Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kota Sabang dalam program keluarga harapan (PKH) memberikan bantuan kepada keluarga miskin / kurang mampu dengan melakukan pendataan terhadap siapapun yang berhak menerima bantuan tersebut. Namun pada praktiknya sendiri informasi bantuan ini sulit dijangkau oleh masyarakat yang tinggal jauh dari kantor dinas sosial kota sabang mengingat topologi daerah kota sabang memiliki dua kecamatan yang mencakup wilayah yang luas sehingga perlu lah dirancang sebuah sistem informasi dimana para pencari informasi dapat mengakses informasi PKH kapanpun dan dimanapun. Untuk itu penulis mencoba membuat sebuah penelitian mengenai sistem informasi bantuan PKH melalui website dengan harapan permasalahan yang dijelaskan sebelumnya dapat terpecahkan. Dalam menulis penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba menggunakan metode analisa sistem yang sedang berjalan dan membandingkan dengan analisa sistem yang akan penulis rancang nantinya. Kedepannya kedua sistem dapat berjalan dengan mudah baik bagi pengelola informasi ataupun pengguna infromasi. Diharapkan Kantor Dinas Sosial dapat terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat kota sabang.

Abstract

Alur transaksi pemesanan barang pada Anugerah Elektronik cukup sederhana, pelanggan harus login terlebih dahulu di Facebook untuk dapat melihat produk-produk Anugerah Elektronik di katalog album gallery Facebook akun Anugerah Elektronik. pemesanan barang dapat di kirimkan melalui inbox Facebook akun Anugerah Elektronik, atau dengan cara chating ke Facebook chat atau Yahoo Messenger nya, setelah itu permintaan barang pelanggan akan di cek pihak Anugerah Elektronik untuk melihat ketersediaan barang, jika persediaan barang habis maka pihak Anugerah Elektronik akan memberitahukan pelanggan bahwa persediaan barang telah habis atau mengkonfirmasi kembali lewat Facebook chat atau Yahoo Messenger, sedangkan saat barang masih tersedia pihak Anugerah Elektronik akan merespon permintaan pelanggan tersebut dan mengirim sejumlah nominal harga yang terdiri dari harga barang serta ongkos kirim, pihak Anugerah Elektronik juga mengirimkan nomor rekening bank nya kepada pelanggan yang sedang memesan barang, kemudian pelanggan akan mentransfer sejumlah uang ke rekening pihak Anugerah Elektronik, transaksi pembayaran dilakukan secara offline payment yaitu melalui transfer bank atau ATM(anjungan tunai mandiri), jika hal itu tidak di penuhi dalam waktu 1 sampai 2 hari maka transaksi dianggap batal, namun apabila transfer telah dilakukan, pihak pelanggan harus mengirim sebuah sms konfirmasi apabila transfer pembayaran telah dilakukan, setelah itu pihak Anugerah Elektronik mengecek transaksi pembayaran di rekeningnya, setelah pembayaran usai diterima,pihak Anugerah Elektronik langsung mengirim barang pesanan pelanggan tersebut ke alamat pelanggan melalui pihak jasa pengiriman barang, pemilihan jasa ekspedisi untuk pengiriman barang Anugerah Elektronik ditangani oleh Jasa angkutan dalam kota, POS Indonesia dan JNE.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of blockchain technology in securing supply chain information systems. The research method used involves literature study and qualitative analysis of blockchain implementation in the context of existing supply chain information systems. The research results show that blockchain technology can play an important role in strengthening the security and integrity of supply chain information systems. By using characteristics such as decentralization, transparency, and reliability, blockchain can help fight security threats such as cyberattacks, counterfeiting, and data manipulation. Through the use of blockchain, information can be secured, verified and safely accessed by stakeholders in the supply chain. Apart from that, blockchain can also increase efficiency and accountability in supply chain information systems. In conclusion, blockchain technology has significant potential in securing supply chain information systems and can contribute to increasing trust between stakeholders.

