Abstract

Penggunaan media online memiliki peran signifikan pada era yang disebut hyper connected society. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan media online memiliki peran terhadap brand awareness produk pakaian dalam merek Rider. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif dipilih karena fokusnya pada lingkungan alam, bimbingan, fleksibilitas, pengalaman langsung, kedalaman, keterlibatan aktif, partisipasi dan interpretasi. Hal ini digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menekankan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan konsekuensi interaksi sosial langsung dalam memahami semua sumber, lingkungan, dan simbol yang digunakan dalam konteks di mana penelitian dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peran digital marketing pada merek pakaian dalam Rider adalah sebagai media pemasaran yang dilakukan melalui media internet. Terdapat beberapa media sosial yang berperan aktif dalam pemasaran yaitu Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, serta Youtube yang dimanfaatkan untuk membangun brand awareness pada konsumen.

Abstract

In a multigenerational work environment, communication is one of the most crucial aspects for the smooth running of company activities. However, differences in background, habits, and technology used between generations often create communication barriers. This study aims to identify and analyze communication barriers between Generation Z employees and Generation Y and Generation X employees. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in several companies in Jakarta. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 respondents consisting of Generation Z, Y, and X employees. The results of the study showed that communication barriers were influenced by differences in communication media preferences, differences in perspectives on work, and the language style used. This study concluded that effective communication can be achieved.

Abstract

This study explores how digital activism, driven by social media campaigns, can shape global narratives and influence policy transformation. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, the research examines major digital movements such as #BlackLivesMatter and #FridaysForFuture. Through thematic analysis, it identifies how narrative construction, collective awareness, and political support interact to generate tangible policy outcomes. The findings highlight that effective digital advocacy requires more than viral messaging it depends on emotional resonance, sustained engagement, and the presence of institutional receptiveness. The study contributes to digital political communication theory by integrating framing strategies, participatory mobilization, and governance responsiveness. Practically, it offers insights for activists and policymakers to align digital strategies with policy making structures in order to foster democratic reform.
