Abstract

Petanque is a game sport. This sport has basic techniques in the form of pointing and shooting to win the game. A good shooting technique is a guide to becoming a champion. Players who have shooting techniques are strongly influenced by the ability of the physical elements in controlling the petanque ball. One of these elements is wrist flexibility. This study aims to determine the relationship between wrist flexibility and the ability to shoot at a distance of 7.5 meters in Aceh petanque athletes in 2022. The population in this study was the Aceh Petanque Athletes in 2022, totaling 30 people, sampling was carried out by Total Sampling or the overall sample. of the population taken because the subject is less than 100 people. The instruments in this study were: (1) goniometer wrist flexibility test, (2) shooting ability at a distance of 7.5 meters, carried out by shooting a distance of 7.5 meters for 5 times. The data were processed using statistical techniques in the form of calculating the average value (mean), Standard Deviation (SD), product moment correlation, termination coefficient (KP), and hypothesis testing. The results obtained are as follows: there is a relationship between wrist flexibility and shooting ability at a distance of 7.5 meters (r = 0.46). Hypothesis testing shows that tcount = 2.7406 ttable = 2.052 Then there is a significant relationship between wrist flexibility and the accuracy of shooting at a distance of 7.5 meters for athletes in Petanque Aceh in 2022. Based on the calculation results of the contribution between wrist flexibility and accuracy results Shooting distance of 7.5 meters for athletes in Petanque Aceh in 2022 is 21.16%, and the remaining 74.84% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Petanque is a sport that is performed using an iron ball and a wooden ball as the basic means of playing. The basic petanque technique consists of pointing and shooting techniques. Shooting is a very important skill to win the game. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of shooting ability in the petanque sport of USK's Rampagoe Petanque Club athletes in 2022. Quantitative descriptive approach was applied. The research sample consisted of 30 athletes who were Rampagoe Petanque Club USK athletes. The data collection technique was carried out through a shooting ability test at a distance of 6.5 meters, 7.5 meters, 8.5 meters and 9.5 meters using different variations of iron balls. Each athlete has 3 chances to throw. Data analysis techniques are carried out by finding averages and percentages. The results of the data analysis carried out showed that the average shooting ability score was 45.7 (very poor) with the following details; 1) Very Good category with a frequency of 4 athletes (14%), 2) Good category with a frequency of 2 athletes (7%), 3) Moderate category with a frequency of 2 athletes (18%), 4) Poor category with a frequency of 3 athletes (10%), 5) very poor category with a frequency of 18 athletes (60%), Suggestions for the sport of petanque athletes rampagoe petanque club USK in 2022 so that athletes are more focused and concentrated in shooting because of their abilities shooting for the rampagoe petanque club USK athletes in 2022 is still in the Moderate category.

Abstract

Motocross is a form of sport that combines the content of a racer with the automotive field or more precisely the engine. This sport is included in the category of extreme sports that require excellent physical condition and a good mentality. In Banda Aceh City there is a Racing Forum whose training ground is located under the Lamnyong bridge, the forum has a Motocross Team. To obtain maximum performance, the physical conditions are very influential so excellent physical conditions are needed. This study aims to determine the dominant physical conditions of motocross athletes in Banda Aceh. A quantitative descriptive approach is used to understand the research data. The population in the study involved Motocross Athletes in Banda Aceh City while the sample used was 6 people with the Total Sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used the calculation of the average value and the calculation of the proportion value. The data collection process is carried out through the tests given. The conclusion from this study is that the dominant physical condition of Banda Aceh Motocross athletes is in the "Enough" category. This is due to the implementation of continuous physical training given well by the Banda Aceh City Motocross coach.

Abstract

This article discusses school management at SD Negeri 12 Banda Aceh as an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of education. Observation methods include direct observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and analysis of documents related to school management, with a focus on management of facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, students, human resources, and school budget. Observation results show that school management at SD Negeri 12 Banda Aceh includes resource management, school policies, interactions between staff and students, as well as implementation of educational programs. The main aim of this observation is to understand in depth the management practices implemented in daily activities at the school in order to achieve the stated educational goals. The observation process includes observing various situations and interactions at school, both inside and outside the classroom, including school leadership, policy implementation, and interactions between school stakeholders. The results of observations are recorded in the form of field notes, audio/video, or images and then analyzed to identify patterns, themes, and important findings related to research objectives. School management observations are often used in conjunction with other data collection methods, such as interviews or document analysis, to provide a comprehensive understanding of management practices in schools. From the results of observations at SD Negeri 12 Banda Aceh, important findings were found regarding school management including management of facilities and infrastructure, teacher and student recruitment processes, and budget management. Recommendations for improvement are provided to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of education at the school. Evaluations and improvements continue to be carried out in order to achieve better educational standards, with the hope that the positive contribution from these observations can bring about significant changes in the quality of education at SD Negeri 12 Banda Aceh and become a reference for other educational institutions.
