Abstract

The government hold significant role in the implementation of fiscal economy policy to achieve the main goal of development: high economic growth, decrease of unemployment, and control of inflation, income and expenditure that can be used in increasing economic growth. Regional incomes are locally-generated revenue, General Allocation Fund. Meanwhile, cost is regional expenditures. Thus, this study is aimed to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth with the role of Regional Expenditure as an intervening variable. The study was located on Deli Serdang Regency. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS. The result shows that General Allocation Fund and Regional income influence the economic growth, meanwhile regional expenditures mediates between General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth.

Abstract

AbstractSharia Rural Banks (BPRS) are one of the sharia financial institutions that function the same as Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Units (UUS), only BPRS have fewer assets compared to more economical and micro BUSs. There is some empirical evidence that affects the assets of the claimed BPRS, namely Inflation, Bank Indonesia Interest Rate (BI Rate), Equivalent Rate, and Return on Asset (ROA) ratio. This research is quantitative research, with multiple linear regression analysis that is processed using software Eviews 8. The results of the research are obtained from the valuation and the level of Equivalent to BPRS assets, while the BI rate and ROA affect the assets of the BPRS. Overall, the independent variable affect the assets of the BPRS. Keyword : Asset, Equivalent Rate, BPRS.Abstrak            Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang fungsinya sama dengan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS), hanya saja BPRS memiliki aset yang lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan BUS sehingga fokus pembiayaannya hanya pada sektor kecil dan mikro. Ada beberapa bukti empiris yang memengaruhi asset BPRS diantaranya yaitu Inflasi, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia (BI Rate), Equivalent Rate,  dan rasio Return On Aset (ROA). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan software Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa inflasi dan Equivalent Rate berpengaruh terhadap aset BPRS, sedangkan BI rate dan ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap asset BPRS. Secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap aset BPRS.Kata Kunci : Aset, Equivalent Rate, BPRS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate sukuk and total assets of Islamic banking on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses two independent variables of corporate sukuk and total assets of Islamic banking with one dependent variable, namely economic growth. In this study, the population is data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding data on corporate sukuk, total Islamic banking assets and national economic growth for the last eight years, namely data from 2016 to 2020 with using data interpolation as much as 60 data and using a saturated sample technique, namely all data from 2016 - 2020. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis with secondary data. The results of his research partially corporate sukuk have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Partially, the total assets of Islamic banking have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. The value of t table is 1.67203. when compared with t count 8.086248 > from t table 1.67203, it can be said that corporate sukuk variables have an effect on economic growth. Then the variable total assets of Islamic banking has a t count of 10.22120 > from t table 1.67203, meaning that the variable total assets of Islamic banking has an effect on economic growth. Simultaneously (equally) the independent variables of corporate sukuk and total assets of Islamic banking have a significant and significant effect on economic growth with a probability value of 0.0000

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap Fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) Islamic Lending dan pembiayaan BUS di Indonesia. Beberapa aspek yang dianalisis terkait persepsi masyarakat terhadap pembiayaan yang dilakukan pada P2P Islamic Lending dan pembiayaan antara lain: pengembangan, akad dan produk pembiayaan, mekanisme pembiayaan, serta total pembiayaan dan aset yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dengan teknik insendental sampling melalui metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat yang melakukan pembiayaan baik P2P Islamic Lending maupun Bank Umum Syariah umumnya memahami bahwa pembiayaan pada Fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) Islamic Lending berbeda dengan pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Umum Syariah. Secara persentase peningkatan perkembangan Fintech Peer to Peer Lending Syariah menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan, namun secara kumulatif Bank Umum Syariah memberikan kontrak, produk, mekanisme pembiayaan dan jumlah pembiayaan yang lebih variatif. Abstract The intention of this research  is to analyze public perceptions of Fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) Islamic Lending and Commercial Bank financing in Indonesia. As for some aspects that were analyzed related to public perceptions of financing conducted at Fintech P2P Islamic Lending and Commercial Bank financing in Indonesia include: development, contract and financing products, financing mechanisms, and totaly  financing and assets owned. This study uses a qualitative approach using primary data with an insendental sampling technique through the interview method. The results indicate that the majority of people who finance both P2P Islamic Lending and Commercial Banks generally understand that financing related to Fintech P2P Islamic Lending is different from financing done by Islamic Commercial Banks. In percentage the increase in the development of Fintech P2P Lending Islamic shows significant development, but cumulatively the Islamic Commercial Bank provides more varied contracts, products, financing mechanisms and greater amount of financing.

