Abstract

Badan nasional penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), mencatat kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh rangkaian gempa Lombok pada tahun 2018 adalah 71.962 unit rumah rusak, 671 fasilitas pendidikan rusak, 52 unit fasilitas kesehatn, 128 unit fasilitas peribadatan dan sarana infastruktur. Sedangkan data korban adalah 460 orang meninggal dunia, 7.733 korban luka-luka, 417.529 orang mengungsi. Masalah-masalah yang ditemukan pada korban setelah bencana alam gempa bumi diantaranya yaitu pertama masalah dampak gempa yang meliputi ketakutan akan kembali terjadinya gempa bumi, kesulitan melupakan peristiwa gempa, kecemasan, kegelisahan memikirkan gempa, ketakutan untuk masuk ke dalam rumah, mendengar suara gemuruh atau ketakutan bila malam tiba. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah trauma healing dengan pendekatan spiritual yaitu melalui ceramah keagamaan dan peningkatan dalam beribadah yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak psikologis akibat bencana seperti kecemasan dan ketakutan. Disamping itu dengan trauma healing melalui pendekatan spiritual maka akan terjadi penurunan fungsi medulla obolongata khususnya bagian vasomotor yang menghasilkan bradikardi serta mengurangi pengeluaran adrenalin oleh bagian medulla kelenjar adrenal.

Abstract

Physical exercise with a lower intensity is known to lower blood glucose levels. However, interval physical exercise (which is almost close to the situation in everyday society) is still rarely done. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the decrease in blood glucose in moderate intensity physical exercise at intervals of 2:3 minutes and 4:6 minutes postprandial. This research is cross-sectional experimental research with the pretest posttest research design. The research sample consisted of 20 high school students, which were divided into 10 people in the 2:3 interval training group and 10 people in the 4:6 interval training group. Samples were selected using purposive sampling. Samples were given exercise in the form of a treadmill in the active phase and leisurely walking in the resting phase. The data collected were blood glucose before exercise (pretest) and after exercise (posttest) in the 22nd minute and 42nd minute. The results of the ANOVA test for changes in blood glucose pre and posttest in the two treatment groups in the 22nd minute showed a value of p=0.001 (p <0.05), while in the 42nd minute p=0.176 (p>0.05). This means that there was a significant difference between the pre- and post-test blood glucose of the two treatment groups at 22 minutes, but there was no significant difference after exercise at 42 minutes.

Abstract

Anak usia prasekolah memiliki masa keemasan dalam perkembangannya. Motorik halus merupakan koordinasi halus yang melibatkan otot kecil. Data Bavarium Preschool Morbidit Survey tahun 2011 keterlambatan perkembangan motorik halus anak mencapai 22,05% sehingga peran orangtua sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan peran orang tua terhadap perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia prasekolah (3-<6 tahun) di TK Dharma Pertiwi Penujak. Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel adalah orangtua dan anak usia prasekolah (3-<6 tahun) di TK Dharma Pertiwi Penujak yaitu masing-masing 40 orang dengan menggunakan analisa Bivariat. Uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square diperoleh p value 0,041<0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian Ada hubungan antara Peran Orangtua terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Prasekolah (3-<6 tahun) di Tk Dharma Pertiwi Penujak. Peneliti menyarankan kepada orangtua agar dapat menjalankan perannya secara maksimal agar dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus can cause various complications, one of which is diabetic foot ulcers. Improper management of foot ulcers results in rapid and widespread infection. This will result in amputation. Foot care is an effort to avoid disturbances in the feet so as to minimize amputation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of foot care education through videos on knowledge, attitudes, and skills in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The research method used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest - posttest approach. The sample was 68 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of the Mangkung Health Center in 2023 who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire and then analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study before education were obtained most had poor knowledge as many as 64 respondents (94.1%), low attitudes 68 respondents (100%), and lack of skills 68 respondents (100%). After education, most of them had good knowledge 46 respondents (67.6%), high attitudes 65 respondents (95.6%), and good skills 61 respondents (89.7%). Statistical test results show the value of knowledge, attitudes, and skills obtained ρ value 0.001 < ɑ = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of foot care education through video on knowledge, attitudes, and skills.
