Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of products, locations and services of SMEs _ partially and partially on customer loyalty in Labuhanbatu during the pandemic. The research methodology used is quantitative, with a population of 8,130, a sample of 381 respondents, with a probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. The data collection technique used SPSS varsi 20. The instrument test used validity and reliability tests. The pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of society, especially SMEs. There are impacts that arise during the pandemic such as aspects of sales, aspects of business profits, aspects of capital and aspects of the ability of all culinary business actors to experience these problems due to the pandemic period. Culinary businesses apply online sales strategies, although not all of them. The community buying electricity during the pandemic caused a lot of loss of income so that people buying electricity were reduced due to the pandemic period, the situation of the community when they made purchases using the online method and were active at home. Interview results show that there is a pandemic for SMEs. Where is the impact of culinary businesses such as uas players who experience a decrease in the level of people's purchasing power because they reduce their activities outside the home community. There is an attempt by actors to increase their business opinion in the midst of the Century pandemic by learning about technology, providing good service and maintaining the quality of the products to be sold to consumers. The results of this study conclude that partially and simultaneously there is a significant and positive effect between product quality, location, service on customer satisfaction and loyalty and there is a significant and positive influence between satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of human resource performance through motivation, work environment discipline and commitment at PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study was 250 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample size in this study was 89 people as respondents. distribution of questionnaires will be conducted on employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency. The data is processed in the form of numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. Data collection methods in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data is processed using spss for windows version 20.0. method of data analysis using quantitative methods, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that three variables, namely Motivation, Work Environment Discipline and Commitment have a significant influence on the defended variable, namely the Improvement of Human Resources Performance at PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara, totaling 89 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are partially known, each variable of HR Management and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara based on n value Sig less than 0.05 and tcount greater than ttable 1,987 . And simultaneously that the variables of Human Resource Management (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara based on the value of Sig. 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 30.511 > from Ftable 3.10. The result of Adjusted R-Square is 0.644 , this means that the contribution of the influence of Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara is 64.4% and the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors in outside of this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase income through social media such as social media, influencers and live streaming to increase sales to MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach that tests numbers and analyzes statistical tests, collects data, uses a sample of 100 respondents to get valid answers. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing or social media has a significant effect on increasing income at MSMEs, influencers have a significant effect on increasing income on MSMEs, and the last variable, namely live streaming, has a positive and significant effect on increasing income at MSMEs. The development of technology is currently very rapid and very influential for people in the business world. MSMEs must be able to compete and carry out business strategies in order to win the competition. By taking advantage of advances in digital technology, MSME actors can spread their product promotions on online shopping sites such as social media and so on, by creating useful and interesting video content and also using models as promotional tools for their products in an effort to attract customers to buy a product.