Abstract

This research was conducted to meet the degree requirement of the graduate school program that addresses zakat of e-commerce trading platforms from the Islamic economy perspective. Zakat is the third pillar of Islam and is compulsory for every sane Muslim who has attained Nasab and khaul. There have been many significant changes to the Islamic law to adjust to the current circumstances, one of which is trading activities, which apply the newly built system of technological development using e-commerce. E-Commerce is an online-based trading system using a digital system of the internet and social media to be operated through a computer or gadget. On this account, there are not many studies to discuss zakat of e-commerce trading in the Islamic Economy and the Zakat Nisab of traders who use e-commerce trade. Based on the analysis, several contemporary jurisprudents address this issue, Yusuf Qhardawi, Sayyid Sabiq, and Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. Their arguments are based on some of the most accurate opinions agreed upon by the previous figures. In their view, e-commerce is part of the trade. The only difference lies in the system, although its function remains the same. Therefore, online traders must distribute their zakat funds directly to zakat institutions to accurately calculate how much to pay for the trade zakat. Based on the Islamic reference, it is said that e-commerce is part of the trading system that is used for business. Thus, all economic things that can be taken advantage of shall meet the applicable regulation of trade zakat. On this basis, there are great opportunities for zakat institutions to charge e-commerce traders with trade zakat based on Islamic law.Keywords: E-Commerce, islamic economics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the management of the mosque. Al Musabbihin mosque located in Taman Setia Budi Indah Medan as an example productive mosque. The Mosque runs by IKMT (Tasbih Muslim Family Association) and managed by the mosque prosperity council. The research was studied qualitatively through descriptive approach. The result shows that the management is run professionally, funds are managed by a different door mechanism to implement consumptive and productive activities. Keywords:  Productive,  mosque management,  funds.

Abstract

This article was written as the output of the 144 KKN Group UINSU which includes the study of religious harmony in desa lantasan lama to maintain moderate and tolerant inter-religious harmony. The diversity of ethnic groups, religions and races of the Indonesian people is unique which is the pride of the Indonesian people, but there are not a few conflicts that occur in the diversity itself, therefore creating harmony between people can maintain the integrity and unity of the nation. Maintaining harmony is very important for us so that the religious foundation is solid and strong so that we live to know each other.

Abstract

Indonesia's great potential in developing the halal industry has not been optimally utilized. This can be seen from the low output of the halal industry, halal certificates that have not been applied globally and low halal awareness. This study aims to determine the factors that influence Generation Z in Padangdidimpuan City to adopt a halal lifestyle. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. The research sample is Generation Z in Padangsidimpuan City as many as 200 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS. The results of the study show that experience and family influence Generation Z in implementing a halal lifestyle in Padangsidimpuan City. Meanwhile, perception, culture and demographics do not affect Generation Z in implementing a halal lifestyle. Generation Z with families who instill Islamic values ​​tend to adopt a halal lifestyle that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. A good understanding of the benefits of a halal lifestyle will motivate Generation Z to adopt a halal lifestyle.

Abstract

The need for technology is increasingly felt in almost every aspect of life today. Information technology is a means and infrastructure (hardware, software, useware) systems and methods for obtaining, transmitting, processing, interpreting, storing, organizing, and using data meaningfully. The Plantation Service of North Sumatra Province has implemented the use of Information Technology (IT) to carry out all work activities. The information technology used is the Karejo application. Before using the karejo application service, the Plantation Service used another very simple application, the SKP application. Judging from its features, the Karejo application has more complete features. Internship activities are carried out from January 17 to February 17 2022. The results of the study are that the karejo application is used by two parties, namely by the direct supervisor and the civil servant concerned. The use of the karejo application for superiors is to control, evaluate employee performance, while for employees, the karejo application is used to report the work that is completed every day and is used to obtain TPP. The work done by employees can be completed on time, it's just that because the application used often has problems, causing a worker to not be able to do it effectively.
