap peningkatan kualiatas dan mutu suatu Sekolah Dasar. Karena mutu dan kualitas suatu sekolah sangat penting dalam pendidikan nasional. Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) menunjukkan bahwa prinsip yang dipakai antara lain, pertama prinsip kemandirian, setiap sekolah memiliki visi, misi, dan tujuan masing-masing. Kedua prinsip desentralisasi, dimana sekolah mempunyai kewenangan dan otonomi secara penuh. Ketiga adanya prinsip fleksibilitas, di mana setiap sekolah diperbolehkan membuat keputusan atas sekolah itu sendiri baik dalam permasalahan internal maupun eksternal sesuai dengan kondisi sekolahnya, berlaku juga di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic by breaking the chain of transmission is a very important thing to do considering the dangerous impacts of the disease outbreak, not only health impacts, but also educational impacts, economic impacts, social impacts, and all its derivatives. Of course, it is very concerning, how people are anxious to carry out projects because they are afraid of being infected, places of worship become deserted from worship activities, economic activities are sluggish, places for children's learning become less useful. All of this must not continue and must be immediately addressed not only by the Indonesian government but also by all levels of Indonesian society. Everyone joins hands to participate in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19 so that everything can return to normal. Therefore, the researcher researched mapping the types of anxiety experienced by the community, especially in the Cilacap district in the hope of becoming one of the references for the Cilacap district government's policy in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak. This study examines the anxiety experienced by Cilacap residents during the pandemic using qualitative descriptive research.

Abstract

This study involved 44 participants, including PKK women, Fattayat, and members of IPNU – IPPNU. The study used a quantitative design with a quasi-experimental approach (pre-test-post-test). The research procedure began with: 1) Preparation, 2) Pretest, 3) Intervention (pine counseling), 4) Posttest. This study identified the purpose and objectives of conducting this counseling, which was to provide understanding and insight to the participants regarding their readiness to face marriage and family life. Readiness to face marriage includes many aspects, among others: readiness to choose a life partner, physical readiness, psychological readiness, sociocultural readiness, academic readiness, financial readiness, readiness to live alongside a partner, readiness to start family life, readiness to care for children, and readiness to manage the household. In Glempangpasir village, internal family conflicts, the impact of the economic crisis, and weak communication among family members remain major challenges. The presence of this counseling is expected to strengthen family resilience and encourage mutual cooperation in building the village. Based on the above points, the author took the initiative to conduct counseling on readiness to face marriage. This counseling aims to provide information and education about readiness for marriage. It is intended to reduce or even eliminate obstacles or doubts that have become barriers to taking the step towards marriage, so that marriage is seen as a positive matter because, besides being an act of worship that completes half of the religion, it is also a means to continue the family lineage. This counseling was conducted through the collaboration between lecturers from the FKIP environment at UNUGHA and students from Nahdlatul Ulama University Al Ghazali Cilacap who were participating in community service activities. The counseling took place in one day and was attended by various community groups, including the village head, PKK women, Fattayat, IPNU – IPPNU members. The counseling material was based on data and delivered in an easily understandable way for various social groups in the local village. This training is expected to add knowledge and insight regarding how to face various aspects of marriage.Penelitian ini melibatkan 44 orang baik Ibu – Ibu PKK, Fattayat, IPNU – IPPNU. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental (pre-test-post-test). Untuk prosedur penelitian, dimulai dari 1). Persiapan, 2). Pretest, 3). Intervensi (penyuluhan cemara, 4) Posttes. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi Maksud dan tujuan diselenggarakannya penyuluhan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada peserta penyuluhan terkait kesiapan diri menghadapi pernikahan dan berkeluarga. Kesiapan diri menghadapi pernikahan meliputi banyak hal, diantaranya : kesiapan diri memilih pasangan hidup, kesiapan fisik, kesiapan secara psikologis, kesiapan sosiokultural, kesiapan keilmuan, kesiapan finansial, kesiapan hidup berdampingan dengan pasangan, kesiapan memulai hidup berkeluarga, kesiapan merawat anak dan kesiapan diri mengelola rumah tangga. Di desa glempangpasir, konflik internal keluarga, dampak krisis ekonomi, serta lemahnya komunikasi antar keluarga masih menjadi tatangan utama. Adanya penyuluhan ini diharapkan mampu untuk memperkuat ketahanan keluarga serta dapat saling bergotong royong dalam membangun desa. Berangkat dari beberapa hal diatas, penulis berinisiatif mengadakan penyuluhan kesiapan diri menghadapi pernikahan. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi sekaligus edukasi terkait kesiapan meghadapi pernikahan. Agar hal-hal yang selama ini menjadi ganjalan atau keraguan untuk melangkah ke jenjang pernikahan menjadi berkurang atau bahkan hilang sehingga menikah itu merupakan suatu hal yang baik karena selain ibadah menyempurnakan separuh agama juga sebagai sarana meneruskan keturunan keluarga. Penyuluhan ini diselengarakan berkat kerjasama Dosen di lingkungan FKIP UNUGHA dengan mahasiswa Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali Cilacap yang sedang menjalani kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata. Penyuluhan ini diselenggaran dalam satu hari dan diharidi oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat diantaranya Kepala Desa, Ibu – Ibu PKK, Fattayat, IPNU – IPPNU, materi penyuluhan yang digunakan berdasarkan data dan disampaikan dengan materi yang mudah dipahami oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat desa setempat. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan wawasan ilmu terkait menyikapi berbagai hal yang ada pada pernikahan.

Abstract

The activity of postponing assignments in psychology is known as academic procrastination. Factors causing academic procrastination found in students of SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Rawalo include assignments that are considered less interesting, playing with cellphones, playing, video calls with girlfriends, being busy with organizational activities, and low self-regulation in learning. This study aims to test the Self-regulated learning technique to reduce the level of academic procrastination of students who join organizations at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Rawalo. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent (pre-test and post-test) control group design. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and academic procrastination questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 10 students who actively participate in the PK IPNU IPPNU and Pramuka organizations with a division of 5 students as a control group and 5 students as an experimental group. The data analysis technique used a Paired Sample T-Test, with statistical results showing a significance figure (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.005, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that self-regulated learning techniques are effective in reducing the level of academic procrastination in students.Kegiatan menunda-nunda mengerjakan tugas dalam dunia psikologi dikenal dengan istilah prokastinasi akademik. Faktor-faktor penyebab prokrastinasi akademik yang ditemukan pada siswa SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Rawalo diantaranya adalah tugas yang dianggap kurang menarik, bermain handphone, bermian, video call dengan pacar, sibuk kegiatan organisasi, dan rendahnya regulasi diri dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teknik Self-regulated learning untuk mereduksi tingkat prokrastinasi akademik siswa yang mengikuti organisasi di SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Rawalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan nonequivalent (pre-test dan post-test) control group design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan angket prokastinasi akademik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa yang aktif mengikuti organisasi PK IPNU IPPNU dan Pramuka dengan pembagian 5 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 5 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test, dimana hasil statistik menunjukkan angka signifikansi (2-tailed) yaitu 0,001<0,005 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan jika teknik Self-regulated learning efektif untuk mereduksi tingkat prokastinasi akademik siswa.
