Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya pesisir di Tanjung Leidong dari sudut pandang pembangunan berkelanjutan berada dalam kondisi yang ambigu. Kondisi pertama masih banyak wilayah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh kegiatan pembangunan, namun pada kondisi lain terdapat beberapa wilayah pesisir yang sudah dimanfaatkan secara masif. Akibatnya, ada indikasi daya dukung atau daya dukung ekosistem pesisir dan laut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perubahan lingkungan hidup terhadap kehidupan nelayan dan strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan nelayan dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan hidup di kawasan pesisir Tanjung Leidong, Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara, Sumatera Utara. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Perubahan lingkungan hidup di kawasan ini disebabkan oleh berbagai bentuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya wilayah pesisir yang cenderung eksploitatif. Bentuk perubahan lingkungan hidup dilihat dari kerusakannya mangrove. Strategi adaptasi yang diterapkan oleh rumah tangga nelayan dan tidak hanya terbatas pada satu jenis adaptasi. Rumah tangga nelayan menggabungkan berbagai pilihan sesuai dengan sumber daya yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lokasi penelitian, pilihan adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh perikanan, antara lain: diversifikasi sumber pendapatan, pemanfaatan hubungan sosial, memobilisasi anggota rumah tangga, diversifikasi alat tangkap, dan melakukan perubahan angling ground dan melakukan strategi lain, yaitu berupa: Penebangan liar hutan mangrove dan mengandalkan bantuan dari berbagai pihak.

Abstract

The introduction or replacement of an information system and organizational behavioral impact is very complicated. Changes in how information is defined, accessed, and used to manage organizational resources often result in power sharing and a new strength. This condition is usually caused by mistakes in managing the transition phase. A process of change and implementation have a psychological impact on those affected by change (internal), where if the changes actually happen, will cause the impact of situational for others associated with the organization. Control project risk factors to some extent by the approach just in case. This research uses the concept of integrated project management with a total solution approach, namely awareness, alignment, action, adoption, assurance. This total solution approach through four important stages, namely the determination of the diagnostic phase, redesigning the organization, organizational transformation and continuous improvement with diagrams aids Delta Matrix. Overall information system design and implementation process should be managed as a planned organizational change. Social and technical design aims to obtain an optimal combination of design solutions to social and technical. Key to the success of change management and implementation also relies heavily on the company's commitment, communication skills, focus on implementing change and not be bothered with other things, and utilize human resources to be able to implement the change process and implementation.

Abstract

Change leadership is an attempt to revolutionize organizational change to bring about empathetic change by integrating with all components within the organization to bring about change. Explain the environment surrounding the business organization. Corporate organizations as part of society are inseparable from the fact that all forms of activity are interconnected, influenced and impact the environment. The environment of a business organization can take the form of an internal and external environment as well as a local and international environment. A good understanding of the environment of a business organization will help a company carry out its business activities. By considering the environment of the business organization, it is possible to achieve the goals that the business organization should achieve.
