Abstract

Consumption of the electronic devices has been increase in the late of twenty years recentlyand it will cause the problem which had been unexpected before. It will cause non sinusoidalcurrent, although it is supplied by sinusoidal voltage source. This current will interfere thehigh frequent component at power system distribution grid and then it called ”harmoniccurrent”. The harmonic current can cause a lot of trouble to the consumer even powerprovider as well. High cost operation, short lifetime any equipment as the most disadvantageif the harmonic current appear on electric power distribution system. There are manymethod to reduce the harmonic distortion. This papert will explain the use of Z transformerwith resonance arm filter to reduce harmonic distortion on the system. Keywords: Harmonic current, threephase transformer, Z transfor

Abstract

Abstract The establishment of Banyuanyar Village as a tourism village is a form of realization of the mandate contained in the 2020-2024 RPJMN. The designation, which was made two years ago, has not yet provided significant income generation due to the absence of tourist destinations as leverage for tourist visits and the limited scale of production and marketing of UMKMs because they do not yet have business legality. Based on these problems, the PPK Ormawa KSP "Principium" Team as a service team collaborated with Banyuanyar Village to formulate a solution in the form of community service and empowerment through the initiation of the development of Barendo Coffee Land and Nature Camp as a superior icon that aims to attract tourist visits and institutional strengthening of tourism village managers and UMKMs based on one village one product (OVOP) through training in business legality, tourism management, and online marketing. The service and empowerment method applied is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by emphasizing active community participation in the development of tourist villages. The results of this service and empowerment have an impact on the strengthening of the Banyuanyar tourism village management institution, the registration of business legality in the form of NIB, PIRT, and the Oveje (Omah Varian Jahe) brand in class 29, the "Omah Susu Cowboy" brand in class 29, and the NIB and service brand of the Banyuanyar Coffee Campus IKM, the construction of the Barendo Coffee Land and Nature Camp, and increased sales of UM products.

Abstract

Peer-to-peer lending are one of the fintech services that can affect the stability of the financial system in Indonesia. However, it is ironic that the number of legal peer-to-peer lending lags far behind the number of illegal ones circulating in society. Illegal peer-to-peer lending causes the society to suffer various losses, such as reduced or lost assets due to high interest rates, disruption of personal life due to violations of privacy rights, and damage to the sense of security and protection due to threatening collection practices. According to the principle of restitutio in integrum, a person who suffers losses due to unlawful acts is entitled to restoration of the situation to its original state prior to the violation. In this case, the affected society is entitled to compensation for losses incurred due to illegal peer-to-peer lending activities. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the liability of illegal peer-to-peer lending for these losses, based on the principle of restitutio in integrum. The research method used to analyze the legal issues is normative/doctrinal legal research, which is prescriptive and applied. This approach uses a statutory and conceptual method based on literature, such as regulations, books, articles, and other sources related to legal issues. According to Djojodirdjo, four elements must be met for this principle to apply: unlawful act (onrechtmatige daad), fault (schuld), damage (schade), and causal connection (oorzakelijk verband). Based on the findings, illegal peer-to-peer lending that detrimental to society may be subject to the principle of restitutio in integrum. The public may sue for compensation for losses incurred due to illegal peer-to-peer lending, in the form of nominal, compensatory, or punitive damages.