Abstract

Cloud Computing technology has become a major focus in the development of organizational information systems, providing flexible and efficient solutions for data and application management. The aim of this research is to evaluate the use of Cloud Computing technology in managing organizational information systems with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency and security. The research method used involves literature analysis and case studies from several organizations that have adopted Cloud Computing technology. The research results show that the use of Cloud Computing significantly increases data accessibility, system scalability, and application performance. However, challenges related to data security and privacy remain a major concern, requiring the implementation of appropriate strategies for risk mitigation. In conclusion, the integration of Cloud Computing in the management of an organization's information systems can provide significant benefits, but it needs to be balanced with careful attention to security and privacy issues.

Abstract

Development of Management Information Systems for Supply Chain Optimization is research that aims to improve supply chain efficiency and performance through the application of information technology. The research method used is system requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of an integrated software-based system. The research results show that the use of management information systems allows better monitoring of all activities in the supply chain, including inventory management, raw material procurement, production, distribution and inventory management. With the adoption of this technology, organizations can optimize the flow of information and identify weak points in the supply chain, thereby improving responsiveness to changes in market demand and reducing operational costs. The conclusion of this research is that the development of management information systems plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and resilience of supply chains in facing dynamic market challenges.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the education sector, especially in library management. The E-Pemustaka application implemented at MIN 45 Aceh Besar aims to facilitate access to library services. This study measures user satisfaction with the E-Pemustaka application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. EUCS evaluates satisfaction through five dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, system impact, and ease of use. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations from 100 respondents, including students, teachers, and library staff. The results show that most users are satisfied with the ease of searching for books, the speed of borrowing transactions, and the simple interface of the application. However, some issues, such as inaccurate return date recording and suboptimal book search, need to be addressed. This study provides recommendations for improvement, such as enhancing data accuracy and adding features that meet the users' needs. The E-Pemustaka application is expected to be more effective in supporting library activities and improving user experience in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the execution of financial management functions at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda, encompassing planning, execution, record-keeping, and oversight of school finances. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collection is conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal a strong dedication by SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda towards adopting sound and transparent financial management practices. Financial planning involves various stakeholders in formulating the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS) and the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS). The distribution of funds is directed by the RKAS to support the school's operational endeavors. Detailed and systematic financial record-keeping is managed by the school treasurer through ledger books. Periodic financial reports are generated to ensure transparency and answerability. Financial oversight is executed progressively, involving the principal, treasurer, school committee, and the Education Office. External financial audits are conducted regularly to assess the fairness of financial reports and adherence to regulations. This study offers a comprehensive overview of the execution of financial management functions at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda and highlights challenges and prospects for enhancing financial management practices in the future.

Abstract

Darul Ulum Islamic Middle School Banda Aceh which has goods that must be managed well, quality and availability maintained. Inventory items must be managed and data well so that all inventory items are recorded in a system called Development of an Inventory Information System at Darul Ulum Islamic Middle School in Banda Aceh based on CodeIgniter. There are important inventory items that must be recorded in each room so that all inventory is recorded and handled properly. The inventory system currently used cannot display inventory history, the search for tools and goods is still manual, and the condition of the inventory items is not detected or is no longer suitable for use. The CodeIgniter-based inventory information system is a system that the author created to facilitate the performance of employees at Darul Ulum Islamic Middle School in Banda Aceh in managing inventory. Inventory data becomes more effective, efficient and data recapitulation is more accurate. The output from this system is in the form of inventory reports, user reports and item conditions.

Abstract

Community service carried out by students is a service to the community. Community service activities are an effort to educate the nation's life, so one of the activities that need to be carried out by students in the field of education is to carry out community service. To compile community service activity programs in the educational aspect, it is necessary to carry out counseling activities with the aim that students can carry out community service activities well and on target. This activity can be carried out well and produce several student activity programs in the field of Education, namely teaching Indonesian, teaching mathematics, teaching drawing, teaching reading the Qur'an, and helping teachers teach in PAUD. This activity targets elementary school students who also involve the village community, village officials, and parents of students in Kaju Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency.
