Abstract

Pembelajaran sains perlu dikemas yang menarik agar siswa antusias dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dan keterampilan proses sains dengan metode praktikum sederhana pada siswa kelas VI MI Al Hikmah Kajen Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pretest dan posttest kepada siswa dan pengamatan oleh observer. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi Tabel Uji Wilcoxon sebesar 0,000 sehingga < 0,05, artinya Ha diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan antara kemampuan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI MI Al-Hikmah Kajen Pati setelah menggunakan praktikum sederhana. Hasil dari temuan penelitian pada keterampilan proses sains dapat dilihat dari indikator identifikasi alat dan bahan serta data hasil percobaan siswa tuntas dengan presentase 80 %, pada indikator menjawab dan mengajukan pertanyaan siswa tuntas dengan presentase 62,5%, pada indikator menyampaikan hasil diskusi secara jelas, tepat dan efektif siswa tuntas dengan presentase 90%, pada indikator memilih teori (referensi) yang sesuai siswa tuntas dengan presentase 85%.

Abstract

Milk is a good food for consumption because it contains good and perfect nutrients. Fresh cow's milk is widely consumed by the community, that's why the quality must be maintained during processing so that people can consume it safely. The purpose of this research is to explain how to process pasteurized milk and how to maintain the quality of pasteurized milk. This research was conducted at CV. National Citadel in November. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by observation, interviews, and FGD methods. The results showed: (1) Pasteurized milk processing in CV. National Cita through several stages, namely mixing, homogenization, pasteurization, filling and packaging; (2) How to maintain the quality of pasteurized milk in CV. National Cita has 7 stages of testing: (a )organoleptic test (b) milk specific gravity test (c) pH and temperature test (d) alcohol test (e) fat content test (f) milk consistency test ( g) tatl solid and non fat solid test (h) MBRT test; (3) raw materials in the form of forage and concentrates

Abstract

The digestive system is one of the materials in class XI MIA which requires students to be able to present a report on the results of the food test practicum. However, in Biology learning at MA Ihyaul Ulum this has not been realized. This is due to the unavailability of laboratories and supporting tools and materials for practicum, as well as the lack of innovation from teachers. When teaching Biology, teachers tend to use the lecture method so that students become less active in learning Biology. Therefore, a learning media was developed that can be used to conduct a food test practicum on digestive system material in the form of an Active Learning-Based Biology KIT. This study aims to develop and test the validity and practicality of the Biology KIT products developed. This research uses the 4-D development model which is simplified into 3-D. This research was conducted at MA Ihyaul Ulum Wedarijaksa Pati on 6 February 2023 to 6 March 2023 with the subject of Class XI MIA 1 which numbered 33 students. This study found that the Active Learning-Based Biology Learning KIT product developed in the category of highly valid with a percentage score of 95% based on the assessment of material experts and a score of 98% based on the assessment of media experts. In addition, the Active Learning-Based Biology Learning KIT product developed is also in the very practical category with a score of 96% based on teacher trials and 93% based on student trials.
