Abstract

Supply chain management atau manajemen rantai pasokan kini menjadi penting bagi perusahaan kelapa sawit, seiring dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis dan kesetaraan status pemasok dan pabrik kelapa sawit sebagai mitra. Namun, minyak sawit rakyat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kenaikan harga minyak goreng. Dalam hal ini hanya mempengaruhi besarnya kenaikan harga minyak sawit, tetapi menjaga harga terlalu rendah dapat menyebabkan krisis ekonomi dan migrasi ekonomi penduduk kualitas minyak sawit pemerintah daerah. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber untuk melihat keefektifan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan apa saja dalam rantai pasok kelapa sawit yang mendorong harga minyak nabati, menganalisis kinerja internal, dan menganalisis hambatan rantai pasok kelapa sawit dengan Batang Kuis PTPN II. Yang ideal harus mencakup mekanisme yang ringkas. Khusus untuk sawit rakyat, hanya ada tiga jalur: pekebun mandiri, koperasi/kelompok tani, dan terakhir Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS).Peneliti meyimpulkan bahwa hasil survey ini menunjukkan pada hambatan yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok minyak goring nserta keniakan harga yang terjadi pada minyak goreng. apa bila di suatu daerah perusahaan besar kelapa sawit mengalami penanaman ulang kembali yang akan mengalami kesenjangan kenaikan harga kelapa sawit yang cukup lama di akibat kan karena supplay kelapa sawit kepabrik akan semakin berkurang hingga membuat perusahaan minyak goreng kekurangan bahan dalam produksi yang membuat perusahaan tersebut harus meminimalisir pengeluaran produksi dengan cara menaikan harga penjualan minyak goreng akibat dari kelangkaan kelapa sawit tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price, Product Quality, And Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Implora Cosmetic Liptint. In this study, a quantitative method was used with the study population consisting of Implora Cosmetic Liptint users in Mabar Hilir Village, Medan; social media users, and information about Implora Liptint products. In this study, 23 indicators were used with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to collect, manage and analyze data so that it can be presented properly describing the distribution and average frequency tables and making an analysis which states that the results are positive and influential, the coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.652, meaning that the model the coefficient of determination explains that variable (x) has an effect on variable (y). This study concludes that Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a significant effect on consumer Purchase Decision for Liptint Implora products partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial condition happened in the case of the IPDN project at the company Pt. Hutama Karya. In this case, the project case is reviewed by analyzing the financial problems that occur in it. The research method used is quantitative by taking a comparative calculation approach between 2021 and 2022, which type of research uses a secondary data approach obtained from annual financial reports for a period of 1 year, namely 2021-2022, books, journals, and other sources. other. The results of the research can be concluded that the company PT. Hutama Karya experienced a decrease in profitability in 2022 where the performance of financial companies in the 2022 period decreased, from the results of the gross profit margin analysis it can be seen that the proportion of company revenue decreased by a difference of 1% and from the results of the profitability analysis using the ratio of return on assets decreased reached 0.08% above the profit from managing the company's resources and assets.

Abstract

This study examines how teacher professional ethics are implemented in shaping the moral character of early childhood students. Early childhood is widely acknowledged as the most formative period in human development, commonly referred to as the golden age, during which children readily absorb, internalize, and imitate values observed in their surrounding environment. Within this context, teachers hold a uniquely influential position, as they function not merely as academic instructors but as living moral models whose daily conduct whether in speech, attitude, or behavior is continuously observed and replicated by young learners. This study adopts a qualitative approach grounded in systematic literature review, drawing data from peer-reviewed scientific journals, academic books, and relevant scholarly documents focusing on teacher professional ethics and early childhood moral development. Data analysis was carried out through content analysis, involving three iterative stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teacher professional ethics is concretely realized through role modeling, a sense of deep responsibility, polite and empathetic communication, and fair treatment of all students regardless of background. When these values are applied consistently and earnestly, children gradually develop a range of positive moral attributes, including honesty, self-discipline, empathy, tolerance, social care, and the capacity to respect others both within school settings and at home. Moreover, this study identifies that the successful implementation of teacher professional ethics is not determined by the teacher alone, but depends significantly on the synergy between teacher professional competence, a school environment that actively supports moral education, and the genuine involvement of parents in the child's educational journey. Obstacles such as limited teacher understanding of professional ethics, inconsistent household values, and adverse social environments are also discussed as factors that may hinder optimal moral development in early childhood.

Abstract

Violence against children is a serious social problem that continues to increase in Indonesia, with profound impacts on children's development. The Indonesian National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA) exists as an independent institution that plays a crucial role in preventing and handling cases of violence against children. This article aims to examine the role of Komnas PA in two main dimensions: preventing violence through education, outreach, public campaigns, and policy advocacy; and handling cases through complaint services, victim assistance, counseling, and legal advocacy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research and field observations at the Komnas PA Jakarta Office. Data were collected through field observations, activity documentation, and a review of official documents and child protection regulations. The results indicate that Komnas PA has played a strategic role in building a holistic child protection system. However, several challenges remain, including budget constraints, low public awareness in reporting cases, and suboptimal cross-sectoral coordination. Strengthening institutional capacity, synergy between stakeholders, and the integration of child protection education into the early childhood education curriculum are the main recommendations resulting from this study.
