Abstract

The problem of stunting (stunting) is one of the nutritional problems faced in the world, especially in poor and developing countries). Stunting is a problem because it is associated with an increased risk of illness and death, suboptimal brain development, resulting in delayed motor development and stunted mental growth. These nutritional problems can be overcome when they understand the problem and know how to solve it according to their respective conditions (Ramayulis et al, 2018).Target and Outcome: Increased role of mothers with under-five children in early detection of stunting, which aims to reduce the incidence of stunting in under-five.Method of implementation: Administrative preparation, socialization, implementation of health education and evaluation. Activities were carried out from September 2019 to January 2020 by providing education to mothers about the role of mothers in early detection of stunting. Evaluation is done by looking at the results of the pre-test and post-test scores for the mother. Located at Posyandu Lebak Bandung, the Work Area of the Simpang Kawat Puskesmas, Jambi City.Results: After preparation, socialization, implementation and evaluation of the results of the pre-test and post-test scores before health education was carried out on early detection of stunting, out of 15 respondents the role of mother was Poor 9 (60%), Enough 6 (40%), and Good 0 (0%). After health education was carried out about early detection of stunting, from 15 respondents the role of mother was Poor 0 (0%), Enough 4 (26.6%), and Good 11 (73.3%).Conclusion: There was increased knowledge of mothers before and after health education on early detection of stunting. Suggestion: For mothers to always increase knowledge about motherhood through electronic media

Abstract

Abstract During pregnancy there will be changes in the entire body system of the mother both physically and psychologically, it can make discomfort very disturbing during the process of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. A comfortable pregnancy process without physical complaints and a smooth and easy delivery process can be supported by paying attention to 3 main aspects of pregnancy, namely the Balance of the Womb, muscles and pelvis. Prenatal Gentle Yoga helps mothers re-realize and recognize physical and psychological changes during pregnancy, and make communication and bonding with babies much closer. Prenatal Gentle Yoga is expected to help mothers prepare physically and psychologically for mothers in facing labor. Research to determine the effect of Prenatal Care Yoga on Physical and Psychological Preparation of MothersĀ  Childbirth. It is expected that all pregnant women can adapt to the Physical and Psychological Preparations of Women Childbirth. This study uses analytic design to determine the effect of Prenatal Care Yoga on Physical and Psychological Preparation of Mothers Childbirth. The study population was third trimester pregnant women who came to the Putri Ayu Health Center. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 32 quota people. This research was carried out in February 2019 at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. There was a significant effect between prenatal care yoga on the physical and psychological readiness of mothers in facing labor, namely p-value <0,000 (95% CI). There is the effect of prenatal care yoga practice on physical and psychological readiness of mothers in facing labor.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of services at the Bola Village Office, Bola District, Wajo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, this study applied credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests to ensure the results could be accountable and applicable in broader contexts. The analysis results, based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions, indicate that the service quality at the Bola Village Office is considered good. The first dimension, reliability, shows that the services provided are in line with the existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), supported by adequate training for the staff. This ensures that the services provided are timely and consistent with the public's expectations. The second dimension, responsiveness, shows that the staff can provide quick responses through the implemented priority system, allowing issues faced by the public to be handled promptly. The third dimension, assurance, is demonstrated by the professionalism of the staff and the security of the data. This provides a sense of security to the public, knowing that their data is managed properly and securely. The fourth dimension, empathy, is demonstrated by the personal attention given by the staff to the community. The staff not only provides efficient services but also cares about individual needs, fostering a more humanistic and close relationship with the residents. Meanwhile, the fifth dimension, physical facilities, is adequate to support smooth service delivery, though some improvements are still needed in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the findings of this study emphasize the importance of quality-based service in improving public satisfaction. With services that prioritize reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and adequate facilities, the Bola Village Office can enhance service quality and provide greater satisfaction to the community.
