Abstract

Changing the function of habitat into a tourism area will have an impact on the diversity of Anuran species. This condition is currently happening in the Talago Nagari Paninjauan Waterfall Area, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This study is therefore important for revealing the diversity of Anuran species before the impact to this habitat increase in the future. This study used the VES (Visual Encounter Survey) sampling technique, and information on various localities and the microhabitat of each species was recorded. A total 48 individuals, with 12 species belonging to six families of Anuran was collected. Species diversity in the Talago Waterfall area shows a medium level of diversity, with an index of 2.2653, a medium species richness index of 2.8414. In this area, no dominant species were found with a low dominance index (0.1207). If the level of tourism activity in the Talago Waterfall area increases, it will have an effect in the future by causing habitat disruption and the presence of Anura; thus, related parties must be able to take appropriate action on tourism activities in the area.

This study uses the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a population of 252 principals and a sample of 82 people from the total population taken from the principal at the State Elementary School in West Pasaman Regency. The type of data used is primary data. Sources of data come from the number of principals, characteristics, and so on. The analysis technique used is the average score (Mean) for the description of the data, the requirements test, namely the normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, and independence test. Then test the hypothesis with simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that the understanding of the quality report card and the principal's leadership together contributed to the preparation of the school work plan by 34.3%, this explains that the better understanding of the quality report card and the leadership of the principal has an impact on the better quality of the preparation of school work plans.

Abstract

The North Padang Subdistrict Office, as a government service agency, is in the public spotlight because of the various problems it faces. One of the main problems is the inadequate capacity of the apparatus in administering government. Apparatus who are less skilled and do not have adequate knowledge often become obstacles in carrying out their duties, so that efficiency and effectiveness in public services are hampered. Apart from that, the lack of sub-district apparatus resources to support the optimization of the implementation of activities is also a significant problem. In this research, the approach chosen is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this research were all employees at the North Padang District Head Office, consisting of approximately 83 people. This population includes 75 civil servants, 6 contract workers, and 1 volunteer. The research results show that a leadership style that is oriented towards collaboration, empowerment and active participation from various parties has a very important role in overcoming public service problems at the North Padang District Head Office. In addition, the participatory leadership implemented by the North Padang Subdistrict Head has strengthened the relationship between the government and the community, as well as increasing the level of public trust and satisfaction with the public services provided.
